Wow! Did not expect to be so blown away by our stay at John's place. The photos do not do John's amazing lil' strip of Banana River paradise justice. This spot is a REAL Florida getaway, hold all of the neon kitsch and nonsense: the apartment is pristine yet homey, decorated with shells found on the beach, hand-carved wooden turtles, and John's space race adventures. The rooms have nice quality linens and comfy beds, with ample light and good a/c. You can launch kayaks from the backyard, dolphin and manatee watch from the deck, walk 5 min to a quiet beach, and eat at good quality small businesses within a short drive. John has everything: kayaks, life jackets, boogie boards, beach umbrellas, showers and hoses to rinse off post-beach. We were only sad not to get to stay the whole week. Compared to other rentals in the area, this spot is a steal for four people. You won't regret booking – and we'll be back.

We had a great stay in Haines city thanks to Lukasz! Beautiful home and area, while the host was very kind and helpful. Definitely recommend and would come back!

Dillan invited myself and my friends into his home and helped us make the most of our trip. Everything is exactly what it is described as and more. The home is beautiful and Dillan is ready to help should anything happen. We locked ourselves out one of the rooms and Dillan provided us with a solution within twenty mins of me reaching out to him. We got into a car accident and he was more than happy to help us in working out a check out time that allowed us time to get a rental. The next time I plan on going to Davenport I will be staying in at Dillan’s home.

Everything was fresh and clean. Looks as though the home was recently built. Very roomy and comfortable.

We could not have asked for more while staying at Club Mills! It’s clear that Brent truly cares about the guest experience - it was incredibly thoughtful to have the fridge stocked with some cold bottles of water. We also really enjoyed how easy it was to gain entry through the app (so much so that we are going to buy that lock for our own home). Oftentimes, AirBnBs have a keypad that you have to type a code into. Using the app made it so much easier! Overall, the place was immaculate and we really enjoyed our time there. I absolutely would love to stay again when we find ourselves back in Orlando.

Excellent location, very spacious rooms except the kitchen was a bit minimal. Owner was very easy to communicate with.

Garry was very responsive and helpful. The unit was exactly as described. We were there for a baseball tournament, and the location was 1 mile from the park. The unit was also very close to the grocery store. The view from the dock was very peaceful and serene. Definitely recommend if you are in the Leesburg area.

The pictures does not do this spot justice. The location is serene, free of light pollution, and is extremely peaceful and private. Once inside, the unit was bigger than how it appeared in pictures with all the amenities as promised. Will likely book again when looking for a peaceful escape.

Our first time in Melbourne, and it was a welcome surprise. We originally selected Patty's Upstairs Apartment (South) in Historic Home because my wife was really intrigued by the look of it. And what a comfortable space it is! I appreciated that it wasn't too far from my favorite beaches further south. We stayed for two full weeks. During our time, we made good use of the kitchen and the back patio. And the excellent assortment of books! I found Melbourne to be surprisingly quiet, especially when compared to some other neighboring cities. This property is only a few minutes walk from the historic downtown. And me, not usually the outdoorsy type, even found a wetlands hike that I and my wife both enjoyed. We discovered it was easy to get around town, there was plenty to keep us busy, parking was easy, and the weather was great. Even more, our hosts were attentive and very kind. If we do return to Melbourne some day, this would be our first choice.

Coastal Soul was the perfect place to stay, everything was as listed, comfy, cozy and a great beachy vibe. we had a great view of the ocean and we felt at home. Will definitely stay here again. Amy is a great host and we highly recommend staying here. We had a great week. Joe and Ann

We had an amazing time at Enrico’s condo on the beach! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning views and the beautiful decor that made the space feel warm and welcoming. The condo was absolutely immaculate, and it was clear that a lot of thought went into the design and amenities. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, making it easy to prepare meals and enjoy our time together. It was a delightful surprise to find that the showers were equipped with high-quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, adding an extra touch of luxury to our stay. Overall, I would rate our experience a perfect 10 out of 10! I would definitely book again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful beach getaway. Without ever meeting Karen or David in person, it’s obvious they are fun, natural hosts and love to entertain. From the moment we walked in (it was after dark; all of the tvs were set to an aquarium scene and there was a cool turquoise glow emanating from the kitchen) we knew we had made the right choice in the Beach Shack! After a long day of driving, check-in was a breeze, the place was clean and cute as a button , and well stocked to meet our every need. Extra touches like welcome drinks and aloe vera awaited us in the fridge and a basket of convenience items in the closet are what makes it feel like your staying in a friend’s home rather than a generic rental managed by a real estate company. We appreciated the well appointed kitchen bc we shopped at the downtown farmers market and love to cook. Also perused the personalized guide book for suggestions even though we’ve visited New Smyrna many times—you always learn something new from a local! Thanks for sharing your space.
