Haikaa is located in a coastal Chinese village just 1.5 hours from KL. It is a renovated 1980s home redesigned by @Haus Studio, featuring bright, naturally ventilated rooms, a sea-facing main hall with folding doors, and a peaceful courtyard shared by the hall and two bedrooms. The house sleeps 12 guests and includes two bedrooms, a kitchen with basic cookware, two bathrooms, a dining area, and flexible living space perfect for small events or family stays. Local attractions are minutes away.

Our guest suite is located in Kampung Juara on Tioman Island. Situated at the hillside on the northern side of Juara bay - with an amazing view of the whole bay - it's surrounded by pristine rainforest and beautiful nature. Peaceful and private area with a river separating the property from the common beach area. At high tide the river can be crossed with one of our shared kayaks - or just by wading through the water - and during low tide it's easy to walk in and out of the property.

After LEJU 21, we discovered this little gem LEJU 8 in the same alley — once a humble traditional rubber stamp shop, now a cozy heritage hideaway. Restored with love, it features scraped walls where you can still see hints of the original blue paint ( colour once common in the homes of old Malacca), wooden beams and original staircases. We also designed an open-air bath, a quirky yet memorable touch that invites guests to slow down and soak in the moment.

Teratak Sekuchi

Teratak Sekuchi is a semi-traditional timber house by the South China Sea. Originally built in KT town, it was relocated in 2007 to Mengabang Telipot, a typical fishing village. Furnished mainly with old wooden furniture and local decorations, it offers a taste of coastal village living with basic modern comforts. There’s no wifi, TV or air-cond. Strictly for private (non commercial) use only by max 6 (+2 y.o) people.
