Four (4) pristine ocean/bayfront acres are privately yours to enjoy! 😊 The Little 'g' Cottage is a secluded couples-only retreat (1 or 2 adults, no children/infants & no pets). Situated on 4 wooded acres overlooking the clean blue Atlantic, the cottage is just steps away from our private cove. An open floor plan w/studio bedroom, open living area, compact kitchen, and full bath (toilet/vanity inside, shower & soaking tub outside) are privately yours. Beautiful views throughout the cottage.

Bayview Cottage on the Atlantic

Nestled at the head of Pigeon Hill Bay, our cottage is surrounded by 20 acres of fields, marshland, private walking paths, and a private pebble beach on the ocean with views of the Atlantic. Acadia National Park is nearby (1 hour plus) or take the ferry (20 minutes away) to BarHarbor. Acadia Park Schoodic Point is a must see (20 minutes). Enjoy our kayaks, our recommended day trips, blueberry picking, visiting white-tailed deer. For a full week stay we serve a lobster shore dinner for two.

This beautiful property is on Pinkham Bay on the coast of Maine and sleeps 4 inside the Cabin with 1 BR, a loft and pullout queen sofa. There is an additional enclosed relaxing area overlooking the fireplace and bay to sit back and take in the incredible scenery . Located on 2.5 acres of ocean frontage with easy access to the waters edge to launch the kayaks. Cabin includes all the amenities including open floor plan and Rinnai propane heater and heat pump. Firepit is ready for hours of fun.

Upstairs apartment, interior & exterior stairs/ all private space. Open concept living room with full kitchen. Living area: sofa with ottoman, recliner, rocker, smart TV, ceiling fan & window A/C. WiFi. Bathroom: shower, vanity, flush, washer/dryer, laundry supplies, iron, toiletries, towels, and blow dryer. Bedroom: One queen size platform bed, dresser, bedside tables, sound machine, closet, ceiling fan, window A/C. Bedroom door opens to a small private deck w/stairs to ground level.

Watch the lobster boats work their traps just in front of the house. Not appropriate for small children. Sorry, NO PETS, we're allergic :-(
