The beautifully restored Milking Parlour suits families, city sightseers and activity adventurers. Set in a rural spot, but close to the A470 and Quakers Yard Train Station, on the South Wales Metro. I purchased this with my ex-husband after many trips to BPW Wales, planning to let it out then retire in 20 years or so! Nothing has changed except I now have no husband (yay)! Improvements ongoing which is reflected in price. Pets are welcome at £25 per pet. Please make sure to clean up after them!

This is an urban setting with pubs, a post office, shop, and takeaways all nearby. Aberdare Town is 1 mile away. Dare Valley Country Park is a pleasant 2 mile walk away and there are other walks from the door although none are obvious so please ask for details.

Meanwhile the ground floor contains a kitchen and a large living/dining area with lots of light. Located 1.5 miles north of Pontypridd town centre, high up on top of Graigwen Hill, the perfect place to explore South Wales with walks directly from the door. The property is part of an active smallholding, the full land mostly used to graze horses. The cottages backs onto a large field where our Highland Cattle graze.
