Terrific location, great house. Jeff was easy to communicate with and we had a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend!

The place was mostly what it said it would be, the pictures are accurate. Was pretty nice and cozy. Had lots of privacy, which was really nice. House was clean and had all of the amenities that were promised. Bed was really comfortable. The only drawback was that the pool was a little dirty, looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for a few days before we got there but it wasn’t that big of a deal.

Amazing place and great host! Location was great because we were able to visit 3 different beaches. We would definitely book this place again!

We had a great time and really enjoyed the privacy of the pool. Mike was quick to respond and helpful when needed. We appreciated the clear labeling/directions and the extra items to use were a huge benefit. Having beach items was great! Would visit again!

The house was exactly as described with helpful instructions posted inside the house. Nicely decorated and comfortable. The hot tub made for relaxing evenings.

Awesome historical beach house just a mile or 2 away from the beach ! Close to everything, comfortable beds and even had coffee ,sweetener and every spice for cooking you could have. Definitely staying again and awesome back yard

Len was a terrific host, and his property is beautiful and exactly as described. Len made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived, and was very responsive to any of our text communications. the property is exactly as described and perhaps better than the photos on the listing, including a beautiful view of the water with stellar sunrises every morning. the location is quiet and centrally located to great restaurants and beaches on longboat or siesta key. highly recommend this location for any travelers looking for a quiet and comfortable stay in the Sarasota area.

My friend and I stayed here for about a week. We had an amazing time: the location was spectacular and it was the perfect spot for two. Marisa was very responsive and helpful during our stay, we definitely had everything we needed including the beach towels and chairs she had! Only situation we found ourselves in was limited space for our things on the bathroom sink. All in all an amazing experience!

Great place to stay! Can’t beat the location (extremely walkable to local restaurants, the pier, etc.). Place itself was super nice, extremely clean, newly renovated, and the hosts were extremely responsive. 10/10 would recommend!

The unit was exactly as described. We liked the close proximity to the beach and to restaurants. Having a pool to use was an added bonus too.

Had a great stay! The home is very clean and in excellent condition. Communication with the host was easy and smooth. The location is perfect—just 4.5 miles from Siesta Key Beach and about an 18-minute drive to downtown. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect getaway for natual lover. The house is very cozy, and kids had a great time. Great location with Beaches, boat tours, grocery, restaurants are all available nearby.

As always Siesta Key is a paradise! Villa 7 at Crescent Arms is the perfect spot, close to beach and convenient parking. Unit was clean and spacious. Despite SK being in repair/rehab mode everywhere you look, Villa 7 was one of the few ground level units 100% functional. We love Siesta Key and will be back!

This villa excelled our expectations , and went above and beyond on accommodating our family of three this weekend while we used it as a main hub for our time on Amelia Island. We found that every single thing prior to our arrival was well thought out and prepared for us .All we had to do was show up ! Can’t say enough good things about this property and its highly responsive host ! 10/10 recommend! And we will be back !!

Jeff was exceptional. Very friendly and responsive. His home was gorgeous- just as the photos depicted. Beautiful fireplace in the living room (to take the chill off this year’s cold snap) and one in each bedroom. Such a nice touch. The unit and building met our needs perfectly. Great for two couples or a family that wants gathering space and also privacy. The condo was stocked with all the basic things you’d need! We’d highly recommend Jeff and this condo.
