The place was perfect and we loved watching the sunrise over the bay every morning. Nice quiet neighborhood and great fenced in backyard for the dogs. The house was as described and looks like the photos. The host was very responsive and helpful! Would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking to come to the Annapolis area.

House was spectacularly designed and smelled so good upon arrival. The ranch level style with everything on one floor was ideal for stay with a toddler (and 3 adults). We only stayed a weekend but wish it was longer. I would definitely stay here again. One thing to note that this area does not have service if you are not in the house. Once you are in the house you have WiFi and good to go. Lauren was super responsive and very nice.

Our stay at Cece's Boho Cottage was excellent. It started with an egg hunt around the yard for my boys along with some sweet treats for all to enjoy. Cece gave amazing restaurant suggestions along with local hikes and shops. If you happen to forget something, Cece thought of it! We loved morning coffee on the back porch with the rising sun, comfy beds, and enough space to spread out. Thank you for sharing your adorable cottage with us! We are already trying to plan a trip back!

Staying here was a highlight of our trip. We could have stayed for a month. The place is beautiful and squeaky clean. The owners have gone through a lot of effort to make the place comfortable and cozy and inviting. We got in late so the next morning when I woke up and walked into the living room area I was shocked by the most beautiful view through the sunroom out over the water. The sunroom is huge with Windows all around. We had baby deer and Canadian geese come right up to the windows. Teresa supplies everything you need and checks on you frequently to make sure. Communication was outstanding. I can't say enough good things about this place.

Beautiful house in a picturesque location. My daughters enjoyed wading into the Chesapeake Bay from the (small) private beach on the property and drawing pictures in the sand. We also enjoyed watching a heron that was hanging out for a while on the neighbor's pier (the binoculars provided that Nancy and Tom provided were a nice addition).

Donna's property is quaint and comfortable with enough room from multi-generational guests. The property is immaculately kept and provided all the amenities of home. There is a marina a short walk with a restaurant/bar to grab a bite to eat or a quick drink. I highly recommend this property for a get away.

This property has a breathtakingly beautiful view of the water that has a fully fenced in yard…so you don’t have to worry about little ones getting into the water. The master bedroom and master bath was amazing. My extended family and I traveled from 4 different states to stay at this property and all of us were comfortable. The house had plenty of spaces to kit be on top of each other. I highly recommend booking this property. The host is very responsive and helpful. I will keep this property in mind for future stays.

This home is really nice! We stayed there because our daughter was getting married at a venue about 5 minutes away from the home. It was perfect! Plenty of space for our family and was great for the bridal party to get ready! Nice open floor plan. The beds a bedrooms were very large with comfortable beds. The home was well equipped. The outdoor area was nice and I’m sure the pool is nice in the summertime. Thank you for sharing your home with us on this very special occasion.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. The Bay was across the street. There were many extra Amenities available to us on the grounds. The house was in a perfect location, very well maintained, fully equipped, very cozy, and within walking distance to everything. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Megan was the perfect host. She was very welcoming, friendly, warm, and responsive. Everything went smoothly and was exactly how she said that it would be. There were no unexpected surprises. We can't wait to go back!

We had a great stay at this clean, comfortable, convenient and cozy house. We were impressed by the attention to detail. Every time we needed something, it was there. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed to cook our Thanksgiving meal. We were close to Annapolis And had an easy drive to the museums of DC. We took several walks to the nearby beach, and enjoyed both sunrises and sunsets. We would definitely come back! Thank you, Peggy!

We had a wondferful time with extended family at this beautiful spot where you're surrounded by nature and expansive views from inside and outside the house. The views of the water and sunsets are breathtaking. The house has everything needed to cook family meals and share a comfortable and revitalizing time.

We really enjoyed staying here. It was a spacious home and we love the community. We were in town visiting family and It was so convenient being so close to family and friends. Very comfortable

We came to the area for a wedding and had 8 adults and 2 children. There was plenty of room and everything was very clean and welcoming. There was a large table for all of us to fit at and eat together and we especially enjoyed our time in the hot tub. Janean was very quick to respond and gave us great recommendations for dinner. The area was beautiful and we would definitely love to come back some time in the future and stay at the Wildbluesea Retreat!

Beautiful location and the bikes, kayaks and fire pit all added fun and relaxation to our stay! Close enough to Chestertown to enjoy the farmers’ market and shopping and far enough out to be a peaceful retreat.

Gregory’s place was spectacular! And he is the most responsive and helpful AirBnB host I’ve ever had, and he is just so kind! The house was clean, beautifully decorated, had so many amenities, and just had so many thoughtful touches. It’s in a great location too. We cannot wait to come back to visit 1PH and Rock Hall!! Kathryn's place was clean and beautiful! Kathyrn provided many thoughtful amenities such as sound machines, night lights, and coffee for the coffee maker. The house has a great set up, especially if you are looking for somewhere fun to spend a holiday! The kitchen would be great for a lot of cooking, and the beautiful dining room table has enough room for a lot of guests. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was extremely clean and well-maintained, with more than enough towels provided, which was a great touch. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant—perfect for relaxing or going for a walk. We really appreciated the water softener, and the space overall was very roomy and comfortable. Having a washer and dryer on-site was super convenient, too. Would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing time staying here! We live in the area and stayed here for our wedding weekend, it was the absolute best spot to get ready. Erika reached out to us when she knew there was flooding in the area to make sure we were well taken care of and responded immediately to an initial issue at check in. We had an incredible stay, appreciating the beautiful water view and space. Dock of the bay right down the street was perfect for our rehearsal dinner and a great place to hang out.

Sheila’s place was the perfect weekend getaway. She was a responsive host, and her home was even better than depicted. The house was thoughtfully designed and well-appointed. She accounted for every kitchen utensil / appliance you could possibly need, and even had eye masks for sleeping in the bedrooms. The waterfront views were the main appeal of the house and the master bedroom overlooked a gorgeous view that boasted picturesque sunrises and sunsets. Would definitely come back again—preferably with a boat! I only wish we could have stayed longer.

The description of Joel's Annapolis home is an accurate description of his wonderful home. The most outstanding features of this property are: the waterfront location --> unobstructed panoramic views; serene setting on a quiet street and there are lots of other pluses. The house was super comfortable. Everything was in working order. I appreciated the workout equipment --> not lots of stuff but enough to get some indoor exercise that I like to do each day. Walking up and down the street --> neighbors were all very friendly. The kitchen is fabulous. It only took about 15 to 20 minutes to get to the center of things to do and see in Annapolis. While we did not use much of the outside furniture, the outside furniture is plentiful and looks comfortable. A big thing for us is cleanliness --> the house is immaculate. We will probably make a return trip in the future and would appreciate the opportunity to stay here again.

Our stay at this location was a 10/10 experience. Shelley was an AMAZING, kindhearted, and friendly host. I had this airbnb for my getting ready bridal suite and Shelley was the sweetest host! She even gifted us champagne in celebration. The location is BEAUTIFUL and I would absolutely recommend this place to all.
