Relax in our cozy tiny home, just 3 miles from the beach! Nestled by historic downtown Eau Gallie Arts District - You'll love this unique and romantic "tiny" getaway. This home features a full kitchen supply with a gas stove, pots and pans.. the whole nine yards. With enough space for 4 guests, there are two lofts (1 queen, 1 twin bed), and a nook with a pull out (twin) sectional and small dining counter. The outdoor space has a picnic table, fire-pit and chickens with the option of fresh eggs!

Our 420sqft 1 bedroom tiny home can host up to 3 guests, includes 1 queen bed, 1 sleeper sofa, 1 queen air mattress. The interior of the home features a fully stocked kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. Polished terrazzo floors and minimal furnishings embody a modern, minimalist style. Our 5 star reputation is evident with the cleaning throughout. The spacious backyard, though not fully fenced, is equipped with security lights in this safe and tranquil neighborhood. Lilo House provides just a short walking stroll to Melbourne Mall, restaurants and cafes.

Take it easy at this poolside resort getaway. Relax on your very own porch w/2 roll down screens. Enjoy outdoor cabana w/propane fire pit. The gazebo w/grill & tools (some in kitchen). You have access to our pool / floats under side table on porch, (we normally don’t use the pool w/guests), towel/clothes hanger, lay on 1 of 4 loungers. Use of outdoor shower. Possibly you can also watch a space launch (weather permitted) coming over the trees looking north, poolside. No kids! No pets!

It may be tiny, but it still boasts amenities that you normally get with a full size rental. These include a full size kitchen and bathroom along with two lofts for a restful night sleep. While it does share the same property with the host, its location provides full privacy and use of the pool and patio.
