We loved every minute of our stay! The home had everything we needed and more! We LOVED the pool and hot tub. Our children especially enjoyed the fun pool light colors as they swam under the stars each night. I appreciated that Ashley supplied everything we needed to enjoy all of the gorgeous beaches from beach chairs to a cart - was all so helpful. The home was immaculate, comfortable and convenient to everything. Ashley was a great host! We just left and already looking at dates to book next year!

My sister and I had a lovely stay at El Tropicale. We were attending a yoga retreat in Lakewood Ranch so the location was perfect. Very spacious and the pool is great! All communication was prompt and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely loved this home! Host was so accommodating to our last minute stay request. Beautiful house, comfortable beds, clean big pool! Mariya let us have a late checkout so my son could swim his race at Nathan Benderson. Great location. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at The Oak Tree House! Marangeli was the perfect host, from sending the check-in information the day before our trip, to sending messages throughout our stay to make sure everything was good, to sending a message about check-out the morning we were leaving. She was very responsive when I needed to reach her and got back to me within 5-10 minutes. The house was extremely clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the backyard was like an oasis. The house was in a great location in relation to the places we wanted to visit during our stay (Fort de Soto, St. Pete Beach, Pass-a-Grille Beach, and John's Pass), so it never took us more than 20 mins to get to where we were going, and when we returned to the house, it was so nice to come back to a peaceful, clean place. We would absolutely stay here again! Thank you for helping to make our spring break vacation so great!

Every time I had a thought- “ah man I wish I would have brought..” my husband would say here’s some!! Everything from cleaning materials to extra towels and beach items to a playpen for the baby! If we make it back to Sarasota we have e this place saved!! Thank you!

It was good. Pool was not warm, but they tried to fix it. Location is good. 20 min to the beach. Hot water in the house has bad smell. No any other issues. Host is very friendly.

Beautiful home, very clean, and very nicely decorated with all the modern amenities. The neighbourhood was great too, close to shopping and restaurants. The host was really welcoming and responsive. Overall super happy with our stay! Thank you!

Lisa’s place was absolutely beautiful!! So clean and spacious. Super easy check in. Amenities provided were beyond expectations. Pool was great. Location was good just a short drive to downtown. Road noise is definitely there - but we were able to crank the fan to have white noise throughout the night and had no issues sleeping. Definitely recommend this place, felt like a home away from home 🌴🏠

Wonderful stay at Gwen and Ricks! We were welcomed with fresh flowers in several rooms, and croissants for the morning to go with coffee out on the front porch. The cottage is clean and cozy and very homey. The kitchen is outstanding due to being well stocked with nice pans and utensils! One of the best we've experienced. We had the opportunity to meet Rick and he was SO nice! Gwen took great care of us and even had chocolate kisses for us. We would definitely stay at their place again next time we are in St Petes! It's a great location too! Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Dan and Charles place was perfect in every way! We cannot say enough about their place and them! Location couldn’t have been any better. We’ve been coming to Sarasota for 3 years now and this place was at the top of our list.Don't hesitate, book it now!

You could not get any closer to John's Pass with tons of shops and restaurants. Everything was walkable, the perfect location. Beach access right across the street and the bay right in the back yard. There was beach equipment ready to use for a day by in the sand. The bed was one of the more comfortable beds I have experienced in Air BNBs. I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

This is a great place to stay! Restaurants and shopping centers are in walkable distance and Denise is an amazing host. Keeping this place in mind for future vacations.

Jesse’s place was worth it for the location. Very walkable around town. Kitchen was stocked and with some starter items. Our stay there was comfortable.

Thank you Hey Vacay! The space was beautiful, fit the needs for our wedding prep, and we all around had an AMAZING experience. The Hey Vacay team was also incredibly accommodating and communicative. Would highly recommend for anyone else looking for a beautiful spot in a gorgeous, quiet neighborhood that's very central and close to downtown. We had an absolutely PERFECT wedding week.

Had a very good time. Condo was how it was described. Check in process was very easy. Just fyi kiddie pool did not seem to be heated, but overall everything worked at great!

We loved the condo! My favorite part was the screened in porch with very comfortable seating, view of the ocean, and a table for card games with grandkids. I would like to definitely rent again when we visit that beautiful area in the future.

We loved staying at Gracielle’s place. The condo was cute and had everything we needed. We appreciated having the beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, and beach bag. It was about a 2 minute walk to the beach. It was walking distance to a lot of restaurants as well. Some of our favorites were Rick’s Reef, Buoys Waterfront, Toasted Monkey and Crabby Bill’s. We enjoyed the pool a lot too. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved this place! PRIME beach location and perfect for our needs. Great and walkable to tons of places and just loved the convenience. Only comment is that if you’re a light sleeper, there is a floor above you - but didn’t bother us! Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone looking for a great beach getaway :)

We are already looking to see when we can come back to Florida and stay in Daniel's rental again! It has everything you need, it is well-kept, and it is close to everything you want/need (the beach, Detwiler's, Publix, stores, restaurants). It is in a safe location. The Shorewalk ammenities (pools and hot tubs) are nice as well. Even though one pool's heater was broken, there was another pool to choose from and two hot tubs. He checked-in with us to make sure check-in went well and to make sure that our stay was going well. Daniel provided thorough instructions and recommendations for everything you could possibly need. He was a great host with a great home away from home!
