This was the second time we stayed here. Sandy and Jeff are very responsive and it was again a positive experience and stay. This is a nice house to be relaxed and the kids had fun, the movie room downstairs was a happy surprise for them. It is located near some nice lakes and we had no trouble getting food at local places around here. We would recommend.

We spent a lovely few days at this property enjoying the winter weather at its finest. The house is close to everything but still felt private and cozy. A great choice for families!

This place was great and had everything my family needed for a peaceful weekend. If you like a outback feel in a buetiful home with a lake view from the hot tub this is your place. I hope to come back soon.

Steve & Michele’s place was perfect for my friend’s reunion weekend. The house was perfect in every way. Literally no complaints. Steve and Michele were awesome. We can’t wait to come back during winter to see everything covered in snow. The hot tub and kitchen were definitely the highlight of the house. Very spacious and warm.

I was very fortunate to find Sean’s place and luckily it was available. It is nestled in a beautiful neighborhood in Conway, NH along the Saco River. My daughter got married this weekend and I had booked a Airbnb in Fryeburg, ME over 8 months ago. Unfortunately, there were new owners and the place was not as advertised. I had to scramble and found Sean’s listing and received a response within minutes and I will be forever thankful. I am a host and a renter on Airbnb and I understand the value of making sure that the Airbnb experience is wonderful for both the host and guest. I was so impressed with Sean’s place and how much it made you feel at home 🏠. His place had everything you needed to have wonderful experience. It is host like Sean that makes Airbnb very special experience. My one regret is that I wished I had stay a few more days relaxing by the fire 🔥 pit. Highly recommend Sean’s place.

This is a great place up in the white mountains, we were able to enjoy nature and the amenities of town. beautiful place. Enjoyed our stay very much.

A perfect get away for our family for a couple of days. The hot tub was especially wonderful! We had fun in town walking around and eating lunch on the green, and we had two amazing dinners out while we were there. Our dog was happy and comfortable hanging out with us on the deck or walking with us at Echo lake. A great trip! Thank you!

Overall, the impressions are positive, however, I would like to note that during the preparation process and during the rental, we received three detailed instructions and found another one in printed form about how we should use the house and how and in what order to prepare the house for moving out. In my opinion, this is too much. Live free or die is not supported option :)

Bella Bear Cabin was the perfect fit for our girls weekend. The fireplace made the space very cozy through all the rainy weather we had. Everyone loved the large hot tub. Beds were comfortable. The location of the cabin felt private, no neighbors too close. The property is a 25 minute drive from the outlets and restaurants in North Conway. We especially loved the master suite with the large bathroom and private deck. I’d definitely rebook this spot for a family gathering.

Fantastic stay! If it’s available book it! Stayed with our 4 kids, plenty of towels, maxing kitchen setup friendly & helpful hosts!!! House is also setup for kids with nightlights, baby gates plastic dishes just for them. Hikes out the back door. Just awesome!

Our family had an unforgettable weekend trip in Campton. We spent most of our time sightseeing, but coming home to the cozy cabin made our trip complete. In the evening, we played uno and relaxed by the wood stove. It was perfect. Jason was very responsive to messages and checked in to make sure our stay was going smoothly. We would love to stay again!

Was absolutely wonderful stay. We usually don't spend much time at our airbnbs but we got to fully enjoy this one. Relaxed the whole weekend was just what we needed. We just had a wonderful ladie's weekend at Christy's place! We lucked out and got a bit of snow, so the cabin was the perfect cozy spot to spend the weekend with a fire and a puzzle! The hot tub was an extra added bonus! Beds were all very comfortable and living room was super cozy. Very easy ride to downtown for restaurants and shopping for a bit. Would definitely recommend!

Had an amazing stay over the weekend, loved every minute of it and I wish we stayed longer! Cozy bedrooms with a lot of activities if stuck inside during bad weather! Beautiful scenery overlooking the river in the backyard. Amazing lighting around the hot tub. And the ping pong table was a great plus. Will definitely be coming back again!

Had a wonderful time at Jennifer's log cabin! There was plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. Jennifer was easy to communicate with as well! Entered into a large open space with stone hearth and wood stove. The cabin was very clean and tidy. The kitchen had tons of space and was well stocked with cooking tools. I enjoy cooking when I vacation! We also enjoyed the outdoor firepit and the hot tub was an added bonus! The location is quiet and private with a nice view of the mountains and river. Also fenced in for those with little ones. It is also close to local attractions. I would recommend Jennifer's log cabin to anyone looking to just get away.

My partner and I visited for our first trip to Maine. From our first day there, Cristina and David went above and beyond to ensure all the amenities were working perfectly, and made us feel immediately welcome. The hot tub and indoor propane fireplace were amazing, especially for cooler early Spring days. And, when we needed support for an unforeseen circumstance, Cristina and David were incredibly helpful, supportive and empathetic, as were others in the community. Definitely recommend this location and these hosts!!
