We had a wonderful stay at Derek’s place. Quite frankly, it is the perfect Airbnb. It is a beautiful house in a beautiful neighborhood in beautiful condition. Everything worked perfectly, and Derek was always available within information to assist us with anything we needed. I look forward to the time where I can stay here again.

This is such a great, peaceful place to stay on Estero island! Valerie Jean’s spot was immaculately clean, easy to find, and had so much to offer. Definitely recommend for singles or couples looking for extensive pool time. The beach across the street was calm and had lots of great shells as well! While bars and restaurants are limited in the area right now, there were still some local gems worth checking out, as well as a good number of places delivering. Definitely appreciated having a Publix close by and a great kitchen in the apartment! Would absolutely return for another peaceful stay and the awesome pool area!!

We had an absolutely fantastic 2-week stay at Kat’s place. I’ve rented a lot of Airbnbs and I’ve never had a more proactive and responsive host! House was exactly as described, beautiful inside and out. Location is SPECTACULAR - easy walk to public access points to the beach, shops and many restaurants. We’ve stayed on the north end of the island previously, and much prefer this area!

We live in Fort Myers, and just wanted a weekend at the beach, this was absolutely perfect. Super easy and quick walk to the beach for a walk and sunset. Very quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. We had our 30 lb dog with us, and this place was ideal. We would recommend.

The location was absolutely perfect- super easy walk into town to grab lunch and dinner, and super easy walk to beach- and the cute little beach bars with music. The back patio was right on the canal and perfect to have a cup of coffee in the morning and a cocktail in the afternoon. Would highly recommend this place if coming to FMB.

Our family had a wonderful stay for the couple days! It was great that everything was new and clean (spotless - and I’m particular). Everyone slept well - street was quiet! Keep in mind the entire FMB area is still being restored after the 2023 storm. We felt the devastation that clearly so many experienced and were privileged to get to stay in Paul & Alicia’s lovely home. Pool was perfect temperature and great reprieve from the toasty beach. Perfect mix of shady sitting area & sunny lounges. Quick few minute drive to the grocery, enjoyed cooking out on the blackstone. We would definitely come back for a return visit!

Everything was wonderful, highly recommend for a family trip. So close to the beach, Publix nearby and nice restaurants. The home is immaculate and in a quiet neighborhood right on the intercostal. Thank you!

Nancy was an open and easy to talk to hostess. She responded quickly and thoroughly to any of our question. We had a delightful stay. If (when) we go back Sanibel, we will definitely return to her Airbnb.

We were so happy when we opened the door and seen a beautiful place, clean new and up to date on everything, the location is ideal for everything the area has to offer. Fort Myers Beach is making a huge comeback! Plenty to do! The owners are very responsive.Will be back!

Our extended family group enjoyed the stay at All Decked Out home. The bathroom and bedroom combinations and the general living spaces were excellent. The outdoor spaces made for great "on location" places to vacation. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and the pool area was a hit as well. All these items made for a relaxing vacation for all ages of our group. Lisa is amazing and always helped with questions and information. She was friendly and helpful.

Dan, The condo was beautiful, clean and modern. The condo is located at the best end of the island near a lot of restaurants. The beach and pool access is right there. All and all my wife and I had a great experience. In my experience this was much better than Hilton Head or Naples. I would give it 5 stars out of 5.

Jonathan is probably the best host I've ever experienced. Fast and clear communication and very friendly. This property had more amenities than I've ever seen, literally everything you could want for a day at the beach or the pool. Kids had a blast with the pool table and games in the lower level when they needed a break from the sun. Everything about this place is 10/10!

We had a wonderful time! Jamie and Christine’s place was perfectly equipped for our trip with two little ones. The kitchen was stocked, the pool was pristine and there were amenities above and beyond- games, cozy blankets, shower, baths and cleaning supplies and beach gear (chairs, towels and sand toys). We loved the unique artwork in the house as well. Jamie and Christine were incredible responsive and thoughtful hosts- They provided great recommendations for the area and easy instructions for entry and checkout. The place was also in a perfect location. We were close to two lovely beaches, grocery stores - Seed to Table is quite the experience- and lots of shopping and restaurants. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

We couldn’t be more pleased with this property for our family vacation. The pictures included in the listing don’t do this place justice. Nestled in a neighborhood just across from the beach, it was the perfect location for a day ocean side or relaxing in the comfort of a private pool in the backyard. A fully equipped kitchen, extremely comfortable bedding, and peaceful enclosed porch makes this place a 10/10 for your FMB getaway.

Our family had a really nice stay at Nicole’s place. The house was great and has a lot of fun activities. The pool and outdoor space were enjoyed by all! Nicole was also very responsive and helpful. I would recommend this house, it has everything! Thank you!!

We had a wonderful stay for our week long family vacation. The home was very clean, spacious, and welcoming. We loved the pool and spa and did a lot of fishing in the canal from the dock. The kitchen had everything we needed. Located on a cal-de-sac made it private and quiet which we loved. Easy 5-10 min drive to all the Marco Island restaurants and sights. Sarah was a wonderful host. Super easy to communicate with and responded to our inquires. We would absolutely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at Anna's place. It was clean and well maintained. Check in was easy with a lockbox and a code. It was nice that each room had it's own bathroom for privacy.

Absolutely loved this house! So comfortable, VERY clean and beautiful all around. The outside covered space is so nice. We loved being able to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful weather! One of our favorite beach rentals to date. The house is situated very nicely and the main living room couch is clean and sooooo comfortable. The house has everything we needed and more. We so appreciated the beach towels provided and also everything we needed for long days at the beach. Our family loved our first trip to Marco Island and we will definitely be back. Thank you!!

My main concerns are always cleanliness and host responsiveness. Excellent on both counts. Very clean and asked a few questions and got instant responses. Spacious place, w3 blocks from the beach. Great host, great instructions. Can’t ask for more. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing week here! The house is beautiful, clean, and very well-appointed! We had everything we needed & felt right at home! I loved preparing my coffee at the cute coffee station looking out at the beautiful pool & canal! We all loved the lanai & pool - everything is so comfortable and relaxing. My husband and I enjoyed relaxing on the lanai sofa while watching the kids splash around in the pool. The shops, grocery stores, restaurants, and beaches are all close to the house which is great - close to everything you’ll need while staying in Marco Island! But, at the same time, the house is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. A great park & an interesting museum are a short drive from the house as well. Communication with our host was spot on – she made sure to let us know we could reach out anytime if we needed anything. We also loved that our host left a notebook with info about the house, restaurant recommendations & beach info. We would love to stay here again! Thanks!

We almost didn't get to enjoy this wonderful rental. A mixup in the booking dates, however, was quickly resolved leaving practically a whole year to anticipate staying at this incredible property. The first thing that caught my eye when I saw Lisa and David's listing was the abundance of light and the proximity to the water. The next was the three king bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Honestly, when you get there, the place will "wow" you because it is actually better than the photos and you will realize you didn't book it for a long enough stay. So, want to see porpoises swimming in the inlet next to the pool on the screened in lanai? How about great blue herons and pelicans fishing off the piers and the deck surrounding you? How about a short walk to the white sand ocean? The kitchen was well stocked, the beds very comfortable and the neighbors were quiet. We hated to leave, believe me. Many thanks to our responsive and kind hosts for making this available!

Communication with Tonya was excellent and her place was clean and well appointed. The hook for me was the slip and ample parking for my boat trailer. We enjoyed the outdoor spaced, particularly the large deck with a grill and large patio table. I definitely hope to stay here in the future.

This is a very nice home and Eric is a great host. We were very comfortable, the home is just as described, and we enjoyed all that the surroundings had to offer!

The house was exactly as represented and expected. very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with what we needed for our stay. The space worked perfectly for our party size (4 adults & 2 kids) and the pool was a great way to cool off. Justin was very responsive before and during our stay.
