We had a wonderful stay in Rome. Perfect location for all the sights and restaurants⭐️

Our family (2 adults and 2 children) had a wonderful stay at this apartment, and we highly recommend it. We stayed for one month, and the apartment had everything we needed. The positive points we noticed are as follows: Central location, easily accessible by public transportation. Just two blocks away from the metro (with an elevator). Conveniences nearby: Supermarket, pizzeria, clothing stores, and more right downstairs. Heating: The apartment was always warm. Spacious apartment: Perfect for a family of four or even larger families. Elevator: Very important for us since we had a baby stroller. However, it was unfortunately out of order for 3 out of the 28 days we stayed. Very friendly host: Always quick to respond and assist us with anything we needed. Large balcony with a beautiful view. Thank you again for this amazing stay! If we return to Rome, this will definitely be our first choice.

Valentina war immer sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit verfügbar. Die Wohnung liegt, meiner Meinung nach, in einer der schönsten Gegenden in Rom. Die Wohnung ist 1 min von der Bushaltestelle entfernt. Es gibt viele Restaurants in der Gegend und viel zu entdecken in diesem historischen Viertel. Es ist sehr empfehlenswert.

Hote très disponible tant avant le départ que pendant le séjour, accueil chaleureux, Giorgia parle très bien anglais. Logement spacieux au calme, grandes chambres, avec une grande terrasse. Plusieurs bus accessibles en 10min à pied qui mènent dans les différents quartiers de Rome et au métro, passages fréquents des bus ( 24e la carte de transport bus métro tram à volonté pour une semaine). Nous avons passé un très bon séjour avec nos 4 enfants Je recommande vivement! Merci

Such a beautiful place with a kind and responsive host! Alessandro provided us a very quiet spot that was a great place to rest in between busy travels. He also let us store our bags past check out which was super helpful. he was not kidding about having a car being the best for this location, especially if you are looking to get places at certain times. We learned that the hard way instead of listening to his original recommendation 😅 if you are looking for a peaceful place off the beaten path with no strict schedule, this is the perfect spot!

This apartment was quiet and in a great vibrant location. There was 24-hour supermarket nearby and walking distance from Roma Termini station. The restaurants nearby made us feel part of the local community. The neighborhood has a younger feel, but we never felt unsafe during the evenings. Public transport links (trams and buses) are close and you can access almost everywhere from Roma Termini. We would stay here again when we come back to Rome!

Un incantevole piccolo e accogliente spazio, in una vecchia corte ristrutturata, a un oasso da ponte Milvio e dal ponte di corso Francia. Un momento di quiete dal caos della città

Voto 9.5/10. Sono arrivato secondo la mia comodità e sebbene Alice non abbia immediatamente risposto al telefono (mi ha richiamato dopo 5 minuti), ho bussato al citofono ed è venuta ad aprirmi la sorella. Questa l'unica "pecca" del soggiorno. La casa corrisponde alla descrizione, c'è un supermercato a meno di 10 minuti di auto, è tranquilla ed ha tutto ciò che serve per cucinare. All'arrivo ho trovato una bottiglia d'acqua fresca in frigo (ne avevo proprio bisogno).

Anna Maria and Nadia were very accommodating and helpful with their recommendations. The accommodation was clean and had everything needed. Close to the train station and restaurants.

Siamo stati 3 giorni e ci siamo veramente rilassati, l’alloggio vale il prezzo…. C’era tutto il necessario. Personale sempre disponibile! Grazie mille, torneremo sicuramente!

Lucia was an amazing host, she went above and beyond to accomodate me and my golfers during our stay in both her houses in Olgiata. I would highly recommend staying in her lovely accomodation.

Giuseppe's place is great for people who want to visit Rome. It is also very affordable, clean and the neighborhood has an Italian charm. I drive into Rome with a car everyday to visit the city and it worked well.

We enjoyed staying at Marco’s place, it was really spacious and so we felt comfortable cooking there and spending time resting and chilling. The location is also close to the main train station and the main city area of Rome so it is very convenient. We managed to find food places near the area and Marco recommended some places that we thought were superb. Wonderful stay!

Der Aufenthalt war von Beginn bis Ende super. Es hat uns ein Willkommenskorb mit Essen und kalten Getränken im Kühlschrank erwartet. Carlo war gleichzeitig sehr bemüht um seine Gäste und auch wieder unscheinbar während des Aufenthaltes. Aber eben immer bei Fragen mit schnellen Antworten da. Die Wohnung war für unsere Zwecke (Familie mit zwei erwachsenen Kindern) super. Die Lage ist perfekt. Wir konnten alles mit Bussen erreichen, da verschiedene Buslinien in der Nähe sind. Auch zu Fuß konnte man viel erleben. Die Versorgung ist mit Supermarkt und Apotheke um Haus perfekt.

La pasamos muy bien en el departamento de Carmen. La cama era cómoda y la cocina súper agradable. El café es delicioso.

Christina is a fabulous host. We were met at check in and shown around the apartment. It's a very quirky apartment in a good way and have some outstanding decorative fixtures and fittings in keeping with It's Title Johnny's Industrial apartment. Rome is a beautiful city, easy access into centre of Rome with bus and Tram within walking distance. Unfortunate timing for us with the passing of Pope Francis, but will definitely go back. Very well equipped for our short stay. Christina is extremely knowledgeable about the area and will get back to you almost immediately with any queries. Fabulous huge Hot Tub off the back bedroom, didn't use it but that was down to health reasons. Nothing is too much trouble for this lovely host....I would recommend. Thank you Christina 😊

Naoki's place is beautiful. Excellent communication! Super clean and you can feel the love by the care and special touches. The outdoor area has chairs and lounge chairs and you have the entire area to yourself overlooking the water. Sunset was spectacular! If you are lucky enough to find availability here, you will not be disappointed. Hoping I can stay here again! The only thing I would say that I wasn't aware of was that I had to carry my luggage up a flight is stairs and that may be a problem for some. The elevator only goes to the 2nd floor.

The apt was amazing and right next to some of our favorite local restaurants. Everything was clean and many amenities were included. Finally Fabrizio was excellent in communication and was very friendly and attentive to our needs. Definitely recommend this place for your stay in Rome!
