We were a group of 11 friends trecking around the Italian Alps. the villa was very good for our needs: We had nice rooms for everyone, a big fully equipped kitchen, nice terrace, quiet area with fantastic view. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Wonderful Stay in a Perfect Location We had an amazing stay in this cozy apartment in Breuil-Cervinia. The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk to the slopes, shops, and restaurants. The apartment itself is small but charming, with a lovely sunny balcony where we enjoyed relaxing after a day on the mountain. Everything we needed was available, and both Cristina and Rodica were very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Just a note for future guests: the apartment does not have internet, and you need to bring your own bed linens or reserve them separately for an additional fee. Overall, a fantastic stay in a beautiful location—we would love to come back!

Vi var i vinterferien 8 piger, som havde lejet Pias lejlighed, og den levede 100% op til forventningerne. Lejligheden fungerede super godt, og alt var, som det var vist på billederne. Lejligheden ligger med mulighed for ski in - ski out, hvilket var rigtig dejligt, og derfor tæt på liften. Derudover gik bussen lige ude foran næsten, hvilket var rigtig smart, når vi skulle ind til Val d’Isere centrum. De eneste udfordringer, vi havde, var, at ovnen ikke fungerede optimalt, da den ikke kunne tændes, og vi var nødt til at vaske alt service i køkkenet op, da vi kom, da det ikke var rent. Trods dette kan vi varmt anbefale Pias lejlighed, og vi vil klart anbefale den videre til andre

If you travel by car and you wish to go to Zermatt, then to Matterhorn, this is the right place. Beautiful apartment with picturesque view. Only few minutes walk to Tasch Terminal to catch a train to Zermatt (car free town). Great apartment! Wish I could’ve stayed longer than 2 nights. Looking forward to return here. Till next time

Livia’s apartment suited my teenage daughter and I really well. It is on the third floor of a small block of apartments, an easy and pleasant walk to the lifts up to the ski area via a small woodland. Lovely brand new bathroom with an excellent shower as well as a very good washer dryer. Beds were super comfortable. Really nice views from the balcony out into fields and then up to the mountains . Livia was really friendly and responsive and also very flexible as we navigated the disruptions of a big snow storm. Recommended!

io e il mio compagno abbiamo soggiornato un weekend nell'appartamento di Antonella. ci siamo trovati molto bene. l'alloggio era dotato di riscaldamento a termosifoni e stufa a pellet. Bagno e cucina puliti con tutto il necessario. Posizione in Ceresole ottima, vicinissimo alla diga con possibilità di spostarsi a piedi per fare tutto il giro del lago. Parcheggio vicinissimo. Buonissimi ristoranti nei dintorni. Antonella è stata molto cordiale, disponibile e flessibile sul nostro check-in. Consiglio caldamente! Grazie!

Un maravilloso apartamento con persianas!! Con todo lo necesario para hacer vida. Una terraza para disfrutar de un cafe mañanero donde veras bajar y subir ardillas. Las habitaciones son perfectas. Y la ducha un lujo, totalmente renovado. La ubicación en zermatt maravillosa sin ruido y a 2 minutos andando del meollo. Totalmente recomendable y volveríamos sin duda. Muchas gracias!!! L alloggio è splendido, con vista sulle alpi e immerso nel verde. La piccola casa di due livelli è stata perfetta per noi due e il nostro cane. Aveva tutto il necessario sia in cucina che in bagno, biancheria nuova e pulita, lavatrice e asciugatrice a disposizione. Consigliata!
