Spacious, clean lodgings on the first floor of an older home with very quiet renters upstairs. It worked great for our two-week stay in Ventura.

Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out! Our stay at James’ place couldn’t have been better. He was super communicative and the location was phenomenal, just steps from the beach and so many fun things to do in SB. Would love to come back!

Great place to stay. Everything was really clean and organized. If I had to be nit picky about something, I wish there were bigger bowls to eat out of in the kitchen and more trash bags. Besides that, Rajvir was a great host and very responsive. You have access to the gym and pool during your stay and I felt very safe in the gated community.

Great place, quiet, felt at home, would definitely go back if I had the chance.

This was an amazing place to stay in Santa Barbara! So charming, clean and such a great location! Walkable to so many things to do and see! Hosts provided great recommendations for local tours and were very responsive to questions! Highly recommend!

very clean. a little difficult to find initial. the photos made it seem like a separate unit but it is an apt building. the inside was amazing and clean. the beds were firm and comfortable. overall a great place.

Renee’s home in Santa Barbara is lovely. The surroundings and view are spectacular. The house is very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Great linens and beds, comfortable lounge with large, easy to use tv, and well equipped kitchen. Attention to details! Great location.. 5-10 minutes from downtown, fine dining restaurants and shopping. It was a little chilly to use the spacious patio.. maybe next trip! Highly recommend this beautiful home.

The accommodation is in a lovely quiet neighborhood. We found every aspect of the house to be first class. One of the best airbnb's we have ever stayed in - it's obvious that a lot of thought has been put into making it as comfortable as possible. The outside spaces to the rear and side of the house are beautifully laid out. You could spend a few days without having to go anywhere else! We stayed in the main house with my son while our daughter stayed in the adjoining annex. She was completely happy with this arrangement and it's completely secure. If you have time i recommend a 10 mins drive out to Harmon Canyon - the hiking trals there are superb. All in all a really nice place.

Had a great stay! The place was clean and spacious. Instructions for check in and out were easy, and Jennifer communicate everything up front and well before my trip which made planning super convenient. Beautiful view is the surrounding mountains and super close drive to town. I would definitely stay here again ☺️

This house was very clean, private, beds were comfy and plenty of bath towels for our party of 6, great coffee and the yard was so nice!!

Sarah was communicative and her place was exactly as described. A beautiful, cozy sea-side cottage vibe and the sparkling water and cookies were a sweet touch. We will definitely be back!

Mark was an angel. We were forced to evacuate due to the fires in Los Angeles. Mark was highly communicative, caring, and generous. He allowed us to check in early due to our dire circumstances and maintained the utmost professionalism as we dealt with this relocation. The Airbnb was spotless & so stunning. So grateful. Cannot wait to come back under better circumstances.

We loved our stay. It was a wonderful spot for our family to find peace during a trying time. A few short minutes from a very lightly trafficked beach; we could not have asked for a better place to stay. We are so grateful for the accommodations!

Norma and Uni truly went above and beyond. They were incredibly responsive, promptly addressing any queries and catering to our needs. Whether you’re seeking a peaceful beach getaway or a cozy base to explore the area, this place checks all the boxes. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again!

The apartment was outstanding! Judy has excellent taste, and it shows in every detail. The space was not only spacious but also very well maintained and impeccably clean. We had no trouble finding parking on the street, and the location was perfect with easy access to supermarkets and the freeway. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely rent this place again in the future. Highly recommended!

Heaven ON EARTH. Perfection, from the wrap around deck with ocean views, to the gas bar b que, sectional sofa WITH fire pit. Dining table too! Comfortable beds, beautiful interior design & walk ability. This place HAS IT ALL🏆👌🏽

Lara's place is great. It is all set with all that you need for cooking. The two bedrooms are very private, and both have their own bathroom very near. The best part is the location. You can easily walk all the way to the top of the "plaza portion" of State Street in 30 minutes, and even closer are lots of restaurants and bars. Then, in the other direction is the beach, pier, and marina. We never moved our car while we were visiting. There is also a grocery store 3 blocks away, so easy access to all that you need for a great stay.

We had a wonderful time here! The location was absolutely perfect. So close to the beach, the park and walkable to every restaurant and shopping this cute little beach town! Amanda left us a great list of recommended places to visit.
