Great place for a weekend away.

We stayed w our three kids and their grandparents and had a wonderful time. The positives were the incredible garden (including trampoline!) and view, and the location. Close to centre of town and very easy to access

Great place to stay, we’ll definitely be back. Easy walk to the beach and to the shops in Ocean Grove. The views from the lounge and the master bedroom are incredible. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend a few days exploring the Bellarine.

We had the perfect weekend away at Kalimna Beach House. The house was very clean, comfortable and well located. The backyard was beyond amazing! Perfect for our dogs and very well fenced. Communication with Jane and Dee was simple and timely. We regret not staying longer and will definitely stay again.

Truely a beautifully decorated and comfortable house set in beautiful beach vegetation with private balconies. An absolute gem . The only noise , the crashing of the waves at high tide from the back beach, bliss. Thank you for the rejuvenation .

FAVOURITE HOME! The photos just don’t do it justice. We had a memorable Easter stay at this beautiful house. It had absolutely everything we needed and more. Perfectly clean with lovely homey touches. Lots of room both indoors and out for 4 adults and 4 very active children! Perfectly located so peaceful and so many activities and places accessible from here. Maria was so helpful and responsive. We can’t wait to come back!

We were down for the weekend to watch the footy. Lots of places booked out, it was a busy weekend in Geelong - boat show/racing, regatta, footy, air show next weekend, lucky to find Nicks place available. Walking distance to GMHBA stadium and eateries and waterfront. Nice place, old unit that’s been done up. Garage is small/low, our hatchback fitted but an SUV wouldn’t. A comfortable stay in a good location. Nick was a friendly and helpful host.

I had a wonderful 4-night stay at Peter and Deb's lovely unit. It was modern, well-equipped, and spotlessly clean and comfortable. The neat kitchen had everything I needed. Peter was very responsive and quick to answer any questions I had. We really appreciated the access to Wifi, TV, Netflix, and more. The location was a reasonable distance from the beach. Just a heads-up that it's on a hill with a very steep driveway, but parking down near the road was easy. The big garden view was a real bonus! I can definitely recommend Peter and Deb's place to others. Thanks for a great stay"

I cant believe how great this place is. The building amenities are 5 star. The apartment is brand new and has everything you need. We walked to dinner and had a nice stroll along the beach across the road. Views on the rooftop deck are incredible.

upon entrance to the building noticed immediately it was very secure we made our way up to unit entered to breathtaking view of the ocean off the main balcony and then noticed all 3 bedrooms had same views. the unit itself was very well appointed with extremely comfortable beds and linens and reclining couches in living room and an extra large tv to view at night. extremely convenient washer and dryer in main bathroom and all bedrooms had automatic room darkening blinds. the amenities on 9th floor were great to have use of. Ample parking was easy and 2 spaces available. The library on main floor has great books. Would highly recommend booking unit if in Frankston area. One small glitch was off sight pick up for key for someone not familiar with area thus may be confusing

We had a fantastic stay at Chloe’s cabin! She is such a wonderful host—thoughtful, responsive, and welcoming. The cabin itself is beautifully designed, spotless, and well-equipped with all the essentials we needed for a comfortable stay. The peaceful setting made for a truly relaxing getaway, and we’re leaving with so many great memories. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy retreat! Let me know if you’d like any tweaks!

Great stay, short drive to the beach. Spa and sauna were easy to use with clear instructions from Paul on how to use both. Complete privacy separate the main house to the back where the bungalow is Would definitely come back again :)

A cosy and homely beach cottage with little designer touches that make it a lovely retreat. The outside deck was a highlight along with the natural bush environment and outdoor fire pit. A quiet location. Would highly recommend.

I was able to stay at Red's place with my dog and it was comfortable and peaceful. The fireplace was great at night and Red was very accommodating to everything we needed. Close to Bells Beach with everything you need.

The little touches and attention to detail really made it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect too—quiet, convenient, and close to everything. We had a pleasant stay at Allan’s place. It is in a great location, walkable to town and a short walk to the beach. The house has a beautiful deck and back yard to sit out and relax on. The outdoor shower was great for after the beach.

Lovely stay at Debbie's residence. Shack was all that was advertised and more! Horse ride right around the corner on the farm also made this locale even more appealing. Would recommend and stay again!
