We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hayloft from start to finish. It was everything we needed for a cozy, comfortable, quiet and peaceful stay. The hot tub under the stars was heavenly and we loved that the Hayloft and hot tub were almost to the treetops. This property had everything we needed for our romantic stay during the Christmas holiday. It's also minutes away by car to beautiful beaches and a short drive to Fort Bragg which has amazing shopping, beaches, and restaurants. The Hayloft is Highly recommended!

Nancy and Sam were amazing hosts and we thoroughly enjoyed staying at their place. Great views, great amenities and overall a wonderful place. Would love to come here again!!

A wonderful jewel nearby Mendocino. We celebrated my mother’s bday here, and it was a lovely and relaxing weekend. The kitchen is well stocked and the sauna was amazing. All in all, an absolute dream!

Would’ve definitely come back house had an amazing view and was extremely comfortable. John was responsive and attentive. Felt like home only better ! Thank you for sharing your home with me !

Beautiful place!!! We really enjoyed the sounds of waives crashing against each other and how roomy the house is! House is close to everything and not far of a drive to all the locate beaches!!!

If you need a break from the daily grind, a place where you can reset.. This is the place to stay! The house it self is so spacious and lingers with tranquility. From every window view you get a beautiful look of the woods. At night you can hear the roaring of the ocean. The neighborhood is very quiet and there is no such thing as traffic. The outdoor area is very relaxing and well planned for just chilling and taking it easy. The kitchen has all one might need to put a meal together. There's 3 grocery stores within a 10 minute drive. There is different coastal access options nearby and plenty of restaurants. We visited the Point Arena Lighthouse Museum, it was about a 25 minute drive away. The house is easy to find and located a couple minutes away from Highway 1, so whatever your plans might be you'll have easy access. Overall, this is a fantastic place to stay and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Awesome stay in Inglenook - good instructions to get to the house, everything was exactly as described and more: the kitchen was well appointed, great for staying in and cooking a few meals; the outdoor shower was fantastic; the photos of the large backyard doesn't do the property justice; and the private access to Ten Mile Beach was an absolute highlight of the trip (watch out for snowy plover in the dunes). The house itself was spacious, plenty of room for kids to find their own nook to get cozy in, and the beds were comfortable - the best part, for pet hair allergy sufferers like my son, the house was amazingly clean. Lots of great food in nearby Fort Bragg (Jenny's Giant Burger always hits the spot, multiple great places for fresh seafood in Noyo Harbor, and lots of brew pubs for a city of this size). And, for cyclists - there's some great XC trails in the nearby Jackson Demo State Forest, great for beginners, in addition to the Coastal Trail. Thanks for a fabulous vacation!

Great place to stay near Elk, CA. The view from the space to the ocean is amazing. I sat at the table and worked each day while looking out at the ocean. Drove to town but could have easily walked within 5 minutes or so, and from there a easy walk down to the beach. Overall a great stay

It’s our second time staying working remote. My family was able to enjoy the coast and take a trip on the train and I was able to work without issue while hosting a few conference calls. The flat is a couple blocks from downtown proper and we were able to meet up afterward. Downtown was easy walking distance and we had no problem grabbing things and cooking back at the flat. The sunsets were beautiful to watch from the windows.

I was so comfortable at Linda’s Rosebud Farm! She went way above and beyond, to make sure I had everything I needed. The place has lots of special touches, was cozy and lovely. I was grateful for her place to come home to during a recent move. It felt like a peaceful sanctuary. I enjoyed the view from the deck. I could look out on her cows, her horse and lots of turkeys. Linda herself is a wonderful host and I enjoyed getting to know her!

All I can say is wow, what a perfect stay we had at The Guest Nest! Kerry's place is beautiful, inside and out - spotlessly clean, well thought out, cozy and spacious. Lots of light during the day, and the fireplace kept us warm at night. The views from the windows, porches & garden are amazing, from the garden, to the grounds with the deer grazing, to the ocean. Absolutely fantastic neighborhood as well...Caspar Headlands and Caspar Beach are an easy walk, and they're both gorgeous. Last but certainly not least, Kerry was an amazing host - extremely helpful, kind and communicative. If I ever find myself in the Mendocino area again (which I hope to!), I would absolutely love to stay in The Guest Nest again, just an amazing place/host!

Love this place! Stayed here for a few weeks and couldn’t have picked a better location. Has a view of the ocean (where you can watch sunset) and is walking distance to everything in town. Quiet corner and cozy spot. Will definitely be back!
