This is our second time staying in this building. We preferred the first floor over the second only because I'm getting too old for stairs. Other than that, they're both amazing!

We spent a total of 3 to 4 weeks, dealing with a family issue. Place is brand new, clean, and super conveniently located. Host very responsive.

This was our second stay at the Owl's Nest. The location and the uniqueness of this charming condo was very welcoming. The condo looks just like the pictures online. The space was immaculate, comfortable and very cozy. The heated bathroom floor was a definite bonus, as well as the location which is just minutes away from Broadway. Our host Gillian was quick to respond to all of our inquiries. She was friendly and extremely accommodating. We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a special gem in a perfect location in Saratoga.

Angela was amazing with proactive communication and response time to questions. She even offered restaurant suggestions. Unavoidable road work made things a bit complicated and she told us prior to arriving that it would be happening. The gated parking lot provided extra security and the inside look of the place was very welcoming. Easy to come and go for baseball tournaments! All of the small things were covered. She even offered to come and replenish towels and needs throughout the week. Thank you for the wonderful place to stay in NY!!

Room was large, clean and comfortable. Place was warm despite cold weather outside and large windows throughout the apartment. Exactly as listed. David was helpful and quick to respond. Would stay again.

Beautiful condo right in the heart of town. Perfect location for everything. Had a great time and a great stay there!

We couldn't have asked for more than what we got in this airbnb! The location is amazing and while parking can be slightly confusing, Kerri sent us very detailed instructions and recommendations to help us out. The building was very safe, and we really enjoyed the apartment. It was exactly what was advertised, and the proximity to downtown Saratoga CAN NOT be beat! We've done this trip the last four years and this is, by far, our favorite place that we stayed, and can't wait to book again for next year. Kerri was responsive and left us great information to make our trip even better than we expected. You can't miss with this location!

This is an amazing place for your next visit. It was extremely spacious with so many amenities provided. This space is extremely accessible to downtown and we were able to walk wherever we needed to go. Nick & Lynn were very helpful offering an early check-in, local recommendations, and clear instructions and information. Highly recommend!

This is our third time at Nick & Lynn’s! There is plenty of space to spread out, cook, dine, watch tv together and enjoy the incredible view and serenity of Saratoga Lake. Yes, will return!

Great stay! John Michael provided me with all the info, making checking in super clear and easy. Location is great, just about everything is walkable, only time I drove was to go hiking. The space is exactly as described. Open, comfy studio, kitchen is very well stocked (so appreciated!!). Really happy with this stay, will definitely look for it in the future.

Kris’s place was adorable and clean. It would be so beautiful in the summer, but we enjoyed the hot tub spa and fire place. The kitchen had everything we needed, the bathrooms and bedrooms were clean. Beautiful views from the loft bedroom!

Our stay at Olu's place was very quiet and peaceful. Short drive to everywhere we needed to go. I will definitely stay again.

We had a GREAT time at this place !! The condo was beautiful, clean, and fully functioning. The view from the rear balcony was beautiful, and the location was only 3 minutes from the main part of Lake George Village. The host was exceptional and very accomodating, and the staff at check-in were VERY friendly and helpful, and especially knowledgable about local services, etc. They went out of their way to actually type a list of REPUTABLE boat rental companies that we will be calling on our next (soon) trip there. My son and I had a fantastic father-son bonding trip, and we will remember it always. Beautiful place with a great host ! Looking forward to our NEXT trip there ! Thank you !
