Sarebbe stato tutto perfetto se non avessimo trovato la casa gelata all’arrivo ed ha iniziato a riscaldarsi solo la mattina dopo quando l abbiamo lasciata Quindi credo che d’inverno se la casa e fredda perche non ci e stato nessuno nei giorni precedenti sarebbe opportuno accendere i riscaldamenti diverse ore prima dell arrivo degli ospiti Per il resto tutto perfetto

Esperienza eccellente. Giovanni e sua mamma sono due persone squisite, ci hanno accolto con estrema gentilezza e si sono da subito messi a disposizione. La casa è un piccolo gioiellino nella vecchia città alta di Castel di Sangro, un posto molto tranquillo e ben tenuto. Il centro del paesino è a 5 min d’auto, ma se siete amanti delle passeggiate nulla impedisce di arrivarci a piedi in massimo 15 min. Consigliato!

soggiorno da Silvana è stato un onore ed un piacere. Persone come lei e suo marito oggi giorno sono difficili da trovare. cordiali, semplici e gentilissimi. Un esperienza autentica che ci ha fatto sentire a casa dal primo secondo che siamo entrati nella loro casa. Grazie ancora per l'esperienza unica.

Laura é stata un ottimo host, molto disponibile e presente nell'accoglierci ed accompagnarci in casa, nell' indicarci l'area per parcheggiare e nei saluti finali. Abbiamo soggiornato in quattro piú due cani, ci siamo trovati benissimo. Casa accogliente, riscaldata e dotata di ogni comfort, strutturata su due livelli con due bagni, spaziosa al punto giusto. Sarà un punto di riferimento e un motivo in piú per ritornare a Castel di Sangro!

Sergio è cordiale, sempre pronto a rispondere e consigliare al meglio per rendere il soggiorno più che piacevole. La casa è perfetta, pulita e dotata di tutto anche oltre il necessario. Torneremo da Sergio per trascorrere giornate di relax e approfondire la conoscenza del Molise.

Die Unterkunft in Vestogirardi ist außergewöhnlich, innen und außen. Zugang über einen Innenhof, wie in einer Burg. Perfekt renoviert, sehr geschickt ausgebaut, komfortabel. Kompliment an den Architekten, großer Wohnraum mit Küche im Gewölbe, abgeschlossener Schlafbereich. Kein antiker Trödel, alles sehr zweckmäßig. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich, bestens organisiert. Empfehlenswert für Radsportler, Wanderer und Menschen, die nicht unbedingt am Strand liegen wollen.

Host moto disponibile ed accogliente, la casa è perfetta per tre o quattro persone, è nella parte alta di colli, silenzioso e tranquillo, ha tutto il necessario: camere cucina bagno e salone tutti attrezzati con il necessario, camino, barbecue e terrazzino con vista bellissima rendono speciale la permanenza! Consigliato!

wir waren 1 Woche bei Andrea und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. der Strand ist gleich vor der Terrassentür, was mit Kindern mega praktisch war. den Pool haben wir tatsächlich nicht oft genutzt. die Küchenausstattung könnte ein bisschen mehr sein, da man sonst bei 4 Personen nach jeder Mahlzeit alles spülen muss, damit für das nächste Mal wieder ausreichend Besteck usw. vorhanden ist. vielen Dank für alles 😊

Binnen en buiten een onvoorstelbaar mooi huis. We zijn verwende reizigers, maar waren volkomen onder de indruk. Alles was er, schoon, voldoende, goede bedden, lekkere banken, topkeuken, lekker zwembad. Helemaal prive gelegen. Mooie kunst en andere spullen. De mensen van Novasol die ons binnen lieten waren zo vriendelijk. En Rosalia was zo behulpzaam. Echt alles boven verwachting!

Court séjour dans un beau et paisible village des abruzzes. La maison contient tout ce qu’il faut et le jardin avec piscine est très bien aménagé. Les propriétaires sont d adorables personnes qui possèdent également un restaurant dans le centre, que nous vous conseillons d essayer.

Ludovico and his family were wonderful hosts. Our family had an amazing time. He is very responsive and made sure we enjoyed our stay. When we come back to the region, we will be sure to stay again.

L’appartement est vraiment tout confort. Il y a de tout, un peu comme à la maison, nécessaire de cuisine, nécessaire de toilette. Linge de lit, de toilette en quantité. Vraiment génial. La déco est typique italienne. Deux climatiseurs pour notre bien-être 😀 La vue est exceptionnelle, avec un lever de soleil à ne pas manquer. La localisation de la résidence est vraiment bien, un peu à part de l’effervescence de la ville et de la plage. Néanmoins, accessible très facilement avec un parking sans difficulté. À seulement 2 km des supermarchés. La résidence est malheureusement un peu vieillissante, et la piscine n’est plus exploitée depuis des années a priori. Les arrivées de la deuxième semaine étaient très bruyants. Il y a un mélange de locaux et de vacanciers. Vous avez le choix entre les plages bondées de campoMarino, ou les plages quasi vides, juste en face de l’appartement, il faut malheureusement prendre la voiture ou le vélo, mais c’est top!!! 🏖️ Merci

Wow! What an amazing time we had at David’s place in Palmoli. The house is every bit as incredible as the photos with sweeping views over the Italian countryside and complete privacy. The interior has been so thoughtfully and tastefully decorated with lots of home comforts while respecting the history of the buildings. Beds were comfortable and we all slept so peacefully. Special mention too for the best equipped kitchen we’ve had in any Airbnb. And then the private and immaculate pool is the icing on the cake. We were sorely tempted not to explore past the boundary of the grounds, but can strongly recommend the beachside towns onto the Adriatic which are all 30-45 mins drive away: Vasto, San Salvo and Termoli. Thank you so much for hosting us and welcoming us to your home. We really appreciate it!

This is the perfect location if you want peace and quiet but still close to a small town for restaurants, Marketing and shops. The house itself its beautiful and rustique not the newest highend beds but more than enough. The pool is located perfect for both sunbathing and being in the shade on the patio. You need to have rental car to get by. And that makes it drivning distance aproc 1 hour på Termoli and Vasto by the eastcoast and mediteranian ocean and 1,5 hour drive to pompeji and Naples on the westcoast. Also close by is waterfalls antingen foundaries the tonw of pietrabondante with old roman remains and the top of the Mountain is 1000 m above sealevel and quite easy to get to. our family ( 2 daughters and wife) enjoyed our stay. And its not impossible we might returnera one day. And at last the host Vittorio was the perfect host helped us with anything we asked for, answered fast and was really polite. I would recomend this place for everyone who wants to experience Italy.

Prima di parlare dell'appartamento, voglio dire che Antonio e Giulia si sono dimostrate due persone eccezionali. Per una serie di coincidenze il primo giorno il nostro cane si è perso e avendo chiesto aiuto ad Antonio, si sono subito prodigati tramite i social, nella ricerca. Dopo qualche ora quando oramai io non ci speravo più, Antonio mi chiama e mi dice di aver trovato il cane! Una notizia meravigliosa, quindi grazie ancora a voi due, ragazzi! L'appartamento è molto carino, ordinato e pulitissimo. È anche molto centrale, in 2 minuti a piedi siete in centro e al protone di Roccaraso. Antonio è sempre disponibile per consigli o qualsiasi tipo di necessità. Se volete fare una vacanza a Roccaraso e non siete più di persone, andate alla casa vacanza Regina e rimarrete soddisfatti, senza alcun dubbio o perplessità! Noi ci torneremo di sicuro...

Alessandro was very nice. We were late to check in and he waited patiently for us. He had a woman who came to clean once a week and she was very thorough and friendly. The location is close to center of the city and easy to walk restaurants and museums. Free parking was found, although several times when we returned late, we had to park one street away. Very nice apartment, would stay there again.

Francesca hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Uns hat besonders gut gefallen, dass im Kühlschrank und in den Schränken viele Lebensmittel waren, die man eben so braucht. Auch die Einrichtung war so, dass man denkt: da hat jemand richtig gut nachgedacht, was der Gast so braucht! Einfach toll. Und dann bekommen wir noch Feigen, Pfirsiche und Tomaten frisch geerntet. Das Häuschen ist klein, aber gut geeignet für mehrere Tage Aufenthalt für 2 Personen. Die Möglichkeiten, die Gegend zu erkunden, sind vielfältig und wer gerne wandert: hier bist du richtig! In dem kleinen Ort Pacentro oberhalb gibt es richtig gute Restaurants, auch in Sulmona selbstverständlich. Alles in allem eine klare Empfehlung.

Soggiorno piacevolissimo. Casa nuova pulita ed accogliente, corrisponde alla descrizione, posizione ottimale, centro del paese raggiungibile a piedi. Comoda anche per andare a sciare nei comprensori di Pizzalto Aremogna Gravare. Padrone di casa molto cortese.

La location di Marisa è un delizioso appartamentino che affaccia sulla piazzetta del Duomo del Borgo vecchio di Termoli. L'appartamento è perfetto per due persone sia per soggiorni brevi che lunghi. Ordinato, pulitissimo, attrezzato di tutto. Marisa è un host eccellente, reattiva e pronta a rispondere a ogni esigenza.

Il luogo era molto tranquillo, il residence era accogliente quasi sul familiare. La struttura semplice è stata fornita di tutti comfort: lavastoviglie, lavatrice, clima e tapparelle elettriche. Il tono chiaro dell'appartamento ha dato un ulteriore relax a questo ponte di Aprile, senza dimenticare la bellissima vista dell'alba dalla camera da letto. Una magnifica spiaggia sabbiosa era a nostra disposizione a due scalinate dall'appartamento. Antonella è stata molto amichevole e disponibile ad ogni richiesta, infatti ci ha fornito delle biciclette per raggiungere il centro di termoli a 20 minuti dalla struttura.

I cannot express how beautiful and spotless Nadia's Airbnb is! Our stay at her place was perfect, and we were sad that we had only booked to stay one night, we will definitely be returning one day, and recommend to anyone wanting a quiet getaway, with the most comfortable bed, and spacious 'apartment'. Nadia was an amazing host, very friendly and ensured we had everything we needed, she also accommodated our early arrival which was very helpful. We had a language barrier, however Nadia was a whizz on Google translate. She brought us delicious pastries and coffee for our breakfast, which we ate in her stunning and private large garden. The Airbnb is on the outskirts of a small village, which we walked up to, it only took 5 minutes. We walked to the very top and went to the ghost town, which I highly recommend if you're able to walk it! The views at the top were utterly breath-taking. Value for money is amazing for this place, all I can say is get it booked!

In het knusse appartement met de vele terrassen van Antonio voelde wij ons meteen thuis. Aan alles is gedacht. De keuken uitrusting is compleet, je kunt er goed maaltijden klaarmaken en er is zelfs een vaatdoek en theedoek wat in bijna elk huisje ontbreekt. :-) Voorzieningen in de badkamer, zoals shampoo, lotion e.d. zijn er maar ook het terras is voorzien van lampjes, kaarsje en muggen afstotende spiraal. Er zijn nieuwe terrasmeubels geplaatst met heerlijke kussens, alles is heel gezellig en stijlvol en we hebben ook van alle terrassen gebruik gemaakt. Het matras slaapt heerlijk. De badkamer is ouder maar schoon alleen de douche cabine is zeer klein. Aan de straatkant is een weg en spoorlijn welke je zeker hoort maar je went aan het geluid en als je de deuren en ramen dicht doet dan heb je er geen last van. Het strandbed/stoel met parasol was perfect om aan het strand te liggen, dit voelde als een luxe. Voor restaurants en supermarkt heb je een auto voor nodig. Antonio bedankt!!
