We came to Ohio for a dog event, and Don's home was very comfortable with a spacious back yard for the dogs to use. The couch and beds were all very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with anything we might need as far as dishes, pans, silverware. It was a very quiet neighborhood as well with many restaurants and a grocery store near by. Unfortunately, it was bucketing rain our entire stay otherwise we might have enjoyed the firepit and outdoor space more.

Stayed here for 2 weeks while taking a class and studying for an exam at Hobart. Had everything I needed to cook, study in peace, and feel comfortable during my stay.

Tiffanie was a gracious host who made me feel right at home. She communicates well and met me up on arrival, even provided local recommendations. I appreciated the location in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of space available on the back deck to enjoy. The unit itself was clean and well decorated. Would stay again.

Jon and Chera's place is a great spot to stay in Tipp. Historic shops just down the street with fun restaurants. House was just as pictured, EXTREMELY clean and beautifully decorated. The hosts were great and very understanding and quick to respond to any communication or questions. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Thanks for everything.

Alan is an excellent host, and the place is easy to find. It has a private bathroom, a comfortable bed, and is a great value for the price. Plus, his dog Charlie is adorable.

Wonderful, kind host! Clean and just as pictured. We have a baby and they kindly put gates up for us along with providing a crib and high chair. Absolutely recommend and would stay again. Thank you for being wonderful host!

Excellent host! Highly recommend! So nice & responds so fast! House was clean & no pet odor! They must do a thorough walk of the yard to make sure no renters missed picking up dog messes because we didn’t spot any! The fenced yard was a nice size. Beds were very comfortable and they provided plenty of pillows and extra blankets. Parking was never a problem right in front of the house. Perfect location for walking our dogs downtown! Would definitley stay here again!! Thanks for a wonderful stay!!

The North West Hideaway is so sweet that we just fell in love with it! It’s just the right size - not big but not crowded - very well-organized. And very comfortable! The view into the backyard is so lush and green and we enjoyed the Adirondack chairs on the back porch in the evenings. It was too windy for a fire in the firepit but it’s a nice touch and it’s maintained well. The coffee selection was excellent and we appreciated the maps and referrals to local eateries. The bed was just perfect: firm but not hard. I would recommend the North West Hideaway to anyone staying in Xenia who’s looking for comfort, convenience, safety and security, easy walking and bike riding - and the I almost forgot the apple fritters that were waiting for us! oh my goodness - they were delicious! We can’t wait to visit again!

We've stayed here many times. We feel very at home at Steve and Marilyn's and will always look to stay here when we come back to Urbana.

We were visiting family in Cedarville and Grace's apartment met our needs perfectly. It was such a convenient location, and a lovely place to stay. Grace was extremely accommodating with our schedule, and we are looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommended.

We travel to Cedarville quite often and this is the first time we were able to book with Paul and Dianne. Even though our stay was just an overnight to pick up our daughter from school, our stay was wonderful! There were clear instructions for things, including for tornados (a HUGE plus for me!!). And a drop down fire escape ladder with instructions, a first in all of the places we’ve stayed. Paul and Diane have thought of everything. Although small the apartment was well equipped. An added touch that was thoughtful was being greeted by Diane after our long drive. Would recommended to anyone traveling to Cedarville. We will definitely stay again.

We stayed in the Studio portion of the property and it was very clean and accommodating. My wife called it absolutely adorable. The home is within walking distance to all the shops, restaurants, breweries, etc. We had a blast hanging out in Yellow Springs staying at Robert and Leanne's place. Would definitely book here again.
