Great place which had everything we needed for our family group. Good location on top of the hills with beautiful hill and seaside views. The pool was a perfect size and heated. An absolute must in this season. Highly recommended!

I visited Josep and Adelina's wonderful home with a few friends to explore the cycling palace that is Girona. The home & experience were all fantastic. Josep & family were extremely communicative, and made sure we knew how to make the most of the area on bikes. The house is really well set up for cyclist visitors, with a pool to cool off after rides, and a hose + bike stands, too. Already planning our next visit.

Wir waren im Oktober fast zwei Wochen in der Unterkunft von Adriana und wollten am Ende gar nicht mehr weg! 😊 + 1. Großartige Lage (Küstenwanderwege sind traumhaft schön!) 2. Sehr hübscher Garten 3. Ruhige Nachbarschaft und Privatsphäre 4. Tolle Ausstattung (von der Paellera bis zum Sonnenschirm- alles da) 5. Super Kommunikation und Hilfsbereitschaft durch Gastgeber - 1. äußerst unangenehmer Kanalgeruch im Haus, gegen den auch die ganzen Duftstäbe nicht ankommen (laut Gastgeberin tritt dies immer nur bei Nordwind auf) 2. Ausschlafen unter der Woche unmöglich aufgrund des Baulärm ab den frühen Morgenstunden (Ende d. Saison) 3. Restaurants u. Aktivitäten teilweise aufgrund der Jahreszeit schon geschlossen 4. Badezimmer (Haare in Dusche) und Küche (Krümel auf Kühlschrank und vor Mikrowelle) leider nicht so sauber wie aufgrund der positiven Bewertungen erwartet. Wir hätten uns ein besseres Preisleistungsverhältnis gewünscht. Im Sommer aber wahrscheinlich TOP! Insgesamt zu empfehlen! :

Djaafar was a superb host: everything from the meet and greet with drinks and snacks, to the flexible checkout and the local recommendations. He was on hand via chat app throughout the stay and always willing to help. As for the house itself? It was great! It matched the photos and description perfectly. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. If I was being picky the pool was a bit cool but it didn't stop us, and the hot tub was there to warm up after. The location was walkable to San Pol (if you don't mind a hill) and driveable to so much including countless beaches, Barcelona, Girona and more. All in, really pleased we stayed there!

Great location if you have a car (out or the packed areas), here you will have silence, peacefulness. Very responsive host. easy to park (outside on the road). Very safe area with vigilance. the heater system in the house is very functional, it warmed the house quickly and felt very cosy. Barbecue, kitchen, oven, micro, stove, exhaust, utensils, plates, glasses, etc. wouldn't recommend for 6 guests, unless 3 couples. Although the exterior is quite big and spacious, as well as the living room area, dinner area and barbecue area. Recommended! 👍

Truly lovely place, Encarnacion is super nice and very helpful. Felt like a proper private holiday home and had a really great stay.

We stayed here as a group of 8 whilst we were visiting Barcelona, and we were blown away by the house and the gardens. The house is huge and perfect for large groups with the multiple living areas, and the garden was beautiful. We really enjoyed spending our evenings here cooking and playing games, and we are already planning to return.

This house is fantastic, I lack of words to describe how good it is. We are a group of 6 people, 5 of them are my senior family, the elevator in the house is so convenient for them to go up and down. There are only two bedrooms (on 1.5 floor and 2.5 floor respectively) that need to climb half a floor to get there, which is totally fine for us, just FYI. 3 bedrooms are on 2nd floor with elevator right to that floor. We loved the house very much, big space, clean, equipped with all things you need for kitchen, comfy sofa, close to metro and supermarket, quiet neighborhood, etc. It’s too bad that it’s still too cold for us though to swim in the pool, I hope to come back to this house in summer and enjoy it. Also the towels are super soft, I also love that. Just cannot find anything negative about this house!

Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war top. Alles lief reibungslos, und wir haben tolle Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants bekommen. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Die Villa war einfach traumhaft! Super sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet. Der Pool war das absolute Highlight. Wir kommen definitiv wieder

Casa muy bonita y muy bien equipada. Narcís nos ofreció muchas faciliadades y muy agradable. Estuvimos 3 familias con niños y disfrutamos mucho de la casa. Ubicada en zona residencial, muy cerca de la autopista y fácil acceso.

Quel merveilleux séjour à vilassar de Dalt dans la maison de Jake ! La maison si jolie,moderne et propre .bus pour barcelone (à l heure) à 3 min de la maison qui relie en 30 min le centre de Barcelone.l endroit est paisible et la maison parfaitement équipée.parfait pour nous et nos ados qui ont adoré y séjourner .chambre immense et la piscine pour se détendre après une journée de marche à Barcelone!semaine de rêve !merci à Jake pour son accueil!

We hebben een week met ons gezin, acht volwassenen en twee kindjes, in het huis van Claudia doorgebracht. Het was echt geweldig, een mooi huis, een prachtige omgeving en bovendien lekker weer. Het huis was van alle gemakken voorzien, zelfs speelgoed voor de kindjes was aanwezig. Als we een vraag hadden, reageerde Claudia eigenlijk altijd direct. We zouden graag nog eens terugkomen in dit mooie en schone huis, bedankt Claudia.

We stayed ten days at Jan's beautiful villa and had a wonderful holiday. The house was pretty and the gardens gorgeous with numerous places to sit and relax. The pool was great and the outdoor furniture was very comfortable. We loved sitting on the terrace with a drink and gazing out over the views. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Pals is a short drive away and has numerous restaurants, bars and shops. There is also a very handy supermarket close by. We would recommend staying at Case Coene!

Wir haben hier wunderbare Tage verbracht und fühlten uns wie Zuhause von der Einrichtung, Sauberkeit und dem Komfort her. Es ist liebevoll und ästhetisch eingerichtet und an idealer Lage zum Strand. Schön war auch dass viele Dinge einfach vorhanden sind die man so im Alltag braucht wie Lautsprecher, Müllsäcke, etc. Felix war sehr gut erreichbar hilfsbereit bei allen Fragen. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr gerne weiterempfehlen.

Tuvimos una estancia maravillosa! Desde el momento en que llegamos, todo fue perfecto. El lugar estaba impecablemente limpio, bien decorado y equipado con todas las comodidades que podríamos necesitar. La ubicación era excelente, bien a lo alto con vista hacia Tossa, a 5 minutos de la playa, restaurantes y supermercados pero lo suficientemente tranquila para descansar, lo mejor de todo, su terraza <3 es algo que realmente se hace difícil a la hora de irse, fue todo muy perfecto. Max fue nuestro anfitrión y fue extremadamente amable y atento, asegurándose de que tuviéramos todo lo que necesitábamos para sentirnos como en casa. Nos brindó recomendaciones locales que hicieron que nuestra experiencia fuera aún más especial. Definitivamente superó nuestras expectativas, y sin duda volveremos en el futuro. Recomendamos este lugar al 100% a cualquiera que busque una experiencia cómoda, tranquila, disfrutando de la naturaleza y todo lo que ofrece Tossa. ¡Gracias por una estancia inolvidable!

La casa se encuentra en una urbanización tranquila y con carácter. La ubicación es estratégica, cerca de los bellos pueblos de Pals y Begur. La casa es muy bonita, luminosa, decorada con mucho encanto, buen gusto y calidez. Todo estaba impecable y en orden. La vajilla estaba completa y fue suficiente para nuestro grupo (6 personas). Como nos encanta la zona de Begur, recorrimos las calas que se encuentran próximas. Los pueblos de la zona tienen residentes todo el año. A pocos minutos a la salida de la urbanización hay un estupendo supermercado. Si bien era pleno invierno había suficientes restaurantes y sitios para comer comida tradicional. Los espacios exteriores deben ser estupendos en primavera y verano! Aparcamos en el garage dentro y también en la puerta, lo que resultó muy práctico (se precisa coche). La agencia Ideal nos acompañó incluso el día de Navidad respondiendo eficaz y cordialmente, incluso a posteriori con una incidencia planteada que se resolvió favorablemente.

Wir hatten das Haus für 4 Wochen gebucht und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der Blick und die Lage sind fantastisch und die Umgebung sehr schön. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Das Mobiliar ist hier und da ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Die Internetverbindung ist sehr gut. Dieses Haus ist ohne Vorbehalte sehr zu empfehlen. Bei der Organisation einer Zwischenreinigung war Bogdan sehr hilfreich und hat auch auf alle unsere (sehr wenigen) Fragen schnell reagiert.

het is een mooie woning met een prachtig uitzicht. de kinderen vermaakte zich met de voetbaldoeltjes, tafeltennis en spelletjes. ruim huis met alle voorzieningen. echt een aanrader. wij waren daar om barcelona te bezoeken en strand, en ook nog leuke kleine dorpjes in de omgeving bezocht. rosa gaf heel veel tips en is een hele fijne host. wij hebben genoten.

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Einzig der etwas unangenehme Geruch, ggf war es mal ein Wasserschaden oder Feuchtigkeit. Und es könnte mehr Besteck gerade Messer vorhanden sein. Aber wir würden wieder kommen. Allerdings nur in der Nebensasion, in der Hauptsasion ist der Preis etwas hoch angesetzt wenn wir es mit anderen Unterkünften die wir bisher hatten vergleichen. Der Kontakt war super nett und es wurde schnell geantwortet. Check out lief auch perfekt. Der Ausblick war der Wahnsinn.

Buena estancia, no cuenta con cafetera si eres de tomar café o acabar la comida con un postre como el café tendrás que bajar a lloret 5km…. , la basura la tienes que transportar desde el coche a 1Km para dejarla en su sitio correspondiente. No cuenta con jabón de ducha, tendrás que llevar el tuyo, cuenta con solamente 1 pastilla de lavavajillas (si pasas más tiempo en el alojamiento toca lavar a profundidad a mano) cubo de basura con solamente 1 bolsa de basura para 3 días de estancia (7 personas en el alojamiento) la estancia fue “bien” aconsejable para la próxima, no tener que estar pendiente de una persiana, pagas para encontrarte el alojamiento, apartamento, casa, piso “bien” …. En fin…. Por lo demás muy bien! Silencio, es lo que buscas alejarte de la cuida, desconectar, y pasarla bien!

Overall, it was a great stay! Just one small suggestion: if there was a kettle to boil water and WiFi available at the place, it would have been fantastic. It could also save some money on gas used for boiling water. 😊”
