L’esperienza nell’appartamento di Fabrizio è stata meravigliosa. Fabrizio si è dimostrato un host cordiale e super disponibile, pronto a rispondere ad ogni nostra esigenza. L’appartamento si trova in un carinissimo residence estivo, che nei giorni della nostra prenotazione (a cavallo del capodanno) si presentava silenziosissimo e super tranquillo. Lo abbiamo scelto per questo e per la posizione privilegiata, a due passi dall’autostrada, così da permetterci facilmente gli spostamenti. Lo consiglio vivamente sia in inverno che in estate per la posizione, le spiagge bellissime e i luoghi stupendi e facili da raggiungere in macchina.

The apartment is located on the 4th floor. The house is older, but the apartment is modern and spacious. The location is quite good for visiting Ortigia and visiting the excavations. The only problem was the smell from the sewage in the bathrooms, especially in the smaller one. Dario answered our every question very quickly and gave us a lot of information.

Wir waren zwei Nächte in dem Apartment und haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Superschönes Apartment mit toller Ausstattung und viel Platz. Sehr sauber. Altstadt und Restaurants in 10 bis 20 min locker zu Fuss erreichbar. Griechisches Amphitheater direkt um die Ecke. Es war einfach, einen Autostellplatz zu finden und später Checkin auch kein Problem. Vielen Dank für einen tollen Aufenthalt, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Pobyt u Pani Eleonory był niesamowity. Wszystko co jest w opisie i na zdjęciach znajduję się w mieszkaniu. Mieszkanie jest bardzo czyste i przyjemnie spędza się w nim czas. Kontakt z Panią Eleonorą oceniam na 10/10 na wszystkie pytania odpowiada szybko i jest bardzo pomocny. Największym plusem tego mieszkania było właśnie to, że mogłem poznać tak świetną osobę. Jest to najlepszy gospodarz u jakiego byłem. Zdecydowanie polecam jeśli ktoś szuka wspaniałego mieszkania w dobrej cenie, ciekawym miejscu i ze wspaniałymi sąsiadami. chiara was very proactive with her communication, flexible with arrival and departure times, extremely responsive when we had questions, and went above and beyond with some minor problem-solving. the kitchen is very well-appointed with tons of snacks (including homemade tiramisu!) and cooking essentials, and the balcony has a breathtaking view of pantalica. note that you may have to share common areas with other guests if they book the other bedrooms in the unit. i would definitely recommend staying here when visiting sortino!

We had a great week! It was amazing to look at the sea from the kitchen and to have breakfast with this view. We also loved that the beach was just some steps away and that we had the possibility to cool down in the pool as well. In the area there is one shop to do some small shopping but you need a car to get to a real supermarket. But there are many good restaurants that you can reach by foot. I would come back!

Marco war jederzeit gut erreichbar. Während unserer Ankunft war er arbeiten, hat uns aber telefonisch den Weg zur Wohnung gelotst und hatte Tipps zum Parken. Wir haben jederzeit einen kostenfreien Parkplatz gefunden. Der Hafen, City und auch Sehenswürdigkeiten wie das Amphitheater waren fußläufig gut und schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung selbst entspricht den Bildern. Obwohl die Wände dünn sind, konnten wir gut schlafen (auch unser Kleinkind 22 Monate). Marco wohnt direkt nebenan.

La maison de Giovanni est très grande et bien équipée. La Terrasse est géniale avec vu sur mer. Emplacement idéale pour profiter de la plage.Giovanni a été très arrangeant pour nous, nous recommandons sans problème.

Diego's huis was voor ons het perfecte verblijf in Scicli! Bij aankomst waren we direct verliefd op deze plek. Een mooi en stijlvol huis gebouwd in stenen rotsen, met een fijne slaapkamer, goed uitgeruste keuken, gezellige woonkamer en nette doucheruimte. Daarnaast was de mooi beplante aparte tuin de parel waar we met veel plezier verbleven, aten, en genoten van de directe omgeving. Op loopafstand van het centrum van het mooie Scicli! Diego communiceerde erg vlot met ons, reageerde snel en had antwoorden op onze vragen. We komen heel graag ooit terug op deze plek. Dank je wel Diego, voor alles!

Piergiorgio, persona per bene ed accogliente, disponibile e da ottimi consigli per i dintorni da visitare e da gustare. Villa accogliente, rilassante e ben attrezzata da ogni confort e servizi. Zona piscina? nulla da eccepire. Consigliatisso

This spot is an absolute gem and is exactly as described. The house is comfortable and every detail and amenity has been carefully thought through. Chiara and Irene responded quickly to any enquiries before and during our stay, providing local tips - including the times of mass at the local church that can be seen and heard from the house. We were delighted with the beauty of Scicli; despite it's Baroque marvels, the town feels lived in, rather than a tourist hotspot. We found lovely restaurants and cafes in the squares and along the narrow streets. Parking was easy to navigate and within a couple of minutes walk from the property. We found hiring a car was a must, especially when visiting nearby beaches. We loved that a couple of beach chairs and a parasol were available in the property (all things thought of) to take with us. We would happily return to this house and Scicli again. A very special holiday.

We very much enjoyed staying at Chiara’s cosy house. Close to everything, sites, bars, restaurants and in a lovely quiet area of Scicli. The master bed could have been a little less squeaky. The bistro bar just down the road had the most delicious croissants etc and many choices of restaurants all walking distance. A beautiful place close to the coast and other UNESCO villages. So much to see.

We felt like being part of the family, immediately when we arrived. It’s a great location to visit Syrakus and great hikes at the sea. We sat outside every morning and evening and even got fresh eggs for breakfast

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Villa Vendicari. Die Lage der Villa ist traumhaft. Die Ausstattung der Villa ist exzellent. Es ist alles vorhanden - top Küchenausstattung. Die Villa ist sehr sehr sauber. Und Guglielmo ist jederzeit erreichbar und hatte sehr viele tolle Tipps für uns. In unmittelbarer Nähe der Villa gibt es traumhafte Strände. Wir können die Unterkunft wirklich empfehlen und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt. Danke lieber Guglielmo für die traumhafte Zeit, die wir in deiner Villa verbringen durften. Wir haben jeden Augenblick genossen.

Georgio était toujours à l'écoute et dévoué pour nous. Très belle rencontre Maison agréable et très fonctionnelle pour 8 personnes. Jardin et piscine très appréciables.

Perfect. Clean, comfortable, really comfortable beds, walking distance to beach and restaurants, lively square nearby, delicious gelato. We had a great stay, I can definitely recommend. The pool is shared. Note if you’re like me and forget things: It is listed in the descriptions, but you have to pay for electricity per kw. I forgot and it was a bit of a shock when the host took the meter reading.

Appartamento nuovo con aria condizionata e zanzariere su tutte le finestre e alla porta d’ingresso!. La signora Elide molto disponibile come la Sig.ra Giovanna che ci ha assistito per ogni evenienza! Un guasto elettrico nel paese, non dipendente dalla struttura, ha messo in black-aut quasi tutti i servizi dell’appartamento, ma la Sig.Elide e suo marito con la bravissima e gentilissima Sig.ra Giovanna si sono subito adoperati per risolvere il disguido in tempi rapidissimi e con la massima efficienza! Veramente delle bravissime e squisite persone! Grazie ancora di tutto Elide e Giovanna! Io e la mia compagna raccomandiamo a pieni voti questo appartamento per chiunque voglia passare qualche giorno in tranquillità a pochi passi da Portopalo di Capo Passero, posizione strategica per chi volesse visitare le città di Agrigento, Noto, Ragusa, Modica, Scicli, Siracusa, Ortigia e la splendida Marzamemi! Non perdetevi un bagno all’isola delle correnti!!!

Alloggiare nell’appartamento di Nicita e Donatella è come stare di casa a Ragusa. L’appartamento, che si trova in un vecchio palazzo, è stato completamente ristrutturato e offre un ambiente semplice ed accogliente ma con il gusto delle cose antiche. La cucina pur essendo piccola è molto graziosa e luminosa e ben attrezzata. La camera è molto spaziosa con un letto molto confortevole (materasso con topper) e il bagno ha una doccia spettacolare. Abbiamo molto apprezzato l’accoglienza di Nicita e Donatella che ci hanno fatto trovare al nostro arrivo dei dolci di pasticceria e che si sono date molto da fare per fornirci consigli utili al nostro soggiorno (purtroppo breve). Abbiamo potuto facilmente andare a piedi a Ragusa Ibla anche di sera (siamo buoni camminatori) e con la macchina abbiamo potuto raggiungere rapidamente città come Modica, Palazzolo Acreide, Ortigia e il bellissimo mare di una riserva naturale.

Die Unterkunft war schön und sauber. Zu Fuß war einiges schnell zu erreichen. Der Check in verlief reibungslos. Die Dame war sehr zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und hat mir einige Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Beste Grüße Kevin

We loved our stay here and we really felt at home immediately. The apartment is wonderful with a balcony overlooking the Tempel of Apollo, the market square and you can see the ocean. Every room is tastefully decorated and next to the lovely kitchen is a beautiful large terrace, you can also use for outdoor meals. A perfect place to stay in Ortigia. Thank you so much Sara for everything.
