The Saunna works well. If you have a pet with you the small fenced yard is great. But if you pet is small, beware of gaps at the gate and by house. Escape artist dogs should stay on a leash. The enclosed porch is very cosy. Over all a very nice space.

Trestin was an outstanding host. He was knowledgeable about the activity our vacation was built around, and gave us perfect tips for timing, parking, and planning. When our vacation took an unexpected and unfortunate turn right at the end, he extended his hand to offer help was able to assist us in figuring out what needed to be done. We would reserve with him again upon our next visit.

Spectacular stay. Great views. All the comforts of home. It’s clear Donald and Monique care deeply about creating a great experience. Will certainly be back again.

Staying here was truly relaxing. We felt like we were actually able to unplug and get away. The property is absolutely beautiful and so fun to explore. This place made our trip to the U.P. extra special. We would happily visit again.

Have stayed in a lot of places and Chris's home is very clean and comfy.Didnt think we was going to get to stay here and Chris made it happen thank you so much . We enjoyed our stay .

Sarah was very friendly and accommodating. The place was great and will definitely stay here again in the future under better circumstances. An ice storm came through and we had to go back home.

Beautiful view of the water! Close to many good restaurants & shops. This room is connected to an inn, and the large, shared deck is connected to the bedroom and living room. There could be noise from other guests while you are there. The entrance is next to the lobby with the vending machine, so again- the other guests will be nearby. We enjoyed exploring the area… beautiful location!

I can’t recommend Bridget’s place enough! My family and I came up to st ignace for a UP get away weekend and this was the perfect way to spend time together in the evening while also having privacy. The location is walking distance to Sheplers which was so convenient for getting to Mackinac island. The space itself is roomy, clean and gives you a beautiful view of Lake Huron. Bridget is also a prompt, clear and thoughtful host. If we ever get the chance, we will absolutely be staying with Bridget again in the future!

Our trip to beaver island was made to be amazing even with some rainy days, thanks to Carol. Check in and out was flexible and easy. We were able to get local recommendations and great conversations from Carol as well as the locals. I definitely am looking forward to coming back!

Edmond’s place is actually even better than expected. It’s bigger in real time than the photos show. It is very comfortable and so quaint above the bakery. It was super quiet being above a bakery and across from the ferry. We heard no bothersome noise at all. The beds and linens are comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked, there is nice comfortable furniture, and we felt right at home. As others have said, the bakery coupon is an extra touch that is classy and honestly just fun! I would stay again and struggled to leave. Thank you for such a lovely home away from home. Do not hesitate to stay here. Very convenient location. BIG FAN!!

Natalie's place was as described and matched the photos. They were beyond accommodating when it came to a weather related flight change that kept us on the Island an extra night. We visited in the off season for Beaver Island so we were unsure what to expect but the experience was excellent and if your visiting during the height of the summer you able to walk from anywhere.

Our first visit to the island was more than expected, very fun to find places like this still exist in this country. Relaxing and beautiful and a great adventure. Thanks Mary Beth and Mike for all the suggestions and great chats. This place has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

This apartment had room to spare! It was well-stocked, very clean, and was filled with sunlight. What struck us the first time we entered, and each time afterwards, was just how roomy the apartment was. The 10-foot ceilings only added to the feeling of spaciousness. And since we were there after the busiest part of the season, it was also blessedly quiet. The attached deck was a bonus that offered a beautiful view of the harbor.

Overall Kim’s air bnb was great. She responded quickly, whenever I had questions. It was very clean and comfortable. We did a lot of traveling while in the upper peninsula, and also hung out one day playing cards. Would recommend, we are planning on coming back next year and hope Kim has a vacancy. Thanks Kim.

Our 2nd visit was just as wonderful as our first, 34 years ago! Cedarwood Condos were a great location for us; the bicycles were the best secret; we used them every day! It was wonderful to be close to Stonecliffe and all the amenities; as well as a quick ride downtown for the day/afternoon. Such a jewel on Mackinac Island!

An excellent space on the island. Reasonably priced, clean, quiet, and close to the walk paths and shore. Also, an amazing shower. Excellent water pressure!

Patrick's place was great! We stayed in the winter which is a really unique time to visit. Lot's of snow and no tourists made for a fun completely different experience.

We had a great time at Kim’s place. The view of the bridge from the balcony was amazing! The amenities were as listed and the bed was super comfortable. Highly recommend for your stay on Mackinac Island.

The Condo was spotless and in a peaceful location. Stocked with what you need. Nice view from the balcony off of living room. Close to Mackinaw City. Only 4 or 5 minutes to restaurants and ferry to Island. Would book again if we are in the area. Bridgett was a great host. Would definitely recommend.

It was just what we thought. Holiday weekend for our first trip. This was a convenient spot to come back to and relax. Very clean, comfortable. 4 Adults were not crowded. Owner responsive for a few questions. Happy with stay.

Bridget's place was spotless clean and the condo has a great view of Lake Huron. Check-in was easy and property manager Carol was very responsive to our questions. Bathrooms were thoughtfully stocked with toiletries that made our stay easy. Will definitely stay there again!

We often stay at hotels on Mackinac Island, but this Condo just outside Mackinaw City was absolutely perfect for this trip. Pristine and comfortable. Communication with Host through the app was easy, and there was a local property manager (Carol) who coordinated check-in and was also very helpful. We made several day trips to the Island (multi-pass was available at Sheplers Ferry) and enjoyed relaxing by the pool/beach area in the evenings. This unit is a great option for families. If you have a rainy evening, Bridget has a fantastic selection of DVDs and some fun board games. We would highly recommend Bridget’s place, and hope to stay again someday. In the summer, the City has a fireworks display every Saturday nite (about 10:15pm when we were there) and you can see from the beach looking toward the city. You will need mosquito spray in the evening, but bugs were not a problem during the day.
