PROs The whole place looks like a paradise! Reminded us of Aloha beach and Sumilon Island in Cebu, its not as crowded. Very private, serene, and the water is so pristine. If only we could stay longer, we would! All the kitchen necessities/cutleries are available, they even have an airfryer! 👌 CONs Travel time was 3-hrs from Makati. If we left earlier than 8 AM and it wasn't a weekend, it could have been less. Commuting isn't recommended as it would be exhaustive and most likely, longer. The town proper is a 10-min drive from the Villa so its best to bring everything that you need. There are only two sari-sari stores in the area. The property beside it is being developed so expect some "audience" when you're swimming or having an Al Fresco meal in the waterfront. Not much of a big deal if you're not the "unbothered" type. Best to have Aqua Shoes, as some parts of the beach have dead corals that are covered in algae.

The place was very clean and is exactly what you see in the photos. It is not senior and PWD friendly though, as you would need stairs to access the property and if you would go to the beachfront. I wouldn't recommend going here in a sedan. There were unpaved and rough roads going to the property. The place is peaceful, the beach is stony but very clean. Clear waters. No stray dogs, no trash. No houseflies. Kuya Junjun was very helpful and reliable. I highly recommend the place and won't hesitate to book again.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! As a pet owner, I truly appreciated the pet-friendly environment that made my furry companion feel right at home. The staff went above and beyond with their attentive and patient service—they even helped us set up a barbecue, which turned our evening into a delightful outdoor feast. The property is nestled in a stunning, tranquil setting that offers the perfect escape from the daily grind, and it’s fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway.

We were so very pleased with our stay at Christina's that we extended our stay. Very peaceful and serene setting with everything we needed. wifi is good there is smart tv with Netflix and also many channels. the king size bed was great! The caretaker was wonderful and made us feel very safe as he was always nearby keeping the premises very clean! I definitely recommend Christina's and I will stay here again!

The place was wonderful. It was so serene since we had the whole thing to ourselves. Although the house needed a few renovations, it was super cozy and the wind came through and through from morning til afternoon. It was also chilly at night and surprisingly there were no mosquitoes. The beds and linens were neat and tidy, and the comfort rooms were clean as well. Vei and Ate Elen were very accommodating. We had alot of questions and they both were very responsive. Since the place was remote and there were no nearby restaurants, Ate Elen cooked all our food, and everything was divine! We just sent a menu request in advance and she took care of all the rest. She always made sure we were comfortable. She and her husband even booked the boat ride from Balatero for us and helped us set up a bonfire during our last night. We loved how we were welcomed with fresh buko juice. Just the ideal drink to quench our thirst on a hot summer day. We will definitely come back!

Great location and pet friendly! My family stayed for 3d 2n and we felt right at home. Kitchen is complete with all our needs to cook and store food. Christine was also very responsive and very accommodating! We were initially booked at a smaller villa but upon knowing our final headcount, she offered a bigger villa with no extra charge!

Our stay at this villa was absolutely unforgettable! From start to finish, the host was incredibly accommodating and easy to work with, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The building staff went above and beyond — they helped us with everything from buying uling and ice to tracking down coconut leaves for our budol fight. They even assisted in getting us set up for a fantastic island hopping adventure. The villa itself is a dream — right next to the beach, with the soothing sound of ocean waves audible from every room at night. It was the perfect setting for relaxation and recharging. Highly, highly recommended — we’ll definitely be coming back!

We had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our trip. The house itself was perfect for our group of 12 (including 2 kids and a baby). All four rooms were spacious and comfortable, even this one room has its own fridge. The place is peaceful and quiet, and the beach was absolutely beautiful—very clean with no trash in sight. One important note for future guests: to get to the house, you’ll need to walk down a steep cemented staircase. It’s well-built, but it can be quite a workout, especially when carrying things. I wouldn’t recommend it for elderly guests or anyone with mobility issues. If you’re bringing a lot of items, it’s best to hire porters (P150 per trip, and worth it). Also, using backpacks instead of suitcases will make the trek much easier. Do some rest stops while going down or up the stairs. All in all, it’s an excellent place to stay. The peaceful surroundings and beachfront location truly make it worth it.

It was such a beautiful and quiet place. The residents were friendly and the manager was very kind. The food they cooked was so delicious and the price was cheap, so I was impressed. We rented a fishing boat and went out to the sea. We listened to music while watching the sunset on the sea. Data was available even on the sea. The house was clean and tidy and had a very sophisticated atmosphere. There were many places to go around and it was fun to enjoy. It was unique because we were the only foreigners. The journey to the accommodation was fun and, above all, the accommodation was safe, so we had a very enjoyable trip.

Location was nice. Stuff and the host were really helpful and friendly. I will definitely recommend the place for visitors who want to experience nature close environment close to great local people.

Liam and Arlene and their staff are top notch. Excellent resort to stay at and close enough to town. Excellent walking beach, safe, and only a 200 peso water taxi ride to Pandan Island for snorkeling, sea turtles, and cold drinks. All arranged by Your friendly accomodating hosts. MoiMoi is a playful little monkey boy that is a permanent fixture on Liams shoulder that is always looking to get into mischief. And he does indeed. Book your stay with them. Our stay was nothing short of enchanting. The peaceful ambiance of the place instantly puts you in a state of relaxation, making it an ideal escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The staff members were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests, making us feel truly valued as guests. As shown in their pictures, the beach is a rounded rocky or pebble beach, with crystal-clear water where you can do a little snorkeling. You can visit the nearby sandy and semi-secluded beach/cove and rock formations by taking a few minutes' walk to the left side of the property. Overall, I recommend the place for those looking for a tranquil retreat with stunning beach views and exceptional hospitality. It's a hidden gem that offers a perfect blend of relaxation and adventure for all ages.

Dalaruan Homestay offered a wonderful and memorable stay. Hosts Joy and Rey were knowledgeable and helpful, providing suggestions for where to visit and arranging boat and tuk tuk transportation. They treated us so kindly that we felt part of the family. Very lovely accommodation on the water, in the village of Dalaruan. We enjoyed great snorkeling, beaches, and waterfalls nearby. We hope to visit again!
