Great communication, really enjoyed the walkability of Burnt Store Marina. The home was spotless, and well equipped.

Everything was great about our stay: the location, the property, the communication. By far the best views of all 4 condos, lots of ocean on both sides. Tough choice between a cocktail on the lovely balcony and the sunny beach just steps away. The owner are very nice. The space is ample and quiet. Decent eating out near by. Perfect Florida vacation.

Can't say enough positive things about our stay! From the peaceful and quiet surroundings, beautiful pools, gorgeous property, ease of access to ocean, ability to walk to dinner and/or take trolley into village it exceeded our expectations. Jack was helpful, quick to reply and wonderful to work with. The condo was pristine clean, beds super comfortable (especially for a person with back issues- my husband had no problems). Thank you and recommend 110%. We would return.

Chris was absolutely amazing from the minute I booked. He has had the best, most positive responsiveness I’ve ever experienced with a host. Information was thorough and clear. He gave great recommendations, let us know about the best shopping and excursions, and provided every detail for an amazing trip. He kept me posted with weather threats and while I was not able to make my stay due to hurricanes Helene and Milton, he was nothing but wonderful. I hope to book with Chris again.

The condominium was very nice and the location was great! Pool, beach, boat dock and restaurants all accessible and easy to get to. Place was very clean and peaceful at night. Teens had fun using local trolley to get around key, shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again. Michael was a great host!

We had a great stay! Clean accommodations, comfy bed, and helpful kitchen amenities made us feel right at home. We found lots of shark teeth on the shoreline!

I had so much fun on my vacation because of the place and its location. Its super clean, very well decorated, gives you that beach house feel. It was nice being right across the street from a beautiful beach, and having beach chairs to use. It was also nice not having to get in the car and having to drive anywhere for dinner, we tryed almost all of the local resturants, and found a favorite. Theres even a free local shuttle ! This is an awesome place id love to come back to.

Loved this little condo! We will definitely be back to visit, the location is perfect! Close to good restaurants, across the street from the beach and the actual community with the pool was perfect!

I had a great visit atJeff’s place. His condo has all the essentials and was in a very good location with easy access to pool, hot tub, tennis courts, etc. I hope to come back again.

We enjoyed our stay at Attila’s. Beautiful and clean space, great location. Will definitely be back to the area and his property again. Our entire stay was lovely!

Had a wonderful trip using Airbnb for the first time! The place was immaculate, and we truly felt at home. We especially loved the location—it was so close to our favorite spot, Boca Grande. Although we didn’t get to meet our host in person, he was incredibly helpful and responsive through messages. We would definitely stay again!

Great stay! Thank you. We couldn't find the snorkel gear, but wasn't a big deal at all. There's plenty to do around Lemon Bay. Great music, fun bar scene, and once you get past the fence surrounding the beach, fun times searching for shark teeth.

We got to meet the friendly Host and her husband as they were walking out the door we were walking in they gave us several tips on the area.we walked into a cutely decorated spacious condo very well stocked and clean. The Host left us a welcome card and basket of goodies . we felt very at home right away. we also enjoyed the 2 bikes that came with the condo nice extra and nice pool and beach area. Also very centrally located to many things to do and restaurants. We definitely want to come back in the future. Laura's place was exactly as expected.Some beach items and necessities were extremely helpful.Location was good, an easy walk to the beach when parking down there was challenging.Bed,linens and pillows were excellent.Awesome communication as well.

The condo was just as described. Quiet, which is what my husband and I like. Everything you need is in the condo. Great view from the back porch. Lots to do within a short distance. Very clean and I should know because I clean other people’s houses myself. Thank you for a wonderful week. We will be back!

A perfect retreat located in the Burnt Store Marina development. We enjoyed a week at this condo which was centrally located between Cape Coral and Punta Gorda. The condo was extremely clean and very well organized. Beds were very comfortable and we loved the little extras, such as an insulated beach bag, and beach towels. Kitchen was well supplied with pots, pans, dishes, wine glasses, and even a small supply of spices as we often eat in while on vacation and it was very nice not to have to buy. As boating people, this is a great neighborhood. Definitely research boat rentals, tours, fishing charters if you’re thinking of fun things to do. The highlight was traveling to Boca Grande beaches (3 times!) which was just stunning. We really enjoyed the pool in the afternoons and going over to the Cass Cay restaurant in the evenings. Bill was very responsive with any questions we had!

Loved the location of this property! It was removed from the chaos of the other side of the island but still close to so many things. The unit itself was stocked with everything you could possibly need while traveling. The kayaks, paddle boards, bikes and beach supplies added to the experience. Also loved that we could walk to Turtle Beach and avoid the Spring Break crowds of Siesta. Mary was very communicative and available throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful place in Siesta Key!

We very much enjoyed staying in Carlos and Jackie’s condo. Very nice furnishings and well equipped. If we had a question about anything, response was immediate. There are many stairs to get up to the condo, but the beautiful, warm pool and beach are only steps away! It’s about a mile walk to the restaurants. We loved it there!

Place was really nice plenty of places to take a peaceful little walk but also 4 minute drive to some pretty awesome restaurants. Owner was super responsive whenever we needed anything.

Die Unterkunft war wie auf den Fotos. Patrick hat bereits im Vorfeld viele Empfehlungen zu Stränden und Restaurants geschickt die sehr hilfreich und super waren. der Empfang war auch sehr nett mit einer persönlichen Note und ein paar Snacks. Der Pool ist gleich gegenüber was für uns super war da wir eine kleine Tochter haben und somit das ganze Zeug nicht weit schleppen mussten.

Our first time staying at Jean's place and we fell in love! Being that We are Florida natives and came back home to Englewood to visit family, this was a treat! It was so sweet finally staying in an adorable Florida style air bnb when I used to clean them! Highly recommend for a quiet, peaceful, relaxing vacation. Condo had everything we needed! ONLY con was (pool is heated and stayed a little warmer than we'd preffered for the middle of summer)- should only be heated in winter months. Thank you Jean! 🩷Brittney, Alanna and Andrew
