The short stay was awesome. The host is incredibly responsive and accomodating, always ready to assist. The unit itself is clean, and to top it off, with perfect horizon line.

Responsive host, clean unit. Alll we need in our stay are available, though, we did not use their things as we bring our own personal stuffs . Clear instruction , hassle-free check-in . The price is fair, just enough for their services , maintenance cost, and utilities . Definitely, we will book this again.

My family loved the stay, very spacious, WiFi fast, have an space for laundry drying which I saved more from doing laundry outside, AC works good. Emily (caretaker) is very approachable and very friendly, she’s very easy to deal with. we will come back again for sure.

The entire experience was great. The place was even better than how it looked in the pictures and amenities including kitchen utensils are complete. The host was also very nice and responsive. They even allowed us to stay 30 mins longer to make sure tha everything is settled before we go. It would be better if the staffs would properly introduce themselves before getting inside the premise and taking pictures, medyo nakakagulat kasi pag bigla na lang may papasok na di kilala. We also had issues with caterpillars, although we understand that even the staffs are not sure where they are coming from, it would be best for this to be addressed as soon as possible as our children had rashes after spending time outside and in the pool and the only reason we can think of are the caterpillars(higad) all over the place.

This is a spacious, simple, clean apartment with all the kitchen equipment you need. No clutter around. Two generous sofas. Almost at the top floor of the building, which has a spacious lobby. Gym and swimming pool available on floor 6. The host, Sweety (Rova June) is very responsive, and her helper, Ate Beth was always available next door if needed. One of the best neighbourhoods in Makati, near a nice park and very close to GreenBelt Outdoor Mall. A very good Airbnb in every way.

Beautifully presented apartment with easy access to lots of amenities and onward travel. The hosts were wonderful and quickly responded to all queries in a friendly and instructive manner. I used the pool facilities during our stay and they were perfectly clean and well maintained, as is the whole complex. Would recommend 100%. Perfect, location wise. Typically not crowded so going in and out of the building is relatively fast. The unit is clean with cleaning materials available to use (good for daily maintenance). I highly recommended this place if this listing comes across your search! Thanks.

Wil’s place is very clean and comfortable. My team did not have any problems during the stay (except for the blankets - they leave some loose threads in clothes and in bed) and we really loved the view. It is very clean.
