Highly recommended. Well maintained. Very pleasant stay and everything was simply great. The property is located at a prime place, close to the beach and good restaurants nearby. Valentino was a great host and very responsive. Will definitely visit again and share it with all my friends and family.

A very tastefully and aesthetically set up apartment, very comfortable stay, as every amenity was so thoughtfully provided, nothing one wants was missing, hygienic and the staff who cleaned the apartment as well as the attendants of villa very accomodating and well behaved, a lovely pool and not to miss the lovely, warm and caring hosts who were always ready to help. Daily provisions like veggies and groceries available at 100 mts, good restaurants near by. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there .

We all friends had a Zindagi Milegi Na Dobara Experience. The host was great in accommodating 6 stag friends which many accommodations don't generally do so. Highly recommend this place to other ppl who wants to travel to North Goa.

This was my second stay at a Blue Kite property and like the previous stay, was well managed and met all expectations. The property continues to be well maintained, safe, clean and an ideal retreat when in Goa. The property manager (Mr Anand) and his staff are prompt. approachable and available for any help needed. The apartment is ideally sized for a couple, comfortably furnished, the kitchen has all the basic pots, pans, cutlery, tableware etc. - all in all, a perfect space for someone who wishes to cook their own meals and wants privacy. Housekeeping can be requested daily and the staff is thorough in their work. The property has a pool ( we didn't use it but it looks well maintained), parking for 4 wheelers is limited , and is about 15 -20 min away from Vagator beach. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Well placed if you rent a scooter or car. Commuting to the beach would be an issue (apprx 1.5kms) if you have a family, since local auto rickshaw services lack professionalism and ethics. Nothing to take away from what was a good experience overall at Dwayne's place with nice and clean accomodation with a responsive host. Thank you

My parents had a wonderful stay at Mr. D’Souza’s place! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. I had an amazing stay in this cozy and well-equipped apartment! The place felt like a home away from home, with everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The apartment consists of a spacious living room, a cozy bedroom, and a fully functional kitchen—perfect for those who love the convenience of home-cooked meals. Pratik is super host and his parents are very cool and responsive. One of the best parts of staying here was the convenience. There’s a general store right below the apartment, making it super easy to grab any essentials without going far. Whether it was snacks, toiletries, or last-minute groceries, everything was just a few steps away! The location is another highlight. It’s close to the beach, which means I could enjoy beautiful morning walks by the shore and stunning sunsets in the evening. Plus, there are plenty of hotels and restaurants nearby, offering a variety of delicious food.

Place was nice, clean and cozy. Locality is quite safe with market just at a walking distance. I was also working remotely, internet connection is quite good and there is also a Starbucks few mins walk away to work from. Luis was very polite and friendly. Kitchen is a bit small in size for regular cooking but good enough for making easy dishes. Would definitely recommend.

This is one of best properties for the price you pay. Everything is well thought of and picked up perfectly to match the black aesthetic. Loved it.

From start to finish the host was great, excellent communication, quick response and very helpful with questions I put forward.. The hosts father who lives on site and looks after everything was excellent, he was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was just as described. Spacious, clean and had everything I needed. Very comfortable king size bed, simple but perfectly good kitchen area and a small balcony. The area was buzzing with activity, with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. When I visit Goa again I will definitely be staying at Chandrachayya residency.

I planned to celebrate my 25th birthday and trust me, you won’t even feel like leaving the property. It’s just so beautiful, so comfortable and peaceful. I have stayed in multiple properties but Dev’s place has to be my fav until now. Can’t wait to plan a trip again :)

Absolutely fantastic and aesthetically beautiful unit. Well planned interiors and appliances suited for comfortable stay. Siddharth was very prompt and proactive. Lady help was punctual and trustworthy. Jacuzzi was spic and span. I wish we stayed for longer duration. Will surely look forward………

It was a fabulous experience to stay at this place! The infinity pool and the ambiance around it at the sunrise and sunset is amazing. It’s a neat, clean and well maintained apartment!

Our stay at Casa Nauka was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and right at home. Leena is a truly wonderful host – incredibly kind, helpful, and always ready with a smile. The 1BHK house was clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, cozy. I especially liked the forest view from the terrace and lovely sunrise in the morning along with breezy atmosphere during nights.. Everything was well-maintained and exactly as described. It truly felt like staying with family. I hope to have the opportunity to stay here again in the future! Highly recommended!
