Great location and easy walk to the beach - not a crazy busy part of the beach which we loved too. Spent a lot of time on the lanai just taking in the beauty and warm sunshine! The condo worked really well for our family of 4. The inside of the place is pretty dark just because of the positioning of the unit and greenery on the lanai - wasn’t a negative for us but I know some people prefer bright spaces.

Was an awesome stay, peaceful, private with a great view and reasonably close to beaches, restaurants and stores. Host was great, professional and responsive. Will definitely try and book again in the future.

This little piece of heaven was so perfect for us. Exactly as described online. David was very responsive and his detailed instructions/descriptions were much appreciated. This little boutique resort is in the perfect location if you love privacy, yet value close proximity to great restaurants, shopping, beach and water activities. The hubs and I were looking forward to time to relax and reconnect, which David’s place provided. We very much also enjoyed watching the families there enjoy their time together as well and never felt like our space was infringed upon. There is nothing like a walk on Sugar Beach, which was a few steps out the door. The condo had everything we needed whether for cooking or chairs and coolers for relaxing on the beach or exploring. The washer/dryer was very clean and much appreciated for a midweek laundry refresh. Being on the fifth floor made for a great vantage point from the lanai for sunset and Whale watching. All in all, such a gem! Will defintly return

We had a wonderful stay with our 6 and 8 year old daughters. Loved that they each got their own bed. Place was very clean. Amenities were great. Used the pool, spent lots of time at the beach (although had to walk a little down during high tide, which was not a big deal), took a hula lesson, ate from the restaurant. One of the best things were the toys and beach necessities supplied for us. Got lots of use out of the sand toys, boogie board, umbrella, and chairs. We would highly recommend staying here!

Had a wonderful, relaxing stay at Elise and Bruce's condo. Explored different beaches (walkable and drive to), did some biking, hiking, many books read, weather perfect as it usually is in S Kihei, enjoyed sunsets at the pool, and cribbage matches on the lanai after a day outside. Appreciated some food staples already in the cupboards and Safeway store not far away. Tried a Bruce-recommended Sushi restaurant (Avo was the name, I believe in Wailea) which we liked and also pre-booked at Star Noodle in Lahaina to enjoy another wonderful asian meal, otherwise cooking in and at the condo community BBQ. Well set up for a small family and recommend it.

Great place to stay right by the beach, also lots of walkable things around like coffee shops, convince stores, and restaurants!

Roger was a. Super host, great unit. Roger worked very hard to make sure we knew things to do and the area. Also told us about some awesome places to eat.. This area has great beaches and many areas to snorkel. Roger had all sorts of snorkeling equipment and beach chairs and umbrella, thanks Roger.

Beautiful and family oriented resort! We really enjoyed the stay in this unit! It is well-furnished with good appliances. We visited with a baby and they have items what we needed (pack n play, booster seat, stroller etc). Also, easy to cook stuffs for baby too. I love the lanai doors and went to have snacks/drinks every night after our baby slept. Bob is so helpful, responsive and nice :) We would love to visit again!

カアナパリとカパルアの中間にあるリゾートマンションの一室です。最上階で、海岸まで10メートルないくらい。モロカイ島が正面、ラナイ島を左手に臨む絶景の部屋でした。滞在中の毎夕、クジラが水面から飛び出す様子を見て楽しみました（部屋には双眼鏡も備え付けています）。部屋は清潔で快適でした。大きな冷蔵庫もあり、キッチンは広くて道具もそろっており、使いやすかったです。10分程度でビレッジの飲食店やABCストアまで行けました。総じて、マウイ島でのバケーションを十二分に楽しむことができました。ありがとうLonelle。
