BREEZE Treehouse, at The Appleton Retreat is located on 120 acres of private land, bordered by 1,300 acres of a protected nature conservancy. To the south is the Pettengill Stream a resource protected area and to the north a large secluded pond. BREEZE guests may reserve the wood fired cedar hot tub and the sauna, which are close by and private, at an additional charge. The Appleton Retreat is less than a 30 minute drive to Belfast, Rockport, Camden and Rockland, charming downeast seaside towns.

A short drive to Wolfe's Neck State Park, Bradbury Mountain State Park, Mast Landing Audubon Sanctuary, the Desert of Maine, Winslow Park, farm stands and the beautiful mid-coast coast.

Winter or summer, the Little River Retreat will help you step away from the world - but still be minutes from Reid State Park, Five Islands Lobster, the Georgetown General Store, and the rugged beauty of Midcoast Maine. This is our family camp, with our own books, games, and “vibe”. It is not a hotel, and some things may not be “industry standard”. We love the unique charm of this space and place, and many repeat guests do too. We hope you will treasure (and care for it) as we do!

This is the ground level of a multi-unit house. It is wheelchair friendly, with cathedral ceilings, a modern kitchen, and wide plank pine floors. The expansive deck will only enhance you experience overlooking a working wharf on Garrison Cove and Casco Bay. Dogs allowed upon approval. Must not be big barkers and owners are responsible for any waste. We want to be courteous with all renters and their pets. Weekly rentals preferred in July and August months (Saturday - Saturday)

Located within the Sheepscot Harbour Village Resort, you are in a prime location to have access to local shops, antique markets, and restaurants. Take a stroll down to the Pier where you can experience the water up close.

Bailiwick Cottage is a cozy, private cottage that looks south down Freeport (Harraseeket) Harbor in Freeport, ME. It is a 4 season accommodation that is close to Freeport shopping, Portland eating, and the Adventure Schools of LL Bean. The cottage sits approximately 50 yards from our main house, has its own parking space and patio, and offers the ability to come and go as you wish. We have had 12 honeymoons in the cottage. Bright, airy cottage right on Basin Cove,a tidal cove in Harpswell Maine. Cool breezes with pristine views, especially for the sunsets over the cove. At the end of Harpswell Neck, so it feels like you're far away, but still only an hour from Portland, 1/2 hour from Freeport & 15 minutes from Brunswick. Use it as your hub to explore Midcoast Maine or hunker down and enjoy the screened in porch after a swim in the cove.
