A heartfelt thanks to Eugene, the host, and Leah, the co-host, for making my stay wonderful. My niece and I truly enjoyed our stay, and she is planning to return with her granddaughter. As for me, I love the location and how well-maintained the area is. It’s quiet and peaceful, which I appreciate. However, my only issue was that I didn’t have enough time to stay since my niece had to go back to work on Friday. This is a wonderful place that would be especially great in the summer, as you can sit outside in the morning and enjoy your coffee/tea.

We came down to the area to visit my nephew who is stationed in Bethesda. Mark's place is less than a mile from base so it was easy for my nephew to get to. It's walking distance to the metro. The parking garage was nice to have for parking as we didn't need to worry about where to park. Overall happy with our stay and location of this place.

Well stocked kitchen. Water and snacks provided. Extra paper towels and 2 ply TP! Easy to communicate with.

I had an exceptional stay, it truly felt like a home away from home. The apartment was impeccably clean and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed, from a fully stocked kitchen to a cozy living area. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring restful nights, and the overall ambiance was peaceful and inviting. Located in a quiet neighborhood, it was just a short walk to a trader joe’s and CVS, making daily errands convenient. Check-in was seamless, and Rodrigo was an outstanding host!responsive, helpful, and genuinely caring. He promptly answered all my questions and ensured that my stay was comfortable. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Great location, everything clean, Mark is incredibly responsive, and he clearly pays a lot of attention to keeping the apartment stocked with everything a guest needs. For example, when we used the stove top, there was a great selection of pans, there was a potholder right there, all the cooking utensils we needed, dish soap, a drying rack, etc. It may seem like a little thing, but it’s representative of the entire apartment. If there’s something you need and hope is there, it’s there. Great stay.

Comfortable modern, well maintained appartment , perfect location near metro and Bethesda center with shops and restaurants. Our host was responsive and friendly. We would highly recommend staying here for tourism or work.

We there for work and I finished early, was accommodating and allowed me to check out early with money back on some of the days which was really appreciated.

The garden apartment was perfect for our family. It is a beautiful neighborhood and we were able to walk to get food and carry out. The grocery store is across the street. The dedicated parking spot was extremely helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Host was friendly and accommodated an earlier check in. Location was private and quiet with a view of the woods.

The host is a really nice guy and will sometimes offer some fruits or cooked snacks. On the day that I had to leave, he offered to drive me to the airport, which was a massive convenience for me. I felt my privacy needs were met and the times we did talk it was a very light positive interaction. I had a great time here in Maryland and would recommend this place!

Nice apartment, with a host who was very responsive and accommodating. That part gets 5 stars! The management company, Evolve, was not so great. Booked here because it allowed pets, and expected to pay a pet fee. The listing made it seem as if the fee was already included (Evolve’s paperwork noted the pet, and the fee amount was not listed separately). Was then hit with a $150 pet fee as we checked in. An exorbitant fee fora 2 night stay, and one that that should have been disclosed in the listing. Overall, nice apartment and great host, but don’t bring a pet. And ask about undisclosed fees.

Ola’s place was clean and comfy! It was a bit tricky to find parking, but I figured it out. Be aware that you need to go up several flights of stairs - not a big deal for me but might be for someone else. Overall a good stay.

Stephanie is a friendly host and responded quickly to my questions. The room is well decorated, the bed comfy, and the bedroom window looked out onto a natural setting with a creek, so there was plenty of privacy. And I enjoyed hearing the frogs peeping at night. I will definitely ask to reserve the room the next time I'm in town.
