We were six adults, two children (3-year-olds) and one infant staying at the house for a week. It’s located in a secluded spot with a large garden and beautiful views of the Tuscan landscape. We used all of the five bedrooms upstairs and they were dark and cool. The kitchen and living room downstairs also stayed cool. Right outside the kitchen there’s a really nice spot that’s in the shade for the most part of the day, where we had most of our meals. This is a great place to relax and enjoy a dip in the pool. However, you definitely need a car to get around. The gardener came around several times a day to maintain the pool etc. We appreciated this, but might be good to know if you’re looking for complete privacy. We also had some issues with the bathrooms; one toilet and a shower didn’t work properly but were fixed within a day and this didn’t affect our experience. The washing machine didn’t work despite repeated attempts by the host to fix it. The barbecue is in the trash room.

Sono stata a Castiglione della Pescaia una settimana con la mia famiglia e il mio cane. Mi sono trovata veramente bene nell'alloggio di Flavia , pulitissimo , molto bella la posizione e il giardino ben curato. devo dire che è il posto ideale per rilassarsi e godersi la tranquillità di una vacanza.

A magical place! we loved the peace and quiet, the view is gorgeous and the place had everything we needed. Isabella and her husband are extremely nice and helpful, our interactions with them were really good and they went out of their way to accommodate us. The stairs are a little on the small size and the wifi is really slow (so is the 4G internet since there is low reception there) so it's not for everyone, but if you choose to stay at Isabella's place, you won't regret it!

Francesca ist eine sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Gastgeberin. Sie hat uns persönlich empfangen in dem wunderschönen Haus direkt am Meer mit atemberaubendem Blick. Es ist alles da, was man braucht, sogar Fahrräder stehen zur freien Verfügung. Wir können diese Unterkunft aus vollem Herzen empfehlen!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit! Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Haus ist eine richtige Wohlfühloase, umgeben von einem wunderschönen Pinienwald, der für eine entspannte Atmosphäre sorgt. Besonders begeistert waren wir von dem tollen Pfad, der direkt zum Strand führt – perfekt für Spaziergänge und um die Natur zu genießen. Die große Küche bietet alles, was man braucht, um für die ganze Gruppe zu kochen. Besonders aufmerksam war, dass die Gastgeberin uns ein paar Spielsachen für das Kind unserer Freunde gebracht hat – das hat den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt hier! Die Unterkunft war für unsere 4-köpfige Familie sehr passend, der Strand fußläufig zu erreichen und insgesamt war es eine sehr entspannte und freundliche Atmosphäre, wor haben uns wohl gefühlt!

We had a lovely holiday in Tuscany. The villa is surrounded by beautiful scenery with lots of day trip options nearby. We added on a cooking class with Raimondo and Viola (Nada's daughter) and learnt so much. We will definitely be making fresh pasta from now on! The villa is well equipped, and nicely furnished.

I am very glad that we got such a hostess! She is very polite, very responsive! We met for the first time, but it was as if we had known each other for many years. The house is in a very comfortable and beautiful place!! It is very clean and very cozy!! If I come to Tuscany again, then only to Caterina!)

This is the reason we travel air bnb. The apartment is in the garden of an Italian villa house. It is spacious, spotless and beautifully renovated. Fresh persimmons falling from the tree in the garden. The host was wonderful- she kept in touch regularly and each day suggested things we might want to see and sent specific directions for where to park in the local towns. She left us fresh eggs one day. They can suggest where to go for a wine tasting as well. The location is just a km outside san gimignano. With your car you can easily visit many of the delights of Tuscany. We had a wonderful time here.

We reached the destination and immediately felt like being at home. Such a nice country-house, quiet surroundings and a most gorgeous and large pool. Gary, who looks after everything, is one of the nicest hosts we have ever met: charming, helpful and making you feel very comfortable. A highly recommendable place to stay! Es war sehr toll bei Giovanni. Er hat mit einer Karte alles über die Möglichkeiten angezeigt, die es in der Umgebung gibt. Der Pool ist herrlich, man kann sich dort wunderbar erholen und natürlich schwimmen. Die Anlage ist sehr groß und gepflegt, wir konnten dort super mit unserem 15 Monate altem Kind spielen. Außerdem hat Giovanni viele tolle Sachen für den Kleinen gebracht (Spielturm, Hochstuhl, Spielsachen etc .) Auch Monika war super lieb und hat uns bei allem geholfen. Vielen Dank für alles. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Great stay here during our time in Tuscany. The roads can be as you approach Michele's place so definitely recommend a small suv or something like that. Michele's was very friendly and flexible on things and even brought us a few things to do laundry with. There are two sweet cats that live on the property and one will come and greet you every morning if you're nice to it. We stayed here while spending time in Florence, Siena and the town of Poggibonsi is about 15 minutes away if you need groceries or a close dinner.

Eine traumhafte Zeit. Wir waren mit unseren 2 Kleinkindern bestens zufrieden. Die Wohnung sah viel besser als wie auf den Fotos aus. Blitzblanke und gut ausgestattete Küche. Den meisten spaß hatten wir am Pool, wunderschöne Aussicht und super ruhig. Nur 45 min. von Pisa Turm entfernt. Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Silvia. Nous sommes restés 2 semaines ce qui nous a permis de découvrir le Toscane. Nous avons eu un problème avec le frigo. Silvia et son mari ont été très réactifs. Nous avons eu la chance de découvrir la famille de Silvia via un cours de cuisine dans agroturismo de ses parents. On a adoré ! Le logement était très propre et spacieux. Nous avons bien apprécié la piscine avec la chaleur. Volterra est à 10 minutes en voiture. Et les paysages sont magnifiques.

We loved staying on the farm, beautiful surroundings and location. Rustic and charming apartment which the photos don’t do justice. Spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Great location for visiting Florence and Sienna and surrounding towns. Enjoyed a tour of the farm and the cheese and wine tasting was absolutely delicious. We loved our stay. Thank you 🙏.

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben, super. Leider war es Ende September schon etwas kühler und deshalb auch in der Unterkunft relativ kalt. Es gab nur eine Wolldecke und ein Lacken. Für uns persönlich das einzige Manko. Sollte man im Sommer reisen, sollte die Bettwäsche passend sein. Insgesamt aufjedenfall weiterzuempfehlen!

Die Wohnung haben wir sehr sauber und wie beschrieben angetroffen, und die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich. Sie haben uns bei der Ankunft Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben. Anna Maria und ihr Mann haben hier ein kleines Paradies gestaltet. Wer Ruhe sucht, wird diese in dieser wunderschönen Umgebung auch finden. Die Terrasse ist nicht nur für Sonnenuntergänge perfekt, sondern auch für den Blick in den Sternenhimmel! Der Platz war für uns mit zwei Kindern ausreichend, da wir sowieso meist draussen waren. Den kleinen Laden im benachbarten Colle d'Orano können wir empfehlen. Wir haben die Woche in Patresi sehr genossen!

Großartige Lage an einem der schönsten Strände. Man benötigt kein Auto um zum Strand oder in die Innenstadt zu kommen. Die warme Außendusche war unser Highlight nach einem langen Strandtag.

We enjoyed our stay at Matteo's apartment, he is a cool, sympathetic guy. There were also no communication issues cause he speaks english fluently (which is rare in this area).

Splendido luogo tra Cecina e Volterra per soggiornare in piena tranquillità e relax tra le colline toscane, panora e tramonto fantastico. Comodo per visitare borghi medioevali e non lontano dalla famosa costa degli etruschi e per chi ama le città si può raggiungere Pisa e Siena. Fausto è un host fantastico, preciso e disponibilissimo, ma non invadente, ci ha fornito indicazioni sui luoghi da visitare, le spiagge tipiche e anche i ristorantini molto carini nelle vicinanze. Il nostro soggiorno è stato piacevole e rilassante quello che desideravamo era stare lontano dalla confusione e dallo stress quotidiano, se questo è quello che cerchi qui lo trovi ...sentirai solo il "rumore" delle cicale.

Una piccola oasi di pace in mezzo alla campagna toscana. La casetta è un piccolo monolocale posto in un seminterrato dotato di tutti i comfort necessari. I proprietari sono delle persone squisite, disponibilissime e ospitali. C’è persino una maialina stupenda all’interno di un recinto che scodinzola alla vista delle persone. Super consigliato Sicuramente ci torneremo e torneremo anche nella zona di Castiglione della Pescaia perché abbiamo ancora tanto da visitare.

We had a wonderful stay at Elisabetta’s Airbnb in Italy! From the start, her warm and attentive communication made everything seamless. She welcomed us with a delicious homemade cake, which was such a thoughtful touch. The house itself was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had a peaceful, cozy atmosphere. We highly recommend staying here for a truly delightful and comfortable experience. Thank you, Elisabetta, for your kindness and hospitality! We will surely be back!

E’ stata la nostra prima esperienza e non potevamo trovare un Host migliore di Jacopo. Sempre presente, disponibile e amichevole. Ci ha fatti sentire a casa. Non mancava assolutamente nulla, anche l’asse e il ferro da stiro, nonché ogni bene strettamente necessario per il soggiorno. Sicuramente torneremo e lo consigliamo caldamente a chi vuole venire a visitare Castiglione della Pescaia e sono limitrofe.

Our stay at the villa was nothing less than magical. It's definitely in the country and there are lots of windy and rocky roads getting there, but it's totally worth it. It far exceeded our group's expectations and we would love to return someday if the stars align.
