We stayed 3 nights at Pat’s and Adam ‘s place . They have been the most responsive and generous hosts . The Villa is gorgeous , everything about it : the interior design , the garden and the pool. The Villa is 5 mins walk down to 2 perfect beach’s. Wish we could stay longer . Thank you for everything ❤️

Trop cher pour ce que c’est par rapport à ce qui se fait au Sri Lanka, mais en dehors du prix c’est un logement agréable proche de la plage, avec une belle piscine.

The place exceeded our expectations, it was beautiful, peacful and clean. The garden and pool area were large and beautifully designed rooms are spacious and neat. Hiruni and sajith respected our privacy at all times they were a great help and were there whenever we needed which was great and highly appreciated! The host was easy to reach out to and always available they also helped us book taxis for our trips to and from the villa 💕 The location was great many restaurants close by just a short walking distance you could also see the train passing by through the day from many rooms in the villa which made our stay even more special it was a very unique experience the kids absolutely loved it! I cannot recommend villa noumi enough! I have been to many villas/beach houses in sri lanka this is definitely one of the absolute best!! Thank you and we cannot wait to be back 🥰

Roshan our host onsite was great ! We enjoyed the generous villa every day in its secluded spot . 8 min by Scooter from Ahangama - clean, relaxing nicely placed in the middle of the the forest . Sound of waves replaced by voices of birds and Monkeys. Highly recommended . Thank you Ben .

Gads Villa is a truly magical place. The gardens are exquisitely landscaped, and the giant Velvet Apple tree is really a wonder to behold. The pool has a shallow section which is perfect for little ones, or for adults to lounge in. The kitchen is huge and had everything we needed (important when traveling with 4 youngsters!). The bathrooms are likewise huge and very prettily set out. Beds are comfortable and the fans were sufficient to keep us cool at night. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, a few minutes tuk tuk ride into the main part of town. I personally found it very convenient to have yoga and a little spa within a few minutes walk. Secret Beach is also only a short walk away. Sahan and team were super helpful, and breakfasts were delicious. All in all a fabulous stay.

Terrene Villa was everything and more. Jalal responded quickly to any queries before arrival and during the booking process. We stayed for two weeks as a family of 4, plus daughter's boyfriend. The villa is stunning and just as described. Sri Lanka is the gift that keeps on giving and Terrene Villa is the perfect place to enjoy it all. Suda and Judi (apologies if I have spelt their names wrong) were a delight and looked after us very well. Their breakfasts were enjoyable and the fresh juices were delicious. The gardens were kept beautifully and what a joy to see monkeys in the trees and on the roof! Viraj sorted all our travel and day trips out and was always quick to reply and make suggestions. We were so sad to leave the villa, it really is an oasis of calm.

Stunning. Beautiful. Idyllic. Just everything we hoped it would be! The villa itself is just gorgeous and the views are incredible. We ordered breakfast to the villa twice and a dinner one evening and it was all so delicious and great value for money. The location is about 10mins from mirissa/15 mins from weligama so we hired a scooter to get around which the host very kindly had waiting for us on arrival! The only caviat I have is to be prepared for insect bites, lizards, frogs and other bugs etc. There's nothing scary (honestly I'm the biggest scaredy cat with these things) but you do have to remember that it's situated in a private tropical environment so you need to share it with the wildlife. Swimming in the pool at night watching the fire flies is something I will never forget! If I'm lucky enough to return to Sri Lanka, I will definitely be back :)

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der White House Lodge sehr genossen. Wir haben uns schnell wie zuhause gefühlt in der grosszügigen Wohnung. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Die schöne grosse Terrasse lädt zum Verweilen ein. Janaka und seine Familie haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen und wir haben interessante Gespräche geführt. Unsere beiden gleich alten Söhne haben sich angefreundet, vielleicht eine Freundschaft fürs Leben? Das Internet funktioniert sehr gut, perfekt um zwischendurch zu arbeiten. Janaka hat unsere Ferien mit Tipps für Ausflüge bereichert. Sewwandi hat sehr lecker für uns gekocht, vielen Dank dafür! Preis-Leistung ist top! Wir kommen wieder.

Our stay at Hela Studio was lovely. We booked last minute as we wanted to extend our stay in Hiriketiya. Marta was a great host and was very helpful with local recommendations and check in process. Marta also helped to arrange a realisable car transfer which was a great price.

This was a wonderful place to stay for a weekend of adventuring!

This home, host and his family was our best thing in Weligama! Close to very calm and pretty beach, close to markets, centre, but more calm, no noises in the night, no smokes near..We stayed there for almost month and we were sad to leave. The host is super friendly, super helpful with every little thing. The best experience, better than we expected. We already miss this place and we know that we will come back next year! Would reccomend 100% to everyone!! ❤️ With all the love!

This is a lovely house close to the weligama junction, where all what you need would just be a few minutes away. This place is definitely worth the price and run by a lovely family. Great communication, easy checkin (they waited for us until we checked in), and we're kind enough to facilitate a late checkout for us. The house is relatively new on a hosting platform, but runs as a seasoned homestay. We loved the homely authentic Srilankan atmosphere, and enjoyed the wide garden. Hope to visit again when we come again!

This is a great Airbnb for easy access to Weligama and Ahangama. The place is in its own private garden facing a green locals cricket pitch and a big temple. Every afternoon we saw Peacocks in the garden which was a nice welcome surprise. The space is modern, super clean and has everything you need. We were a family of 3 and found it to be ideal for what we needed. If we are ever in the area again we’d stay without a doubt!

It was a perfect stay! House is very spacious , AC is working well, you will find plenty of utensils in the kitchen. There are comfortable two bathrooms to use with friendly baby gecko to help with mosquitoes 🥺 within the walking distance you can find serene beaches and good places to eat. Host was caring and welcomed us with lots of freshly picked bananas, not to mention about great feast he made for us one evening, he is a great Chef!

We ended up changing our accomodation and are so thrilled we found Cheryl and Donna’s place. It’s a beautiful, spacious and clean villa with all amenities you’d need for a short or long term stay. We were travelling with our 2 young children and both absolutely loved it. The location is perfect, a short walk down the hill to get to the beach and close to some really lovely restaurants (including Raa which is a must visit!) There are 3 very friendly dogs that live on the property so if you’re a dog person you’re in for a treat! We ended our 10 week trip at this villa and were so glad we did, if we ever come back to Hiri we will 100% stay again.

We’ve had the best stay there with our 1,5 year old son. The accommodation is very nice with beautiful and quiet surroundings. In the morning you can hear the birds which was so nice. Everything was very clean and if we had something we needed Chandima helped us straight away. You can walk to the surfspots in a few minutes and have nice restaurants and cafes nearby. We really enjoyed our 2 weeks there and only can recommend this for your stay in midigama. It’s such a great place.

It was a great pleasure to stay at Khasara's house. Very convenient location near many cafes and a supermarket. A big house. The hostess was very kind and helped us a lot with finding a car to rent. The family lives on the 2nd floor, but has a separate staircase, so there were no inconveniences. On the downside: The bed linen was old and smelly, and some cafes played music until 3 a.m. on Mondays. But it will be heard in any house in the area, so if you need a very quiet place, you need to look for it away from the center. Overall, very good accommodation and wonderful hosts!

The villa is adequately provided and well equipped . If anything is required to suit your taste then Aravinda promptly arranges the same . We spent nearly 34 days at this villa and it had become a second home to us. 2 bedrooms were provided with AC and the 3rd bedroom was provided with desert cooler. For longer stays the electricity is billed to the guest. Our bill was @14000 LKR for the entire duration . We used only 1 AC as only 1 bedroom was utilised by us. We didnot use any electric cooking gadget , even though all kinds of electric ovens were there. We used only the cooking gas stove and gas cylinder was provided by Aravinda . The front lawn is green and Aravinda takes responsibility to get the lawn cleaned once every week. Be careful of red ants though :-). Aravinda took us for a familiarisation ride of the locality on our 1st day . He also picked / dropped us from/to airport in his sedan at very low cost. We definitely would like to come back again!

We really enjoyed our days in the beautiful house and garden! We loved the space! Only 10 minute walk to the beach and the restaurants but far enough to enjoy the peacefulness of the beautiful garden. Rebecca and here hostess were really flexibel and friendly/ The barking/ protective dogs of the neighbours were scary in the beginning but it turned out the they don’t to anything if you just ignore them.

Highly recommend. We had an incredible time at the house. It met the intent of this trip and met all our needs. pretty well stocked kitchen. Plenty of linens and towels. The host was amazing, very helpful and easily reachable. Thanks again.
