Had an amazing time! Definitely one of the most smooth sailing trips I’ve had in a while. The view was amazing and the host was very responsive and the amenities were amazing. Definitely recommend!

This place has the most stunning views and apartment itself for 4 people was very comfortable. Clean , modern , easy access , location and so much more was a plus . I would come back for longer duration next time !

PROS- I really enjoyed my stay here! The place was spot on to the photos. The home was clean as a whistle. Bathrooms were sooo nice and we all loved the rainfall shower heads! We utilized the Cuisinart cookware (which I have at home). Everything was simple and great! The home was convenient to the interstates, stores, food, etc. Neighbors was friendly as well! The A/C gets Iceland cold and loved it! CONS- There was a weird little smell as we entered the home. I purchased an air freshener, which helped eliminated it. The pillows were okay, I'm just use to thicker type pillows. The driveway was a bit small for the large sized Chevy Tahoe I rented for the stay. Lastly, if you have a set time to get up and you forget to set your alarm, worry not, the neighborhood rooster across the street will surely assist you -LOL- STILL, Overall, we all enjoyed the home! WE WILL DEF STAY AGAIN!!! Thanks, Sergio, for allowing us to room in your lovely unit!

Superbe logement avec magnifique vue. Le logement était très propre et bien équipé. À proximité de la plage avec piscine. Liliana est une très bonne hôte! Je recommande à tous. Nous avons adoré notre séjour.

Had a wonderful stay. Place was clean and right in the middle of Lil Havana Calle 8. We took the bus or cabbed it to other areas of Miami like bayside market and Hobie beach which was leas than 30 min. My cousin and I felt safe returning to the air B& B late at night. Octavio was responsive with all messages I sent. Definitely pleased with my stay!

Had a lovely stay! The apartment was wonderful and it was in a fantastic location. Will definitely want to stay in Miroslava’s apartment again next time I’m in Miami.

The apartment itself was quaint, clean, newly remodeled and very comfortable. Whenever I needed to contact them, they immediately responded out. The apartment is near the highway, but was not a factor for me. You don’t hear any traffic noise when inside the unit. As for the backyard, I used it to wind-down from a long day. I other than the fridge, really didn’t use the kitchen. The unit was clean, beds were comfortable, shower was perfect, it had everything I needed. I would stay there again.

Todo excelente en nuestra estancia, fue fácil movernos de ahí para todos los lugares importantes, el patio es muy agradable, sin duda lo recomiendo.

Daniel's place was conveniently located to everything we wanted to do in Miami. We would book again!!

This was our 4th stay with Javier & Pablo. We like having the 2 TV's, a complete kitchen & parking a few feet from the front door. We enjoy walking the neighborhood, the quick walk to Winn Dixie for groceries, and our leisurely walks to the Miracle Mile area which is their downtown! It is full of stores, restaurants & bars for any budget. We will be back!!!

Todo estuvo excelente! El departamento muy cómodo, bien equipado y limpio. La ubicación muy buena. Zona tranquila pero cercana a lugares comerciales, buenos restaurantantes, cerca a la playa. Sin duda volveremos!

The apartment is exactly as described. This is a tremendous place to relax, recover and enjoy the sunny isles of Florida. Fernando and team were incredibly gracious and responsive. Would definitely stay there again (hopefully very soon)

Empatia e atenção foi primordial, ficou poucos dias porém o suficiente pra ficar com gostinho de voltar. A vista do apartamento é espetacular.

The best a vacation Airbnb so far in my life

We had a very good stay at Eric's condo! We were very happy with the location and Eric was always easy to reach and resonded quickly to questions and issues. Everyone in the building and the Valet service were very helpful. We faced the bay and the sunsets were really beautiful. Traffic on Collins Ave is what it is, busy and a bit noisy at times, but it didn't bother us much because there were a lot of positives to compensate for that issue.

Excellent choix pour nos 4 jours en famille. Il y avait vraiment tout le nécessaire sur place (au-delà de mes attentes) pour profiter de la place: chaises pliantes, jouets de sable, body board, glacière, etc.. L'appartement était très propre et bien équipé. Il était dans un complexe locatif. Le site lui-même était aussi bien entretenu. Nous avions accès direct à piscine et plage. L'hôte était très réactif et ne nous a demandé aucune tâche particulière pour le départ, nous informant que l'équipe de ménage faisait tout!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Beach Pad! It was so cozy with everything we needed to have a relaxing vacation. The location was perfect and just steps from the sand. The beach was lovely and not too crowded. We enjoyed walking to the boardwalk every day as well! We would definitely love to stay here again someday ☺️
