Thanks Jo for the accommodation. This place was meeting our requirements, our stay was pretty comfortable. It was warm, clean and my 3 yr old enjoyed the backyard. Jo was approachable and friendly to talk. I would definitely recommend this place.

Karen was absolutely incredible. She was very responsive, respectful, and accommodating. We very much enjoyed our stay as my team and I were there on business. We had a wonderful stay! The airbnb is right next to Tuscan village with many shops and restaurants. The house itself is spacious, clean, very well equipped, and comfortable. We had a few questions during our stay and they were answered within minutes. We would definitely stay again!

What a lovely place! Perfectly decorated, incredibly well-maintained, tons of space, sparkling clean, and in a wonderful location. Five minute walk to Northeastern, super easy walk to Fenway, and less than a 30 minute very scenic walk to the Back Bay area (it was such a beautiful walk, we did it multiple times during our stay). The homes (including this one) are amazing, great places to eat nearby, etc. This is definitely one of my favorite places, and I would absolutely book it again. I've already recommended it to some friends who will be traveling to Boston over the summer! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Great stay: - Easy check-in/access — we arrived very late at night and entry was well lit and straightforward - House was cozy with effective and responsive heating (we stayed during cold weather, so this was a big deal) - Clean house, comfy beds, variety of pillows (soft to v hard) - Easy check-out with zero weird instructions/requests - Host super communicative for basic Q&A I’d book again! My family and I stayed at Adam’s house for a wedding we had over a weekend and we felt right at home! Adam had given very thorough instructions upon entering his home and had clearly laid out what to expect during our stay. His home was beautiful with great decor and was spotless! He also gave us great recommendations on food/activities that are around the area, and since we were visiting Medford for the first time this was super helpful! We also brought our two family dogs who felt right at home as well; they especially enjoyed the backyard! Would definitely love to stay here again. Thank you again, Adam!

Loved staying at Henniker Manor. Amenities listed were all included and area was clean and neat. Bedrooms were satisfactory and kitchen was large and clean as well. Host was very responsive and we enjoyed our stay at Henniker Manor!

The house was perfect for my family and I- plenty of open space for the kids to play and a great yard- even in December with cold weather the kids loved the play gym outside!! The location was amazing with lots of things to do within a few minutes and the food scene was great. Thanks to Ned for a spotless home and great amenities!! We can’t wait to come back in the summer to use the pool!!

Everything was as listed and very responsive and great host. The property was in a very nice and in a great town. We enjoyed our time there.

Host was friendly and helpful. House is located in an area close to a great grocery store and lots of shopping. It,s also not far from the mountains for those who want to leaf peep in the fall. The house is cozy and has everything you could want, just have to bring yourselves.

We got married at a venue about 15 minutes away so we stayed here with our bridal party and the size was perfect. Everyone slept comfortably, we still had plenty of space. The neighborhood is quiet and the location is still close enough for us to enjoy exploring Sturbridge. Michael was responsive and honest with any question I asked!

Great place to stay in a super convenient location for driving places. There was event a snowstorm during our stay and the hosts made sure to have the walkway and driveway clear for us to get in and out with ease!

Our stay at Dogtown Cabin was absolutely wonderful! Julie was consistently available for any questions or concerns and she was kind and welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. The cabin itself was cozy yet spacious. Plus it was equipped with everything we needed to help make our stay comfortable. They had some great trails on the property and my family had a great time exploring them. The beautiful property is serene and private but close enough to a lot of tourists destinations. And let’s not forget the animals! My son had a great time meeting the horses and chickens. But I will say hands down the best part of our stay were our adorable furry hosts, Darwin and Azore! They greeted us every morning! Hanging out with them made our stay even more special! We honestly can’t wait to come back.

The place was absolutely beautiful and the host was very helpful & fast with responding to our questions the bedrooms were very comfortable. I highly recommend this place for anybody that wants to visit.

Noelle was not only a very friendly, responsive and knowledgeable hostess, she went out of her way to make sure we thought of all items for our trip, she supplied everything you could possibly think of without making your stay cluttered or complicated. The quality of the products used was top notch, she was attentive, flexible and generous through out the entire transaction - I would recommend Noelle and her accommodations to the most discerning person I know and hold her in high regard as a hostess.

Lino and Wendy were great hosts! The location is absolutely stunning with great views in the surrounding areas. It’s very close to Salem and Boston, which makes it a great and super convenient place to stay! Thanks again lino and wendy

Welcoming hosts, great location, walkable to restaurants and shopping; best of all, very dog friendly! Attention to detail was also appreciated; night light, extra blanket for humans and pets and cream for our coffee the first morning! We hope to return soon and would definitely stay here even if our dog was not on the trip.

I came down to visit family in Massachusetts over Thanksgiving and needed a place to stay that was equidistant to everyone, and the Newburyport area was a great fit. Steve's place is a lovely small beach home on a quiet side street. Perfect size for one person plus dogs. The dog friendly part, easy and safe walking, quiet neighborhood, and the kitchen were big selling points for me. Parking was easy. Water was hot, bathroom was spotless. Would stay again.

Accommodations were exactly as described. Lower level of a duplex with a young family upstairs. Host was very responsive and helpful. Kitchen was well equipped. Back deck was really peaceful and quiet.
