Our place is conveniently located in a quiet and safe neighborhood just off the interstate - 10 minutes from Syracuse University, LeMoyne College, hospitals and downtown. It is just minutes away from Starbucks, Panera's, Wegmans and numerous other restaurants and shopping facilities. It is also very close to the Erie Canal trail (1/2 mile) for walking, jogging or biking. We have chosen to go with a farmhouse theme with our decor. We live next door and you will enjoy total privacy when you stay.

Enjoy your stay right in the center of the village! Walking distance to great restaurants, hair salons, Oswego river, and a short distance away to get on 481 towards Syracuse! This spacious apartment offers a dedicated workspace, reclining couch and lounger, a queen size bed with adjustable frame, fully equipped kitchen, large shower, and plenty of storage space! There is enough parking space out back. Please excuse the outside as we are finishing painting/siding. THIS IS AN UPSTAIRS UNIT!

SYR second floor studio and first floor book nook in detached carriage house next to owner occupied home. Private. Modern. Authentic. Near SU, downtown, and hospitals. House backs up to beautiful Elmwood park and our family garden. Perfect for 1 or 2 (potentially 3). Great for coffee, book, and nature lovers. Stairwell to apartment is narrow and could be a challenge for some. Access to fenced private family garden if you like. We are often around and outside but the apt is very private.

Enjoy the beauty of Skaneateles and then return to your own oasis on nearly an acre of manicured landscape with a wonderful deck overlooking a pond. Make time to watch the sunset with a glass of wine or the sunrise with your morning coffee . Coffee bar included with snacks. In the wintertime enjoy the wood stove (wood is provided but if you need more the Byrne Dairy has some) and games.

Period furniture blended with modern amenities provide for a luxurious stay. Park directly outside your suite and private front entrance. Cyclists: You can ride directly onto our property from the Erie Canal Trail (ECT)! Located minutes from NYS 31, this modern restoration of an authentic 1850 canal home has plenty to offer to the road-weary wanderer. Situated on just under an acre of land, this historical property is diagonal to 50' of frontage of the original Erie canal. Come see our cornice brackets, restored scrollwork and much more.
