Beautiful location with spectacular views of Lake Champlain. The Best Nest offers peace and quiet in a private setting. Everything was just as described in the Airbnb posting.

Tanner was the ultimate host. His property was pristine and worked out great for two couples. He had labeled all the cabinets in the kitchen so that it was easy to find whatever you were looking for! The lockable outside shed for our bikes was a huge plus. The stairs to the 2nd floor apt were a bit steeper than normal but were still easy to navigate. The living room had multiple seating options. Beds were very comfortable. Showers had plenty of hot water and ample towels were available. Would highly recommend this property. We will definitely be returning!

Our short stay was great! Apartment was clean, comfortable, welcoming, charming. Even small fold down sofa in living room was comfortable with topper on it, according to teen kid. Kitchen and bathroom super clean and well laid out. Everything working. Nice touches. I was super conscious that we were 5 people in an apartment above a home with a young family and, as we came back late from the Flynn, was mindful of squeaky stairs and floors above as our group walked around. I chose for its walkability to Church Street although the weather necessitated using a car. Street parking was easy and free. I would highly recommend this property.

Highly recommend! Location was perfect walking distance to downtown Plattsburgh. Very clean space, just as advertised, and great communication. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Cheri offers to customize furniture in the space based on guest's needs, offers fresh bed sheets on regular basis, and has zero steps required for checkout. It's clear she prioritizes the overall experience for the guest and actually cares about being a good host.

It had everything I needed and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Anne Marie even had a fire going in the fireplace for my arrival. Even though this spot would be ideal in the summer because it's right on the lake, I found it to be very beautiful and comfortable in the dead of winter. It was plenty warm, and easy to get in and out. I couldn't be happier with both the home and the host.

Beautiful lake house! Beachfront area was wonderful for all water activities. Easy access to the Champlain Islands which had tons of fall activities going on. House is loaded with everything you need for cooking and clean up.

We so enjoyed our stay at The Boathouse! It is a beautiful property, so serene and a real place to escape from busy life! The view to Lake Champlain is amazing, with beautiful views of the mountains in the distance. Beach / water access couldn't be beat. The interior of the home is lovely and well decorated, very comfortable and stunning architecture. Even though this home is pretty remote, the internet proved to be strong. We enjoyed cooking in the well-stocked kitchen, burning fires in the fire pit, and the sunrises and sunsets were spectacular. Hosts were great and provided very detailed information about the home!

A fantastic stay in a beautiful, very charming home. Equipped with all you can wish for, we have had a wonderful time as a family. Clear instructions, easy to find, well maintained. Friendly neighbourhood. The icing on the cake is the easy to operate Italian espresso machine.

We enjoyed our stay at Kathleen’s house very much. There were 6 of us; my family and my brother’s. The house was very cozy with an open kitchen and living room space with high ceilings. The beds and furniture were all very comfortable. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed and many things we didn’t expect like breakfast foods, coffee, etc. The two bathrooms were both spotless and had lots of nice soft towels. The outdoor furniture was very nice and new and the property is private and nicely maintained. A few of us also enjoyed using the kayaks on the lake directly across the street. We were attending a family reunion at a house on the same street so the location was extremely convenient. We liked this house so much we would like to book again for our future reunions.

The view of the lake is so serene and having access to it on the property was quite the bonus feature. My family knew it was too cold to swim but we were looking forward to the calmness of it all. Dominique let us know that she'd be around the last night of our stay which was a nice heads up in case we heard any noises in the main house above. They were very quiet neighbors! We took a trip over to Cold Hollow Sculpture Park during the day to visit during their last open weekend of the year which was a nice way to see some art and the surrounding landscape. Maybe next time we'll get a bite to eat somewhere but we had everything we needed to prepare meals so we mostly stayed put this time around. We'd love to stay again next time we're looking for a VT getaway if they'd have us.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Air b&b, the place was well appointed, clean and very comfortable. Quiet at night, amazingly well equipped kitchen, great value for money all in all. Benoit est un hôte très attentionné. D’abord, il m’a offert la possibilité d’entrer au condo plus tôt, ce que j’ai fait et vraiment apprécié. De plus, à mon arrivée, j’ai trouvé sur la table plusieurs petites collations. Quelle délicatesse de sa part! Ce qui m’a aussi ravie, ce sont les trois bûches fournies pour un feu de foyer. Autre avantage notable : la piscine, le spa et le sauna à l’intérieur de l’immeuble. Enfin, je donne un À+ à Benoit pour la communication rapide et tous les documents de consignes très claires à l’intérieur du condo. J’ai passé un agréable séjour dans ce condo qui correspondait tout à fait à la description et qui était d’une propreté irréprochable. Pour moi qui voyageais en solo, c’était parfait. Toutefois, je trouverais cela un peu petit pour quatre personnes. Enfin, l’emplacement de ce condo est génial, surtout en été avec le lac MemphréMagog! Cela dit, je le recommande vivement. Had a pleasant experienc staying at Vanessa's place. The building itself appears to be quite old, but the apartment has been newly renovated, which was a nice surprise. The space was clean, modern, and comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The apartment is ideal for two people, offering just enough room for a couple to relax. However, I wouldn't recommend it for four people, as the space might feel cramped. The location is a definite highlight, next to water and with downtown Magog within walking distance, making it easy to explore the area. In summary, it's a great spot for a couple looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay, with a nice balance of old charm and modern updates.

We had a lovely and restful stay at Carine and Sebastien's place. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and well appointed, and an easy walking distance to downtown attractions. The hosts were so kind and accommodating when we were stranded by bad weather and they graciously let us extend our stay for an extra night. We look forward to returning!

Our friend group was looking for a place to stay close to the whiteface mountain and we got super lucky to find Jo’s house! Beautiful house, stylish & super cozy - we felt like at home right away! All this in addition to beautiful surroundings made our trip an unforgettable experience! Each bedroom had a private bathroom and a common bathroom on the first floor which was amazing for a group of 6 people. Showers deserve an additional mention - it was definitely a calming and relaxing experience! Jo is an amazing host. Communication was great, we were given a lot of recommendations about local “must-visit” places. The host is super responsive, kind and understanding! Overall, it was an unforgettable experience at Jo’s place and hopefully we can go there again in the future! we highly recommend it!!
