This was the perfect place for us. We had 10 people in our group and having the ability to all be together, without stepping over each other, was great. The houses were very comfortable, the kitchens well stocked, and the beds were amazing! Katherine was very responsive to anything we needed. We hope to return to this beautiful space in 2026.

This was such a great location and house for visiting the area. It was close to everything we wanted to visit, but the woods and the lot gave it a peaceful, secluded feeling. We had plenty of space for our family to relax after a day on the trails. The house is welcoming and comfortable, and the hosts were very helpful.

We were in town for a family function. This was the perfect spot for several of us with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. I especially appreciate having a walk in shower. Kitchen had everything we needed. Hope to stay again on a return trip.

Beautiful cozy home in a quiet neighborhood. This was exactly as described and the pictures were very accurate! A nice place to come back after a long day and have a quiet place to relax for the rest of the evening. We were there a week but could have stayed longer!!

We loved this house for our family’s second trip to Bentonville! We felt right at home and were comfortable with the location, amenities, and layout of the house. The huge backyard was a plus with the solo stove and fenced yard. We would stay here again. Thanks Chris!

We enjoyed staying here. We got exactly what we expected from the description of the listing. Christopher was responsive and helpful. Check-in was simple. Furnishings were perfect for the accommodation. Not a complaint, but some plates/bowls would've been helpful for reheating leftovers or utilizing snacks we brought. Cute place and comfy bed! Loved the jacuzzi tub and fireplace. Quick walk to Main St, we walked down to watch the Mardi Gras parade. It was convenient having a parking spot.

The location is amazing. We were able to walk to everything downtown, which removed the frustration of finding parking. Loved that! Close to the activity, but oh so quiet. The views from the back porch and living areas are amazing. We will be back.

We stayed for a couple of months while relocating. We loved our stay and have good memories. There's an impressive deck right outside the entrance that we spent a lot of time on. The bed was so comfortable - more comfortable than our bed at home. The bedroom and bath were spacious and we felt like we had everything we needed. Stephanie was a responsive host and went out of her way to take care of the couple of minor problems that came up over our extended stay. Considering these things, it was also one of the better values we found in the area for this length of stay.

I picked this place on a whim traveling for work and I am glad I did! As soon as I sat down on the couch, I just wanted to stay in for the night and be cozy. It was so quiet and relaxing. I was slightly concerned it might be noisy being above a brewery and on the square, but I had no issues. The only outside sound was from the creaks on the stairs, but I found that comforting being in an old building with lots of history! There is a lot to do in a short walk around the square. I would 100% stay here again if I needed to stay in Neosho. I may even plan an exploring the town trip and stay here again.
