This was a perfect airbnb for my stay in Clarksville! Well priced and comfortable! Would recommend!

We enjoyed this peaceful little apartment. It was super clean and Valleri's communication and goodie basket made us feel welcome. There must be a lot of wild turkeys in Tennessee because we saw quite a few. We would definitely stay there again.

Stephen focuses on great hospitality. He is personable, but also mindful of his guest’s privacy. Unlike some hosts that manage a portfolio of listings, Stephen is singularly focused on your experience within his unit located directly under his own residence. He was responsive and accommodating throughout my time in this unit. The unit is also very nicely laid out and fully separate from the main residence. It is a converted garage/basement space that is outfitted with every amenity that you would need in a furnished apartment. Stephen also went beyond by investing in a few enhancements to maximize my comfort and that of future guests. I would stay here again and I recommend this unit to anyone needing a place to stay in this area. Thank you, Stephen!

Clean, quiet, and easily accessible to things to do and food.

We stayed at Holly’s place unexpectedly after our home was flooded, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience during such a stressful time. The home was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable and at ease. Holly was incredibly kind and responsive, making sure we were taken care of throughout our stay. It truly felt like a safe haven, and we’re so grateful. Highly recommend Holly’s place to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming stay.

The Host, Ethan was friendly and helpful. The property was perfect for our stay- close to the base and clean with lots of amenities.

When we walked in the door, we collectively said "this is a nice place". The townhouse literally has everything you need and the beds are super comfortable. This is a great place to entertain family. I liked that we were walking distance to the river and only 1 hour from Nashville. We'll be back for sure!

Great house with plenty of space for our group of 6. There was a problem with the fridge water dispenser but they left us water and ice, so it was no issue at all. We did not use the back yard but it looked like a nice area that would be very enjoyable. We would love to stay here again if we are back in the area

Beautiful home located in the countryside.

Awesome Place. Very clean and fit my family perfectly. One of the great accommodations was the TVs in the bedrooms. This was hard to find in my search for a place. "A" plus plus.

Sonshine & her husband Mike were such great host! We ran into just some slight issues throughout the stay that are out of everyone’s control but they were very prompt and tentative at fixing the issues. We loved the property! It has a big back yard, plenty of parking and everything you would need to have a wonderful stay. We loved it so much that we booked again in July and will probably book many more times in the future. Thank you guys for a wonderful stay! See you soon!

Renee provided me and my fiancée first class treatment. From beginning to end she was always available and went above and beyond to make our stay a comfortable experience. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great big house with all the trimmings! No complaints here.

Had a good time staying at Chandler’s place to visit family for the holidays! It’s a very clean house and the rooms were very comfortable. There’s not a ton of decoration in the living room/dining room but we preferred that as our 1.5 year old would have gotten into everything. We would stay here again!

This Airbnb was perfect! Everything was clean and the decor was super cute. The location was perfect for walking to the gulch and a short 10 min Uber ride to broadway. Linda was always quick with responding so if you ever needed anything, you would be able to easily get in touch with her. I did notice that you had to type in the door code to the actual condo twice to get it to unlock so just a heads up if you’re staying here. I would one thousand percent recommend staying here if you’re visiting Nashville!!

Making the reservation was extremely easy. David was always quickly responsive and answered any questions I possibly had. The condo is wonderful, homey and undoubtably clean. About a half mile walk to the main streets of downtown. Would highly recommend. Thank you and amazing stay and great first trip to Nashville!

Gleicy was an outstanding host and her place is in an ideal location for those wanting walkable access to the convention center, country music hall of fame, or lower Broadway. She was a great communicator and the place was clean and comfortable.

This location is walkable to shops and restaurants and in a nice neighborhood, and rideshare to downtown Nashville is really easy. There were ants in the living room, but the co-host came to take care of them right away after we checked in late which was amazing. In the shared bathroom the shower floor was very creaky and seemed unstable, and the shower and bathroom sink were backing up a bit. the other bathroom was fine. There was a lot of traffic noise if you slept in the living room but it was fairly quiet in the bedrooms. The unit is on the 3rd floor and there isn't an elevator which isn't clear in the post. The unit is really nice and spacious and had all the amenities we needed for our group of 6. I would definitely recommend staying here!

We had a great stay! The condo was perfect for us and the outdoor pool area was a nice perk. It was a great location to broadway and we walked it every day very easily! The parking spot was a great plus as well! It took us a little while to get used to the latch app but Rindi was very helpful! I would definitely recommend this place 100%.

Katie's place was exactly how it was described, I felt like I was at home. The patio in the morning with a fresh cup of coffee was superb. The esthetics of the apartment were well thought out and very creative.The location was 6-8mins from dtown depending on the traffic, the outside would fool you on what your in store for on the inside, just because it a bit dated exteriorly and ducked off on the side. Katie was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed prior to arrival. I will certainly stay again.

My first time in Nashville and this place was AMAZING. Even though there was much construction around this time. It was okay. Not far from broadway at all, but it’s better to take the scooter for $5 unless you want to walk the 25 min. Interior of the condominium was clean and all the extra helpful things around the place was great to have. Would definitely come back here the next time I do a trip like this to Nashville!

I highly recommend Dorinda's place. It was very spacious and meticulously clean. The bed was also extremely comfortable. Dorinda was very communicative and even allowed us to check in early. You are very near a large park, restaurants, and a museum. Broadway is only a 15-20 minute walk away. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.
