A tranquil and scenic place that will calm your mind. Plenty of trails and hikes in the immediate area, and close to other adventures as well. It is apparent that Susan puts a lot of time and love into her area. When going there, ask of her story behind the place. I cannot recommend this place enough for calming your mind, finding adventures, and some great photography opportunities.

True glamping - while you are technically in a tent, all of the furnishings here are really top-tier quality! Electricity and outlets provided, solid wood foundation that gave the tent a nice aroma, soft rug, relaxing chairs for outdoor seating, and the most comfortable bed I've slept on in awhile. It got a little chilly and I was worried I might get cold while sleeping, but the provided down comforter was so warm I almost ended up feeling hot! The bathrooms are very nice quality as well. Firewood available for purchase, so we made a morning fire to roast some breakfast sausage before checkout. Saw lots of critters of the cute variety: chipmunks and wooly worms :) Would highly recommend for a weekend getaway!

Beautiful view, perfect place to lay your head for a quick trip to the mountains.

This was our second time at Leslie's glamping tent. The first time a year ago was a chance stop en route to our ultimate destination. The kids and adults liked it so much, that this second time, it was the destination. We loved the peaceful grounds, the comfortable glamping tent (with heat and electricity), and the well stocked kitchen. Our kids loved pizza night and the chickens running around the property. But, most of all, we appreciated Leslie's human touch -- letting our kids pick fruit and veggies on the grounds, giving them a ride on the golf card, and chatting about the area. We hope to come back again.

The campsite was beautiful and very clean. Easy access to pull up your car from the main road, and plenty of walking trails on site. Many beautiful trails nearby as well. Shawn provided us with fresh sheets, plenty of firewood, and water / bags needed for bathing and the restroom. Shawn was also very responsive and helpful during our stay, offering a tour of the abandoned zoo grounds and any help we may need. Would definitely recommend staying here and hope to be back!

Our stay with Ralph and Diana was truly delightful. They were so kind, helpful, and generous to boot! The camping space was close enough to the house to ask for help if needed but far enough away that it felt separate. The property bumps up against a wilderness trail park and the sun set behind the hills and offered a gorgeous backdrop to our cozy fire. Low light pollution made for perfect stargazing with many shooting stars! Beautiful setting with fantastic glamping amenities. Will absolutely be making our way back to Ralph's.

It was everything we expected and more! Cody loaded our belongings into the gator and drove them back to our tent while his wife walked us to our location. It was a short walk. Cody had our Tiki torches lit and all of our belongings inside the tent. Despite being in a forest-we walked into a very clean tent. There was a lantern, sanitizer, and package of wet ones for easy cleanup. Outside of the tent there were 2 Adirondack chairs on the tent platform, chairs around a fire-pit, picnic table, hammock, and covered area with a tub of dishes and a grill. There was also a large jug of drinking water with a spout. The camp store was clean and cozy. Inside there were 4 bathrooms. 2 half baths and 2 full bathrooms with a shower in each. There were towels and mats outside of the bathrooms to grab and use. The bathrooms were very clean. Cody and his wife Elina were incredibly hospitable. They were very kind and helpful with anything we needed. We would stay again!

We recently stayed at this wonderful tent rental near New Baltimore, NY, and it was an incredible experience. The location offers great views of the Catskills and a genuine connection with nature, far from any noise or light pollution. The tent is cozy and well-equipped with a comfortable queen-size bed, Adirondack chairs, etc… and a bench table set up next to a wood-burning grill, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors. Hiking trails on the property were very peaceful. The 2-hour and 15-minute drive from NYC was very accessible, and the hosts were incredibly friendly and responsive, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful and rejuvenating getaway!

Was looking for a unique and private air b and b for a birthday trip with my boyfriend - I really wanted to go camping one last time before it got cold. But was also worried it might get too cold because it was the first week of Oct. I wanted something with an indoor fireplace or hot tube - but also wanted to be surrounded by nature and in a private setting / also wanted something close to a cool little city - I realized how difficult this all might be to find rolled up into one weekend - but alas fall foliage paradise just 6 minutes from historic Cooperstown - with hot showers ! An outdoor kitchen and a fire wood burning stove so we could enjoy both the trees and stars while being in the most comfortable beds and have a fire burning in our bedroom - everything was so smart and creative - they thought of literally everything you could need from / this spot was literally perfect in every way I found this place and was blown away with how perfect it was. The thought of everything 10/10
