Alles war so wie beschrieben. Wir waren zu viert mit einem kleinen Hund und hatten eine großartige Zeit. Direkt in der Nähe gibt es mehrere kostenlose Parkplätze. Die Lage ist perfekt - sowohl für Sightseeing in Tavira als auch für Ausflüge. In Tavira ist alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Ana hat uns vor dem Haus empfangen und hat uns alles in Ruhe gezeigt und erklärt. Die Küche ist für ein AirBnB super ausgestattet. An einem Abend haben wir auf dem Dach gegrillt. Daniel is an incredible host (it is our second year using one of the properties in the Loule area that he looks after) who was always willing to go out of his way to help if needed. The property was amazing, the best place we have stayed in by far, with incredible facilities in great surroundings and wonderful space inside and outside. We would not hesitate to stay again and highly recommend.

Sehr tolle Wohnung, super gelegen. Restaurants und Supermärkte können zu Fuss erreicht werden. Besonders toll war der Whirlpool. Wir würden das Haus sofort wieder buchen, wenn wir in Albufeira sind.

Wat een groot huis! 3 terrassen en 3 grote slaapkamers tezamen met een volledig geëquipeerde keuken en fijne leefruimte. Zalig vertoeven en gemakkelijke communicatie. Wij komen nog eens terug!

Great villa and location. Was even better than the pictures showed. Great layout across 3 floors for a large group on 9 adults and kids. Immaculate inside and out. Great layout outside as well with seating area, dining area, loads of sun loungers, pool and hot tub all close, easy to relax and watch kids at the same time.

We hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad in de villa van Bruno! Mooi huis, lekker zwembad en ook nog een heerlijke jacuzzi! Bruno is een geweldige host, mega gastvrij en reageert snel op vragen. Kortom, een top vakantie gehad! Echt een aanrader.

De villa is een mooi uitvalsplaats om te kust van de Algarve te ontdekken. Een auto is een pre om naar de vele kustplaatsjes en restaurants te rijden die deze omgeving kent in een radius van 10 kilometer. De villa heeft drie ruime slaapkamers, een goede keuken, woonkamer en eetkamer maar vooral hele leuke buitenplaatsjes. Zo kun je op elk moment van de dag wel ergens zon of schaduw plekjes vinden om samen tijd door te brengen. Het zwembad is ruim, verwarmd en goed onderhouden. Het huis is schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het voelt wel echt als een huis voor de verhuur. De omgeving is rustig ondanks dat je naast de straat zit. Het is een soort villa complex met veel gelijksoortige villa's. Sommige bestemd voor de verhuur en andere bewoond. De verhuur wordt gedaan door een professioneel bedrijf. Pluspunten zijn dat ze goed reageren en ook langskomen bij problemen. Eveneens komt elke dag een schoonmaker. Zo voelen de schoonmaakkosten van Airbnb eindelijk als terechte kostenpost.

We had a fantastic stay at this villa, set in a beautiful and peaceful location. It’s spacious, clean and ideal for families. Our children had a wonderful time, and we felt completely relaxed . Highly recommend!

We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in deze woning in onze kerstvakantie. Grote teleurstelling was wel dat het zwembad niet warm was, terwijl juist daarmee geadverteerd werd. Deze was pas aan het einde van onze week vakantie op temperatuur. Uiteraard zijn we hier wel voor gecompenseerd. Verder is het huis prachtig, omgeving heel fijn om te hardlopen en met de auto uitstapjes te doen. We zouden graag weer eens terug komen.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Villa, it is in a lovely and peaceful location, which is perfect for kids and relaxing but also the restaurants and bars are within walking distance. We also regularly used taxi services to further away areas which were only a few euros. The cleaning service was a great added bonus, especially for a large group and Andrea was always very helpful with any queries we had. Rowny was brilliant and very helpful and responsive. We had a young baby with us & I had asked whether there was a pack and play that the baby could use whilst we were at the pool area. While it wasn't advertised, Rowny went out of her way to have one delivered to us, which was very much appreciated! The hosts were the best I have experienced on air B&B! The villa itself is very spacious , we had a group of 14 and everyone had plenty of space. I would recommend this Villa to anyone considering booking!

We hebben weer een perfect winterverblijf in de Algarve. Ondanks dat we er vele jaren komen, heeft Wilson ons toch verrast met nuttige tips voor uitstapjes en restaurants. Daarnaast blinkt Wilson uit, doordat hij echter interesse, gastvrijheid en bezorgdheid heeft voor zijn gasten. dat is slechts weinigen gegeven. Kortom, een top host die je iedereen zou gunnen.

João's place is superb and unbeleivable. João welcomed us on site which was a great personal touch. He had fruits, snacks, drinks avialable for us on arrival. He took the time to explain to us all the specifics of his his place. João's place is the cleaniest we have seen by far in over 25+ luxury AirBnB reservations. Everything looked brand new from the appliances to the cutlery. The beds, sofas, chairs, outdoor furniture, etc, were all very comfortable. The hot tub is in a perfect location with views of the ocean and the coast and was - like everything else - the cleanest you have ever seen. The place is on top of a cliff, overlooking the beatiful beach of Olhos d'Agua with breathtaking views. The area is extremely safe and quiet, walkable distance to restaurants, small shops, etc. João's place has a direct access from the property to the trails of the coast which allow you to hike for kms on the coast depending on tide schedules. Overall a great place to experience the Algarves.

We had an amazing stay at Casa Joia. It was even better than we expected, extremely clean, fantastic spacious rooms all with their own bathroom facilities and a phenomenal outside space. The pools were insanely good and the outdoor kitchen / BBQ area was great. Just a few mins walk from bars and restaurants and short uber rides to nearby towns. I’d highly recommend this experience to anyone!
