Carlo is a great host. Although we had a little bit of a language barrier we managed perfectly and communication was very good. Great place for enjoying the Tuscany flair. We were 7 people staying at his house. Two things to remember (but manageable): There is only one bathroom and the kitchen is fairly small. We had a great time. Thanks again Carlo

Posizione veramente bellissima, anche in inverno che talvolta presenta i luoghi in modo più rude. La struttura è molto bella, dettagli curati, accogliente confortevole e calda. La facilità di parcheggio ed il silenzio sono due aspetti che ho trovato molto volentieri. E devo dire che il ragù di cinghiale che producono che ho provato è squisito...

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Silvana. Le logement est situé dans un endroit calme et apaisant. Très bien situé pour visiter la Toscane (Florence, San Gimignano, Lucques, Pise, Sienne...). La piscine est un vrai atout par ces chaleurs, nous avons pu en profiter tous les jours.

Wir hatten einen so wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Selvabella, dass wir am liebsten dageblieben wären. Bernardo hat uns herzlich empfangen und war jederzeit für Fragen oder Empfehlungen erreichbar. Wir haben sowohl das leckere Frühstück als auch ein umfangreiches Abendessen genossen: Definitiv eine Empfehlung, alles ist handgemacht, mit viel Liebe zum Detail gekocht und auf den wunderschönen handgetöpferten Tellern von Marta angerichtet. Da wir selber vom Fach sind, haben wir keinen Kochkurs bei Bernardo genommen, durften aber bei anderen Gästen über die Schulter schauen: Von handgemachter Pasta über traditionelles Focaccia bis zur Pannacotta mit Feigenblättern vom eigenen Baum ist alles dabei und sieht so fabelhaft aus wie es schmeckt. Bernardo und Marta sind wunderbar freundliche und herzliche Menschen mit tollen Hunden und einem besonderen Verständnis für gutes Essen. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Accueil formidable, emplacement au top et gentillesse des propriétaires ont fait de notre séjour un moment inoubliable! Excellent petit déjeuner et la piscine a été tes appréciée en fin de journée . Je recommande à 100%!

Logement petit mais fidèle à la description et aux photos. Plus adapté pour un court séjour que pour de longues vacances je pense. La vue est incroyable. Dommage pour nous, il pleuvait ce qui limitait aussi l’envie de profiter de la chouette terrasse. Le jardin est mignon. Le logement est tranquille , malgré la proximité d’une route que l’on entend passablement. Le centre de Florence très accessible en 10min en voiture. Il y a un arrêt de bus devant le logement avec passages réguliers, mais nous avons toujours pris la voiture. Laura est très réactive et de bon conseil. Nous aimerions beaucoup revenir, mais à la belle saison cette fois ! :-)

Authentic accomodation in a beautiful location and pool in Tuscany. Only 40 min drive to Florence. Had a great stay here.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Valentina ! Le Airbnb était encore plus grand et spacieux que sur les photos, ce qui a été une très belle surprise. Valentina et son mari ont été des hôtes extrêmement serviables et toujours à l'écoute de nos petits besoins. Leur accueil chaleureux a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. L'emplacement, entouré de magnifiques champs de vignes, a vraiment ajouté une touche spéciale à notre séjour. Le petit déjeuner était simple mais efficace. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit pour visiter la Toscane!

Alloggio stupendo, l'ideale per un po' di relax nel chianti. Accoglienza casalinga, fermatevi per la colazione o ve ne pentirete!

I had a wonderful stay in the house. It is located in a place where you can feel the vibe of rural Tuscany. I really enjoyed the traditional, cosy style of the interior and had a browse through some old beautifully illustrated books by candlelight in the evening. During a stroll I discovered an olive garden nearby. I can truly recommend staying at this place :)

Super schöne Unterkunft, mitten im Grünen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Check-in war flexibel und Stefan war sehr freundlich und hat uns viele Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Vielen Dank für alles!

Nous avons reçu un très bon accueil. L'hôte est parfaitement polyglotte. Le cadre est somptueux au milieu des vignes et des oliviers. Nous avons également apprécié grandement la piscine sous les fortes chaleurs. La villa est joliment décoré avec goûts.

Tutto ottimo nel complesso, l'unico appunto l'insonorizzazione delle camere non è il massimo. Si sentoni chiaramente le stanze di fianco.

We had a family reunion and were really looking forward to spending some time relaxing around the pool and jacuzzi, but unfortunately a freak disaster struck the first night that left both unusable (and the hosts with lots of mopping up to do). Despite this disappointment, the hosts went to great lengths to provide us with alternative activities, and the surrounding area is MAGNIFICENT. Driving is scary if you're not used to misty, tiny little roads on precarious mountainsides, but ohhhhh, the scenery is worth it. And the hosts were superb. They spoiled my niece Olivia with a massive Easter Egg on her arrival, and Daniela peppered us with delightful stories, special seasoning, homemade Limoncello, and cake, so despite the disappointment of the pool and jacuzzi, we had a lovely time. Rooms were comfy, the kitchen is well-stocked for cooking, and the views are spectacular. So I'm giving the stay 5 stars, because if the pool and jacuzzi work as usual, it certainly would be a 5-star spot.

Прекрасное пространство ,с качественным ремонтом и новой мебелью,всё дышит свежестью и чистотой. Хозяйка дала подробные инструкции по заселению,было всё четко и просто(ориентация по фото великолепна!) Место соответствовало нашим желаниям.Провести время загородом ,в такой удобной локации,свежим воздухом,если вы на машине-это просто лучшая идея для путешествий. Мы обязательно вернемся!

Vanessa et sa famille sont adorables et très accueillants . Ils sont également de bon conseil pour nous guider dans nos visites. La campagne Toscane est magnifique. Il y a tout à San Donato : restaurant, supermarché, boucher, café...accessibles à pied de la maison. Siene , Florence et San Guimignano ne sont pas loin. Le jardin et la piscine sont très appréciables surtout avec 2 ado de 13 et 16 ans. Bref, c'était très bien 😀

Accommodation was good. Maria was very supportive. She was very helpful related to check in- check out times. Location is close to tram station. Overall, everything went well, I highly recommend Maria's apartment.

Séjour très agréable. Logement particulièrement propre et décoré avec soin. Hôte avenante et réactive. Je recommande fortement.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. War wie ein kleines Hotelzimmer. Ein Picknickkorb mit Geschirr und Besteck gab es im Zimmer, sowie einen kleinen Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine. Schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber! ☺️ Hatten leider etwas spät in der Beschreibung gesehen, dass der Pool erst später öffnet, war aber kein Hindernis. In der Toskana gibt es sehr schöne Thermen. Direkt gegenüber von der Unterkunft gab es das zugehörige Restaurant, welches sehr gut besucht wurde. Nachtruhe war dadurch etwas schwer aber mit geschlossenem Fenster aushaltbar. Außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten ist der Ort sehr ruhig! Eine wirklich schöne Unterkunft auf dem Land und sehr zu empfehlen! 🌸
