Steve and Aaron were great! They were very responsive and an available at all times. If we had an issue they would fix it and they were always very kind. The house it’s just as described and very clean. We did not have an iron and they provided a brand new one for us! The patio is beautiful and great for BBQ. Everything was great. I would highly recommend this listing and any listing with this host. Overall, one of the best Airbnb experiences I have ever had.

Place is great - close to Calle ocho but quiet part of the neighbourhood! Hosts are helpful and communicative.

I have stayed at a good amount of Airbnbs and the first thing that I must say is that Jay and Anne are top tier hosts! They have great, open communication and any need or problem that we had was attended to ASAP! They even recommended this great restaurant for me to get delicous conch fritters from. Lol Ok, now on to the house. Baby... it did not disappoint at all! It is so much more spacious than it looks in the pics. My family enjoyed our stay and I would most def book with them again. I must say this as well... my mother forgot 2 items that are dear to her at the house when we checked out and she didn't realize until the next day! 🤦🏽‍♀️I reached out highly doubting that my mother would get the items back BUT Jay and Anne informed me that the cleaners found them and they were returned back to my mother. 🥹 They didn't have to do that. Jay and Anne, thank you again! People... book this house!! You will not regret it. ✌🏽🫶🏽

Love this place! We have stayed at many houses over the years but this was by far the best we have ever stayed at. It was so beautiful at night just relaxing in the pool/hot tub and hanging out outside! The kitchen was fully stocked and easy tp prepare food for our party right at home! I never wanted to leave! Miriam was so responsive to any of our needs, even giving us good restaurant suggestions! Beautiful home.

Kimberly was truly an outstanding host! She was quick to respond and communicated clearly throughout the booking process. While we were unable to stay at the property due to a medical emergency on our end, we appreciated Kimberly’s understanding :).

This home was AMAZING to say the least! We took a group trip and everyone had an amazing time. Zeth was super responsive and happy to provide info as needed. Not to mention the master is even more beautiful in person! I would highly recommend this home and may even come again!

Great place to stay! The house is on a quiet street, a short walk to the beach. You don't need to worry about anything; the house has it all. Charmaine was amazing, checking on us and making sure we had everything we needed. The outdoor shower was a big plus! I 100% recommend this place for families with small kids!

What a place to come back to after a long day of work! The water was always hot and the house was big enough for five guys to have their own space. Would definitely stay at this house again when work takes us back to Miami! Would recommend this place to friends and colleagues. My friends and I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and looking just like the pictures. Everything was spotless when we arrived, and the space was comfortable and welcoming. The host was responsive and made check-in super easy. This is definitely the nicest Airbnb that I’ve ever stayed in, and best value for the dollar hands down. It’s so nice to be able to walk to local some good local restaurants and the neighborhood is nice yet very quaint. Pietro and his team were awesome every step of the way, assisting with any requests or questions promptly, and I highly recommend this property to anyone staying in Miami- close to south beach, opa locka, MIA, and Miami executive airports, etc. The mattresses were comfortable, the landscape was impeccably manicured which offers a nice amount of privacy. The property is bigger & more spacious than it looks, and the location is hard to be beat! I’ll be back to visit again soon and stay at my favorite Airbnb with all of the perfect touches and a flare of Tuscan simplicity. 10/10 all the way around !!!

WOW! What a great place to stay in Miami! Rick's place was just what the doctor ordered. The family was in town for a birthday celebration, and everything we needed for a fantastic getaway was right at our fingertips. Games, activities and beautiful outdoor space, right at the house. A well appointed kitchen, spacious bedrooms and lovely living space rounded out the experience, everyone in our party was extremely satisfied. Rick is an awesome communicator, he got back to me with any questions I had and was extremely accommodating. We highly recommend this property to anyone considering a trip to the Miami area.
