This vintage mobile home features new kitchen appliances, and a pleasant 16x12 screened-in deck that creates the perfect outdoor living room. In the warmer months, launch a kayak right off the backyard into the channel and paddle around the beautiful lake! Afterward, wind down for happy hour and enjoy the gorgeous outdoors around a campfire on the shore, or enjoy the large wrap around patio with a gas firepit and ample seating.
