It was delightful staying at Michael's. Lovely inspiring interiors, plenty of games that kept the kids entertained, heated pool was a plus and Michael was pleasant to deal with. Will definitely come back and recommend.

Really homey, quiet and nice neighborhood. Just a little bit far from the main gate if you’re commuting. Shouldn’t be a problem if you have your own car. Clean and spotless, you have everything you need. Lovely caretakers as well.

Our stay at Elena’s place was beyond what we had in mind! I had booked the same day and Elena was very quick to respond. My questions were answered to the point and there were no misunderstandings whatsoever. When we arrived at the place, Kuya Robin was very accommodating and welcoming to the place. He made it clear that he was just next door if we had any questions or worries, which gave us a peace of mind. Overall, I would recommend this beautiful place to anyone! Small or large gatherings, you will surely find this place one of a kind.

Thank you for being a great host and for welcoming us in the farm. The farm was everything that we’re expecting and more. Special mention to the three welcoming gentlemen (Amiel, Ilong, and manong whose name I forgot to ask) who were all very approachable and kind to assist us when we needed help. The house that we stayed in was very lovely and just right for us. My family enjoyed our peace and quiet stay that we found at the farm, especially my mom who celebrated her 63rd birthday over the weekend. The place is big and spacious, especially the parking. There's an area that you could shoot some hoops and a fire place that you can cook some smores. The open space with canopy where you can do most of your activities is spacious and have a good design. I like the native design of the seats with its water resistant foam. They also have a 3-piece wooden plank that can act as table and stable enough to sit. The pavilion is the star of the place. It's big, cozy, and just pretty. My only comment though is it gets quite hot in the area when the sun is high. The rooms are spacious and clean. I really like the design of the toilet and bath of largest room. Everything blends well even the lavatory, which seems to disappear together with the finishing of the wall. The pool is nice and clean. Tirta Spring Villas is a gem few hours away from the metro it was a very short stay but my family really loved the place. It was comfy and homey everything is clean modern and i cant really say more! Our short stay should have been a long stay! definitely will come back!

My family and I had a great stay at Marlie’s. The place is good and spacious which is perfect for a big family! The owner is very responsive and answered all my questions quickly. I will make sure to recommend this place to my friends.

1. There are several rules and we agree to it 100%, if you are staying at someone's place people should respect it. 2. Jennelyn is excellent in replying to messages in a timely fashion. 3. Neneng, the caretaker looked after us well. I enjoyed having conversation with locals like her. We get to know what is happening around town. 4. Rooms were spacious, tidy & equipment all in working condition 5. We loved the place that we ended up extending for another night. 6. Fresh new water being pumped when we arrive. It turns on automatically, if it doesn't Neneng is made aware and she dealt with it. 7. Water temp - I would prefer if its hotter a little bit. During the night, water temp goes down, it gets a bit cool to dip in the morning even with the top up. 8. We would definitely stay again and recommend this place. My family and I loved the place. I had to book last minute from another airbnb that we didn't like, and Cristina responded to my inquiry right away! Very spacious for a big family and I liked that extra tables and chairs were provided. The pool was a plus which was enjoyed by the kids! Christina is very responsive and took care of all my requests right away. Highly recommended.

The place is downright 1:1 with the photos. The living room & kitchen are open and right beside each other but the space felt cosy and spacious for our small group. Kitchen had complete equipment & basic necessities (just bring ingredients for the meals to prep). The pool, outdoor kitchen, & grilling area were tidy and well-maintained, even had a few visiting neighbourhood cats~ Since we visited during weekends, some neighbours were relaxing on their own "fun" way but weren't disruptive in any matter. Bedrooms were comfy and the bathrooms had shower heaters and bidets! The host is quick, responsive. and informative w/ how they sent us pdfs of the what restos and interesting places/activities were nearby, how to get there, their inspiration for Tipolo's House, and very detailed instructions and desc on how to utilise their appliances and where to find specific house items. The caretaker, Ate Jen, is also amicable and always checking on our wellbeing~ Would we visit again? 💯% Yes!

It's my first time to rent this location and it was as expected Perfect just as the other property that they have. Gerald was always pleasant and response promptly everytime we ask him about certain things we need in the property. Property is clean, kitchen was a good size to cook and entertain, bathrooms are clean, AC for the whole house, Swimming pool for a good walk and exercise or to deep when weather is hot.Thank you Eisen and Cyril for letting us stay on your property.

We had a wonderful stay! The saltwater pool and pool area were definitely the highlights—very relaxing, clean-smelling, and just the right size for everyone, especially our kids. The toys were a great touch and kept the little ones entertained even after swimming. The house itself is well-furnished, with clean beds and fresh linens. There were some mosquitoes due to the surrounding plants, but we came prepared with mosquito lotion, so it wasn’t a big issue. Overall, a great spot for a family getaway!

Oliver's place is a must place to book.The first thing I texted him with was "your place is beautiful".His place is clean, there were ants but not a big deal.The layout & design of his place gives you that at home vibe.Not the typical private resort that I've seen in the Philippines before.His place is one of those places that you want to come back again.The place is not big but not small either just enough for 15 guest.The area is quiet though you can hear the karaoke in neighbor resort but once you're in the bedroom,you wont hear noises anymore plus theres only certain time at night that you're allowed to make loud noises.The pool was clean and warm.Yes the beds are not as comfy as hotels but the room was clean and I did sleep well anyways.Overall, our stay was comfortable & indeed relaxing. Best decision that we book Oliver's place & definetly recommend it.I saved this in my favorites already & will for sure book again in our next visit in the Philippines.Thanks Oliver!
