Our first trip to the Boston area couldn’t have been better! This Airbnb was absolutely perfect for our family of four. The bedroom I stayed in had its own balcony with a beautiful ocean view—ideal for peaceful summer mornings or warm, relaxing nights. The open-concept living room and kitchen gave us plenty of space to unwind after a day of exploring. But what really sets this place apart are two unbeatable features: first, you won’t find easier access to public transportation—there’s a bus stop just a 30-second walk away that takes you right into Boston. Second, the hosts, Milan and Anna, were some of the kindest and most helpful we’ve ever met. Their local tips made our stay even better. Great amenities, smartTV, updated shower, dishwasher, laundry, grill available to use, etc. Right next to the house is a beautiful walkway that stretches down the beachfront of Winthrop. We’re already talking about coming back as the Boston area is second to none!

We had a fabulous stay in Edward’s apartment - we saw some stunning sunrises! The area felt very safe and was within a short walk to the T (train/subway) to get into Boston. We were there for the Boston Marathon and getting into Boston and back again on public transport was very straightforward. Edward went out of his way to help us and we are very grateful to him. It was lovely to come back to amazing views after a busy day sightseeing (or running!!). Thank you for hosting us!

Everything was perfect , felt right at home the beds were the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on ! Shower was wonderful /great water pressure.

This was an amazing choice for our New Year’s Eve celebration getaway. It was perfect in every way. A warm welcome first of all and very informative and accommodating after that. The location is hard to describe because it’s SO beautiful!! You can’t go wrong here. Perfection in every way. That we can assure. The winter is especially awesome- so we recommend you go for it. We absolutely loved it.

This place is a perfect Nahant beach get-away. We were there for a wedding over the weekend, and were so lucky to find Elyse's place! Elyse is a wonderful host, and she communicated everything in such a detailed manner that finding the place/checking in was a breeze. It poured rain all weekend, but the cozy, clean unit that is decorated beautifully and is so conveniently located to everything made us feel at home. The unit has everything you need - even a lovely deck overlooking Boston Harbor. Elyse was gracious enough to offer to turn on the hot tub for us while we were arriving, and she had great local recommendations. While we did not get to use the hot tub or go to the beach because of the rain, we hope to return and take full advantage of how special this place is again!

We absolutely loved our stay at Ryan’s place! The home was beautiful, spacious, and pristine—just like the photos. Ryan was a wonderful host from booking to check-out, making everything easy and welcoming. We especially loved the location, with the beach and great local restaurants just a short walk away. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a perfect location for a long weekend getaway! Proximity to public transportation makes this place an awesome option for Boston travels, the ocean is absolutely gorgeous! I ran the Boston marathon on my visit and the hot tub was incredible for recovery! The bed is so comfortable and even though we didn’t cook anything, we easily could have! Having a washer and dryer in the unit available meant that I don’t have piles of laundry to do when I get home!

In my opinion, this Airbnb exceeded my expectations. The host was exceptional, and the property met all my requirements. It was well-equipped and immaculately clean. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone seeking a comfortable and convenient stay. I eagerly anticipate booking with Emily again in the future.

Tommy was great. He was easy to contact and communicated wonderfully. The house was set up for a guest with everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The furniture and beds were so comfortable as well as the welcoming feel. Plenty of spacious rooms. Even spaces you could have alone time. When they described the house on the ocean, it really is. This was by far the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at. Hope to rent it again next year. I can’t say enough on how comfortable the house is. We had a wonderful stay at Nicole’s home. The house was clean, beautifully decorated and had stunning views. The kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable and we felt right at home. There is an abundance of outdoor space for relaxing or dining. Our kids played games outsides for hours on the porch and the near by beaches. I hope to return and highly recommend!

This was our 3rd year renting, and we’ve already booked for the 4th year! That pretty much says it all! It’s our favorite long weekend of the year. You will not be disappointed.

Jennifer is one of AirBnB’s great hosts and this home is surpassingly charming and quaint. It is everything you want in a coastal New England holiday. Stayed here for a wedding at the Barker House which is only a very short walk away. Cannot recommend enough!

House was spacious in a quiet neighborhood. The beach is a short walk away. There was some mold in the bottom of the shower which was the only downside, but it did not detract from the overall stay. Would stay here again!

Sean’s space was perfect for our visit to the area! We will definitely come back to stay again :)

Loved my stay at this beautiful home. Very clean, and felt like home. All my friends slept well and were comfortable everywhere we gathered in the home. Dominique was wonderful and responsive. I would certainly rent this again in the future.

My stay at the Marsh-Mellow, hosted by MaryJane, was phenomenal. From check-in to check-out, the process was simple as MaryJane had clear, detailed instructions on how to enter as well as great recommendations on what to do in the area. I have no hesitation when I recommend this space as your next getaway trip. You will not be disappointed!

We had such a fantastic time, the only complaint is that it went by too quickly! Arun provided thorough instructions and was very responsive and friendly in communications. We were so appreciative that a special request was very kindly granted for a disabled family member. The place was just as pictured and had everything we needed. It was very clean and comfortable. The location could not be better, right in the heart of the Hampton boardwalk. Our favorite thing was sitting out on the balcony watching the waves roll in and enjoying observing all of the activity going on below us. We were lucky enough to be there on a night the fireworks went off and could not have had a better view right from that balcony! We would definitely recommend a stay here and hope to be able to return soon!

Kevin's place was amazing in so many ways. Location is the first! Not only is his rental across from the beach and you can gaze at the crashing waves to your hearts content, but his space was well appointed; we didn't use the kitchen much, but when we did, we had what at we needed at our fingertips. There were things left from other guests available for you to use. The condo was clean and what you see in the pictures is EXACTLY what you get. Check is was the easiest checkin I could imagine-there WERE PICTURES. You can't mess it up. Kevin was super responsive when we needed him. The only thing to consider is parking is in the back of the condo and you must pass thru a low clearance corridor from route 1a to the parking lot. Those with a high clearance vehicle or a thule rack or j bars for kayaks might have an issue with clearance. We have a siennna with no roof racks and had no issues. Thank you, Kevin, we will happily return!!

Really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was clean and the electronic fireplace made us felt at home and comfortable. I especially loved the small touches with the books and games tucked away above the tv waiting to be found. Also we got a nice surprise on NYE with some fireworks on the beach. The hardest thing to figure out was where the trash room was but José sent a picture which helped a lot.

Clean and comfortable. The Sunrise view from the bed was beautiful. It was low season and the noise from the road was noticeable in the daytime but quiet in the morning and evening. Not many restaurants open at this time but I expected this. I recommend this accommodation for a relaxing stay. Great location and beach walkability. The hosts were very responsive. It was a perfect 2 nights for me.

Our stay in Gloucester was beyond amazing! A trip we have put off since Covid began but back in June we decided to make it happen! Sarah’s condo was beyond our expectations. Beautifully set up,homey, comfortable and right in the middle of the most beautiful views I’ve ever seen. We are from Annapolis, Maryland and I grew up on our bay crabbing … Gloucester reminds me of home. Everyone we met were so friendly, helpful and made sure we were comfortable. I’m a runner of 40 miles a week so my morning runs were filled with so much beauty from colorful leaves, to a sunrise I’ve never seen! Sailing is my thing so being surrounded by water, boats and of course the smell of fish … we knew our trip was extra special! We stayed specifically on Halloween for Salem fun and Salem did not disappoint! Helpful… a bar directly across the street from her air bnb! We hiked to the lighthouse early morning for exercise and its view did not disappoint either! Five star visit!
