Beautiful place, amazing scenery, the walking trails just outside the house add a lot, recommended!!!

This place was even better than we expected! The views were so amazing and peaceful! The hosts were very sweet and accomodating....Roberta was very helpful in giving us recommendations for food and sightseeing in the area. Don't miss the wine tasting if you stay here....it was very nice especially for the price! Elena did a great job! We are so happy we chose this place for our stay in Tuscany!

This house fully lives up to the photos and it is an amazing place with a wonderful pool in a perfect location not too far from Florence. We stayed with 6 people and enjoyed every bit of it. We felt very welcome and everything went very smooth our whole stay! Would love to go back :)

Peaceful and serene place. Very high quality apartments and swimming pool area. The pool was very clean - taken care of every morning. The hosts are very warm and polite.

Alt i alt, et dejligt ophold der levede op til vores forventninger. Stor og lækker pool, som særligt børnene spenderede mange timer i. Lejligheden ligger er det perfekte sted, hvis man som vi, godt kan lide dagsudflugter til byer som San Gimignano, Siena, Firenze og Chianti-distriktet som helhed

Location stupenda! Abbiamo soggiornato in agosto per 6 giorni. Casa pulitissima e super attrezzata, piscina grande e impeccabile. Francesca super presente (mai invadente) e disponibile nel consigliarci. Speriamo di tornarci.

Wat een prachtige locatie en wat een ontzettend lieve gastvrouw (Valeria). We hebben genoten van onze week in Il Melo van la Villa Romita.

Anna was very easy to communicate with a always responsive. Debra met us upon arrival and kindly greeted us and showed us around. She was always available if needed and her place was just beautiful. This was a memorable stay for my husband and I and we just loved it here at Debra’s place. There are plenty of good restaurants in the area and a bakery, gelateria and butcher within walking distance. We were close to the city center as well as Chianti and Greve. She was so helpful with suggestions and has a guide inside the apartment with anything from wineries to restaurants. This is truly a magical place to stay!

Patrizia’s place was the highlight of our Italy trip! She was beyond sweet and communicative. Always checking in and providing plenty of local recommendations to check out! The place was even better than described and the view cannot be beat! Patrizia’s taste in decor and aesthetic was unmatched. You will definitely need to rent a car but is nice and close to Florence. Couldn’t recommend this place more!

It’s a magical place and you will feel the artistic energy here during your stay. We were well accommodated during our 10 day visit.

Wir haben uns von Beginn an wohl gefühlt. Angefangen von den schriftlichen Kontakten bis hin über das „Abholen“ an der Strasse, damit wir uns sofort zurecht finden. Die Begrüßung und das Ankommen waren bereits Erholung. Maria die gute Seele vor Ort, hat alles mit so viel Liebe eingerichtet. Ein toller Obstkorb, etwas italienisches zum Naschen, eigen hergestelltes Olivenöl, Prosecco, Brot, Marmelade, Milch, Kaffeekapseln. Begeistert hat uns auch die Sauberkeit und Liebe zum Detail. In den Fenstern Fliegengitter machen einem das Leben wirklich leichter. Wir können nur sagen, es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Kurzer Spaziergang zur nächstgelegenen Pizzeria mit lecker Pizza, ein Eiscafé, der Bahnhof ca. 20 min. zu Fuß entfernt. Tolle typisch italienische Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fussläufig erreichbar. Vielen Dank für die tollen Tage.

Wir waren spontan für zwei Nächte in diesem charmanten kleinen Häuschen …einer liebevoll umgebauten Scheune mit viel Flair. Die Bilder stimmen mit der Realität überein, und wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, die Betten bequem, und Bettwäsche sowie Handtücher rochen angenehm frisch, das schätzen wir sehr. In den Schlafzimmern gibt es keine Verdunkelungsvorhänge, was uns persönlich nicht gestört hat. Zwischen den Zimmern ist es etwas hellhörig, ebenso bei den Fenstern, für uns aber kein Problem. Die Unterkunft war sauber und eignet sich gut als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die schnelle und freundliche Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Unterkunft mit Charakter ….wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen 🤍✨

Beautiful, spacious villa in an excellent location. The pool was a nice perk! Was also nice having a half-bathroom on the first floor. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and pots/pans, but you'll have to bring your own olive oil and other food staples if you want to cook. The main bathroom was lovely and the step-in shower was great -- just be careful in the bathtub, it's slippery!

This was a wonderful villa. We spent three nights there and it was lovely. Giulia is a great host - very responsive, friendly & provided us with lot’s of useful information. We will be back !!! Thanks Giulia !

Silvia’s place far exceeded our expectations. Everything looks just like the listing, only better. The setting is stunning. Silvia has multiple outdoor areas set up for dining and just looking at the view. The villa is spotless and fully equipped with everything you could possibly want. The bed was very comfortable. There are two entrances into the villa so you do not have to carry your suitcases up any stairs. We even adjusted our itinerary to spend more time around the villa. Silvia and Giuliano were the perfect hosts; friendly, warm and made us feel more like family than guests. We cannot wait to return.

We absolutely loved staying here! Walkable restaurants that were amazing and such amazing views. It's a short drive to Florence and very worth it. Highly recommend staying here!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub in der Toskana. Frederico und sein Team waren super nett und jederzeit ansprechbar. Die Anlage war wunderschön und mit einem traumhaften Ausblick. Florenz, Siena oder Pisa waren sehr gut zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft war ebenfalls sehr gut. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke für eure tolle Gastfreundschaft.
