The apartment looked great online, and I was excited to have nabbed it. When I stepped in, my first thought (honestly) was: This is even nicer than what I imagined. Very clean, uncluttered, with everything needed provided, quiet, and larger than I expected. Everything was not only clean, but also appeared very new. Felt very safe, and I was able to walk to coffee houses, grocery stores, and public transit. I hope to stay here again next time I'm in SLC.

My daughter and I had a great time! This is a beautiful place to stay. Great views and walking distance to a lot of great places! The bed was very comfortable and it was great to have a parking spot in a secured garage. We would defiantly stay here again, and would recommend to anyone. Alex was very responsive to any questions that we had. Thank you Alex!

Thomas was a very gracious host. There were lots of nice touches like a towel warmer and robes in case we wanted to use them, snacks like popcorn, hot chocolate, nuts. We loved all the amenities and the gorgeous back yard.

20-30 min from local skiing areas… able to get to Salt Lake City airport easily and overall the hosts were very nice and honestly if you’re worried about getting a loft off of someone’s house don’t worry with these hosts as they left us be if we wanted! Also the dogs were a HIT

Great stay here with my son for a late April ski trip. Awesome location about 20 minutes to Snowbird and 35 to Brighton. Very clean and quiet and the swim spa and basketball court really set it apart. Would definitely stay here again

I had a great stay at Bradley’s apartment in Draper — clean, cozy, and perfectly located. The quiet neighborhood, beautiful mountain views, and nearby amenities made it feel like a hidden gem, yet it was still close to shops, restaurants, and the freeway. Bradley was a thoughtful and responsive host, and the whole experience felt peaceful and easy. Would definitely stay again.

This was our second winter trip to Salt Lake and we stayed at Justin’s house both times. Easy access, love the garage, plenty of room, everything you need in the kitchen, and great communication makes this our place to go when we head west to ski.

We were very happy to find that in addition to the premium fixtures in the bathrooms and kitchen that attracted us to this place, that the bedding and towels were top quality. We were very comfortable. The kitchen is beautiful and well stocked with cookware and utensils. We cooked in it almost every night. When we found an issue with the flush level of the automatic toilets, Brett was very responsive and got a plumber there to make the adjustments needed. Overall, our experience was at the top of what we have found on AirBnB.

Lake City gave us a marvelous stay! We started our Utah vacation at this property and then migrated to Deer Valley. This is an awesome location for anyone wanting to ski Little Cottonwood Canyon.

Had had two families for our vacation. Everyone was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Corey communicated very well and responded quickly to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Utah

We stayed in a group of 10. Karl was very responsive and helpful with any questions or issues that popped up. Great location and right across the street from a big grocery store.the kitchen is amazing and has everything you could need to cook. I did feel like 10 was a good number, any more would have felt a bit limited on space.

Marci & Mike were amazing hosts. They responded quickly to communication and were eager to help with anything that arose. Would definitely stay again and I only wish that all Airbnb hosts would be as terrific as they were.

The property was close to everything we needed. In-and-out, Waffle Love, Costco, easy on and off the freeway. But still quiet and peaceful. Lots of rooms for family to spread out or gather. We didn't use the out side much, the weather was still cool, but it was very inviting and would be another great place. We had one family member with a Tesla, so the charge was an extra bonus. The upstairs bathroom has a door between the double sinks and the tub/shower/toilet, so we were able to get everyone in and out quickly. The bedrooms don't share a common wall, so they were extra quite. The main floor primary was perfect for grandma, so she didn't need to navigate the stairs with her cane. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this or anyone on Derek's properties again.
