Melissa was an excellent host! The place was well stocked and super clean. I would recommend this to friends and family!

Ruth’s place was so beautiful inside and out. Great views of the mountains and very peaceful. Ruth is very helpful she had a lot of good flyers for local places. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

Tracy and Andy were excellent hosts! The accommodations were very clean with a full kitchen, awesome bathroom and bedrooms. It was just what we were looking for and located close to the event we were going to. When we needed something additional at the house, they were quick to respond. The fire pit is great addition. We sat around a small fire a couple of evenings and use the 's'more box' left by the hosts!

This is our second time staying at Karen's, the home is clean and comfortable. It's very peaceful, quiet and easy to get to anything around the area. Karen is extremely thoughtful, she leaves cookies for her guests and even fills up a water bowl for your pups. It's great to have a place where you can travel with your dogs as well. There is an area of the home fenced outside so you can safely let your pups out. Karen is also extremely responsive and very kind. We enjoy staying there.

A group of us stayed at Lamar and Amanda's. It was perfect. With all of the bedrooms and bathrooms, everyone had their private space while still having places to prepare food and hang out together. The place is immaculate and has well-equipped kitchen. The land that it sits on is beautiful and we were able to take walks enjoying the scenery. It is very private but 8 minutes to the conference we were attending. Don't miss the Banty Rooster restaurant. It's close by and the food was great. I'm a fellow host and would definitely return!

My friends and I rented this house for a ladies weekend and it was perfect for us. The beds were comfortable, the house was clean and we loved the little community. We specifically wanted a place where we could enjoy the property and not leave so this was great. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, enjoyed sitting on the porch, kayaking with the provided kayaks and walking around the lake. It was peaceful in and outside and we look forward to coming back one day!

This place fit perfectly for us over a busy weekend attending the PIAA Championship. Great kitchen, great bedrooms, useful utilities and modern amenities. The hosts were proactive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Great little place - as described - very peaceful area. Due to rain unable to be outside so we couldn’t use the bubble. Patrick has a good selection of things in the area in the guidebook. Very clear instructions provided. We found an excellent burger and beer at RC’s which was very close to the house. Winery in Shickshinney was worth the 30 minute ride!

Stephanie and Tim are great hosts. We have stayed several times over the past year and Stephanie has always been there to greet us upon arrival. We stay in the area visiting family and friends, but we still manage to have time to enjoy the country setting.

Our daughter stayed at River Roost with Jane for 3 months for an internship at Bucknell from January until April 2025. Jane's apartment is beautiful and extremely clean! It is in an extremely safe neighborhood. My daughter loved the privacy of the apartment, but it was comforting to know Jane was upstairs in case she needed something. Jane is a wonderful host! I highly recommend River Roost to anyone! It is within walking distance to Susquehanna University and about 20 minutes from Bucknell. Jane makes you feel like family! Our daughter didn't want to leave!

This is our third time staying at the Benders, and we will continue to book when we visit family in the area. The space is homey and clean, the bed is comfy, and we love the goats and the pastoral landscape! The location is just down the road from Lewisburg, which has a cute downtown area, so there is always something to do. Farmers Market on Wednesdays is really good with many vendors and options.

Everything was as described and very convenient except for the beds and linens- they were of high quality and beyond comfortable! Exceeded expectations!! Great job!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Lewisburg at Jason’s apartment. It is ideally located just one block off Market Street so it’s easy to walk to restaurants and activities. It is also close to Bucknell’s campus, so it would be extremely convenient for a visiting professor or parents visiting their Bucknell students. We really appreciated the off-street parking behind the house. The apartment is beautifully and tastefully renovated, and it’s now actually 3 well-appointed bedrooms. All was spotlessly clean. We appreciated the unexpected home touches of cozy extra blankets and live plants. The kitchen is very well equipped so cooking in was easy when we didn’t dine out. It would be easy to stay here for a longer term because it has everything you could need for far longer than just a weekend. Jason was very responsive and easy to communicate with. If we ever return to Lewisburg again, we will definitely stay here again. Thank you, Jason, for a wonderful home-away-from home.

Absolutely fell in love with this beautiful farm on 60 acres. The house/apt was lovely with fresh flowers from Amy and snacks and coffee and all you need for cooking for a great getaway. We loved it so much we are coming back for another 3 weeks. Bonus was allowing our dog to run free on this beautiful property with at least 2 ponds. I highly recommend this place to anyone staying in the area (Bucknell or Susquehanna).

First time staying in Watsontown. Beautiful town and the restaurants were great! The inn was beautiful and so quiet! We had a great stay!!

Lil Stone was the perfect place to celebrate my birthday with my little family of 4 and enjoy nearby Knoebels! My boys (10 & 5) had so much fun playing creek side in their rain boots and fishing in the crystal-clear creek. We had a cozy fire in the fireplace and roasted hot dogs over the outdoor fire. No TV or cell signal made the weekend even more peaceful! We played board games and cards, read books, and enjoyed nature to the fullest. Knoebels is a 15-minute, scenic ride away. The inside of the cabin is adorably rustic and comfortable. I would 100% recommend Mary's cabin and plan to return in the future. Thank you, Mary!
