Check in was easy with Donnys clear instructions. The apartment was spotlessly clean, bright and spacious. It was easy to walk to the beach and not far from the restuarants and shops. Overall we enjoyed our stay here.

We loved this flat, it was spotlessly clean, really well equipped and in a fabulous location with great views. It has a homely, personal feel and our children loved the toys and games! The sandy beach is a short walk down the hill and we spent a lot of time here. It is quieter than the main beach in swanage, a perfect place for children. Great to have a parking space too. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay and was prefect for us as a family. Lots of places to walk too. Our accommodation was perfect and clean. Kenton & Kirsty are great hosts and so helpful. We hope to be back again in the summer. 😊

Very convenient location for our weekend in Bournemouth. The flat was very spacious, immaculate and beautifully decorated. It was well equipped and a treat to have two bathrooms between us. We managed to park on the street both evenings which was a bonus. We explored Kingston Lacy while we were there which we thoroughly recommend! Host was helpful and quick to respond.

My children and I loved staying here. Perfect for us all and had everything we needed. The scones, clotted cream and Jam were a very lovely touch as were other items to make our short stay a breeze. Comfortable in all aspects too. We walked from here to a local pub which was also great. Julia was extremely helpful in getting the EV charger going which was another bonus to staying here. Would highly recommend.

We are regular visitors to Bournemouth for both business and pleasure. Rachels place is always the first port of call if it is available to book. Private parking space/great location/the flat itself is pristine and has the additional benefits of a very well equipped kitchen/movie room over staying in a hotel. Rachels comms are great and she is always helpful/responsive if needed! Don't hesitate to book this air bnb!

We had a lovely few days at Jo’s place ! Great location to explore Jurassic coast and Dorset from - only 40-45min away. Jo was a great host, friendly, helpful and quick to respond. Comfortable beds, great bed lined, comfortable sofas and lovely fire place with wood supplied. Great space for a family of four with everything you need - thank you, Jo + family !

We had a great break in Swanage, and loved staying at Rookery Cottage. The location is great, just 12-15 minutes from the town, beaches and steam railway. It’s on a main road but you don’t notice much noise once inside. The cottage is spotless and we wouldn’t change a thing, Katherine and Brian have thought of everything. They were really responsive in the run up to the holiday and helped with recommendations of places to go with our dog. They even left a lovely welcome pack with some dog biscuits which Tommy loved! Highly recommend this for a Swanage stay!

We had a great stay at Daniela's place, great location for the beach and both Shanklin and Sandown. Daniela was very responsive with the queries we had and the house was great, the garden is a sun trap. Would recommend it.

We had a lovely couple of days stay here. The flat was immaculate and as described. Brilliant instructions of how to access the flat and where to find everything. Really kind extras which were a lovely surprise and just made the stay so much more special. We will definitely be back because of the lovely flat and the location of Corfe castle. Spent a fantastic couple of nights in Tina's lovely studio. Part of a stunning contemporary property in a quiet area but close enough to central Salisbury for those who want to visit. Equally stunning is the garden with the chalkstream River Nadder at its limit. Well equipped kitchen and very pleasantly appointed living accommodation. If you absolutely forced me to suggest any improvements all I could say is; maybe a bigger TV screen?! But with the garden and the surrounding sights to visit you probably won't be watching much TV anyway! Tina was an exemplary host. One of the best UK Airbnb's I've stayed in for sure. Thoroughly recommended.

Sonya is incredibly responsive with communication and flexible with our check in times. Her flat is exactly as described and shown on the pictures. It’s to a great standard. The immediate surroundings of the flat are a little questionable but in prime location to parks, restaurants, and the beach. It can feel hot inside the flat on summer days but the large floor to ceiling French doors onto the terrace and provided fan at the property offer sufficient cooling. We really enjoyed our stay and would certainly visit again. Sonya and her property have been great to our family (2 adults, 2 teens) while we are on our holidays!

Very happy we stayed here. The hosts were extremely proactive and friendly and the accommodation was A1. Really cosy, high end furnishings and very welcoming. Hot tub was amazing too! Property was near to a number of local beaches and towns by car and very close to shops and restaurants. Will be back for sure!

We had a few days at Nicole's bnb. it was in a lovely quiet spot within a few metres of the beach. The flat was clean and tidy with a very comfortable kingsize bed. We didn't eat our meals at the flat, but the kitchen was very well equipped and had a very modern bathroom. Very pleasant for a short stay.

Fantastic apartment flooded with beautiful light and the most stunning views of the sea. So peaceful and quiet, well laid out and equipped with cool, funky decor. Perfect location really close to sandy Boscombe beach and ideal for exploring Bournemouth, Sandbanks and Dorset landmarks. Great for a family of four with the layout of the rooms.

Family of 5 stayed here for 2 nights and we all really enjoyed it. You are about 5 minutes drive to Bournemouth sea front and about 10-15 minutes to Southbourne beach. You are also a 5ish minute walk to Tesco Express (it's quicker to walk there than Drive) which is handy, there was also some restaurants in the same area but we didn't try any. The house was very clean and well looked after and a really good sized garden for the kids to run around in. Beds were all made up ready for us and few bits left out as a welcome gift which were a nice touch. Angela was also very accessible throughout the stay if we needed her.

Really enjoyed our stay faultless from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Clean and tidy and very helpful hosts. Enjoyed a meal a the local pub which was 4 minutes walk up the road. 40 minutes away from Lulworth Cove and Durdle door. Would highly recommend.
