Het was zo fijn zo dichtbij het centrum van Parijs te zijn op deze plek waar ik me thuisvoelde ver van huis. Het voelde als een huisje op het platteland waar we helemaal tot rust kwamen na de avonturen in de stad. En dan was het een klein feest om de kunst van Dale en anderen te zien hangen en ook de boekenkast vol met interessante boeken door te bladeren. Ik kom er heel graag terug. Ook om de fijne tips van Dale van de omgeving van de stad en ook Montreuil zelf. Alleen al reden om voor terug te komen. En Misty te aaien. Wat een prachtige gastvrouw is dat!

Great spot for a big group or family. Funky house layout (lots of stairs), but it has all the necessary beds for 8 people (3 queen beds and 2 twin/ kid beds in the attic). (The kids' room fit two adults fine, even with low ceilings). No air conditioning, BUT if you open the windows, the nighttime breeze was actually very cool (even in the summer), and fans were provided. The kitchen, living room, and terrasse were AMAZING! We loved having group dinners outside and the kitchen has everything you need and more! Also loved the washer/dryer. Amenities were the best. The neighborhood is more calm and quiet. The home is close to a cute park and some good kebab/halal food options. A little walk from the subway - about 12-15 minutes. Overall, everything felt clean and well-kept. The hosts were clear with instructions and very friendly.

Très bon séjour, j'adore le quartier où il se trouve, avec un super marché, boulangeries, des magazines et restaurants et le métro pas loin et les proprietaires sont très gentils, ils aident beaucoup et vous laissent sentir comfortable.

Le séjour dans le logement a été très agréable. Tout était propre, bien rangé et confortable. Les hôtes ont veillé à ce que toutes les conditions soient réunies pour un séjour confortable. Merci pour leur hospitalité !

L'appartement est très fonctionnel, tout à fait conforme à la description! Dounia et son époux sont des hôtes très réactifs, sympathiques et extrêmement serviables, merci à eux!! Je recommande à cent pour cent.

Justine a répondu à toutes nos attentes. Ce logement nous a permis de passer un agréable séjour en famille pour aller voir Disney. Situé à quelques minutes seulement du parc, on recommencerait sans hésiter.

Nora’s place is super clean and is better than the pictures. The bus stop is walking distance which helps when taking the metro to the city. We loved that it’s so close to the airport for early morning flights. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect location in the heart of Le Marais! Adrian was extremely responsive and attentive throughout our stay. The apartment provided an authentic Parisian experience with charming cafés and boutiques just steps away. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to explore Paris from a central, vibrant neighborhood.

After a day of cycling through Paris, the house of Victoria is perfect to relax. A cosy and peaceful house, though near the Périphérique. The subway around the corner, and for cycling is Paris ideal from the center to her place. And not to forget the beautiful garden aside the house. Victoria is a very nice and communicative host.....we will come back again and I truly recommend Victoria's place!

We had a great stay in the apartment. It is a perfect studio flat for a few days. Super comfy bed and great shower! The area is new to me, after visiting Paris several times previously. The canal is a wonderful hub, a buzzing meeting place with people chilling out and taking in the view. It feels very authentic and Parisian. It is fun to trace the route from the Seine to Canal Saint -Martin and the apartment if you like a decent walk.There are plenty of good bars and restaurants in the vicinity - all relaxed and very friendly. Really fab area, all within easy reach of the tourist hot spots. Thank you Floriane!

Le séjour s’est très bien passé. Logement très bien placé et fonctionnel. Le tarif était très élevé (150€ la nuit) et je trouve regrettable de constater que aujourd’hui il est proposé à 82€/la nuit. Le logement étant situé au 5eme étage, quand l’ascenseur est en panne, il perds en valeur. (Ce qui a été le cas pendant mon sejour). Un autre bémol également sur les assiettes fortement usées ce qui leur donne un aspect sale. Un dernier bemol sur l’absence de douche (mais d’une baignoire), pas indiqué clairement dans l’annonce. (Ca ne m’a pas trop dérangé mais pour une personne ayant quelques soucis ce pourrait etre un problème) Communication excellente. Appartement très propre. Je recommande mais pas au prix facturé.

This place is roomy, well equipped with whateveyou might need to prepare breakfast, lunch or dinner. It is very clean and in a safe neighborhood. The police station is literally around the corner. In addition, the building has a lift. You need to manouver five steps or so, to get to the landing to use it, but otherwise no problem. Plenty of restaurants, two great bakeries, and a Monoprix supermarket are within 5-10 minutes walk. Bus #86 or #76 as well as Metro will get you to all the sites easily and cheaply. Nicolas and Helene are very responsive and allowed us early access when we checked in. Overall, a quiet neighborhood with access to whatever you need without the hustle bustle of the Marais or Latin Quarter. Full disclosure, this is an older building and some of the walls in the hallways and apartment have some plaster/paint peeled off or peeling off. While initially a little unusual, it impacts not at all on your stay. This wouldn’t preclude us from renting here again.

Appartement très agréable pour un séjour à Paris. A distance correcte du centre ville via les transports en commun. Très bon rapport qulaité-prix.

We stayed a couple of nights with Fabienne. The house was nice a cozy. The room was on the top floor, so used the staircase to get up to room. Room looked just like the pictures. They have a nice garden with chairs and a table outside too! Close to the Metro 1 station so it was very easy to get to the Louvre, Notre Dame, etc. The couple was very nice and would offer breakfast every morning. We didn’t have time because of how much we packed in a day. A grocery store is near by so if you want to grab pastries and water, it’s convenient before a long day in the center of Paris. We even meet the couples long time friends and were sooo friendly!!

Trust me,it is definitely the best Airbnb I’ve ever been.Alain is so cute and friendly and makes everything perfect.The room is soooo cool and I really wish I could stay here for a longer time. Thank you Alain.

Takk for flotte dager i Paris. Morgan var alltid behjelpelig, tilgjengelig og fleksibel. Han var så elskverdig og vi møtte alltid et smil da han sto klar med en hyggelig frokost. Stedet lå i et utrolig hyggelig område, og til tross for utesteder i nærheten, var det alltid stille og rolig om natten. Et lite rom, med et svært lite bad, men alt var fresh, rent og nyoppusset. Så med mindre du trenger litt plass, er dette stedet perfekt. Kommer med glede tilbake. Takk.

Nous avons grandement apprécié l'accueil de Yann. La maison a beaucoup de cachet. Nous avons grandement apprécié l'échange avec Yann qui a été à notre écoute. La chambre était parfaite, au calme. Avec une salle de bain indépendante. Le petit déjeuner était copieux et nous avons échangé avec Yann sur l'histoire de sa bâtisse. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement. Merci à notre hôte !
