The host were extremely helpful and responsive! The neighborhood, although it was industrial, felt safe and the home was a perfect space for hosting my small wedding and it is convenient to downtown. The porch is huge and allowed for ample space. I would rent this home again in a heartbeat!

Standouts - included kitchen appliances, dishes and flatware were over the top - we needed nothing to prepare dinner for 7! Separate bedrooms with comfy beds and a sleeper couch for our grandson. Recreational add-ons of pool table & dartboard in the game room with the projector wall screen tv with surround sound was a big hit. The backyard had a HUGE deck with a patio covered shelter area with room for 8 people to sit around a table and talk. I had morning coffee out there every morning by myself and listened to the birds. I used my Merlin ID app that listens and identified birds. It listed 15 different birds inside of 4-minutes. EVERYTHING is close - Rock City, Lookout Mountain are literally viewable from the nearby thoroughfare. The aquarium took us about 15-minutes to reach. Food stores very close - coffee shops etc. The hosts had everything covered - including coffee pods, ground coffee, extra paper towels, a blender, toaster, etc etc etc. We wanted for NOTHING. We had a wonderful time! The house was spacious, beautiful views and we loved the location. Very close drive to everything we wanted to do in Chattanooga and the house is very comfortable and feels like home. We especially loved the comfortable beds, watching movies in the den, and were surprised to be surrounded by fireflies while relaxing in the hot tub. I’d highly recommend this home and would love to stay again next time we come through Chattanooga.

Our stay at Haven’s Ridge was everything we hoped for and more. From the moment we walked in, we were struck by how warm, welcoming, and beautifully put together the space was. It has that rare combination of feeling both stylish and homey—like a peaceful retreat designed with true intention. The pictures didn’t do it justice and it was truly one of those good surprises where the entire experimce exceeded oit expectations. Every detail was thoughtfully considered. From the cozy furnishings and charming decor to the sense of calm the space creates, it’s obvious that the hosts have poured a lot of care into making this a special place. We especially appreciated the little personal touches—like a handwritten welcome note, local recommendations for food and shopping, and the soft ambient lighting that made evenings feel so serene. At times, it truly felt like we were nestled in a quiet, elevated tree house If you are ever in Rome, can’t recommend Havens Ridge highly enough

Robbie was an excellent host! he even helped with changing out my headlight in my car, which means a lot because i got a ticket for it being out. the place was very comfortable, peaceful as well, had everything my children and i needed for our stay. we really enjoyed our stay, also check in is very flexible, Robbie accepted our short notice request stay with no problems and it was around 11pm when we arrived from traveling all day. i would definitely stay again if we pass by the area again.

Our stay was above and beyond what we expected! The suite was extremely clean and very inviting! Jen and her husband are very welcoming! They both took time out of their days to recommend local places to visit while we were here! Once we arrived they gave us a thorough tour and even showed us the event center that is on the property! No details have been forgot about! There is a dog park for pets, a Sauna, hot tub, game closet for rainy days (for all ages!) and a playground for the kids! We truly felt right at home and absolutely loved staying here! We would definitely recommend this location to others!!!

We came into town for a wedding and it was in the perfect place to be between where we needed to be and also Chattanooga. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it for anybody. April

we had a wonderful stay with our 5 year old. her muffins are delicious, little extras everywhere. clear instructions. my son loved the puzzles,stacking boxes,magnets,calk,and running down the hill in the back yard.

Amy is terrific and we felt right at home in the place, thank you! Full kitchen and very spacious for us two.
