Very clean, spacious, clutter free. Peaceful neighborhood. Beautiful views from balcony. We would stay here again.

Very peaceful place, great escape from the city and quite nearby to a few hot spring resorts. The surrounding is definitely a few even when the weather’s not so bright. Staff was very helpful and welcoming. Host was kind enough to share their birthday cake and spread the joy. Could tell the owner definitely spare efforts in building this place. Will definitely come back for a second time if visiting Lipa again :)

I had a wonderful stay and was able to relax for a couple of days. The place was peaceful, clean, and exactly what I needed for a short getaway. The host was welcoming and made sure everything was perfect. The only problem I encountered was that there were times that the WiFi was not working, but overall, it was a great stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Jo is a great host. He replies to my messages promptly and is very efficient. The detailed direction to the place is described in the Airbnb posting but we had trouble finding the place at first only because I lost my internet connection while we’re trying to find the place. Make sure to write the direction in a piece of paper or snap a picture to save it in your photo gallery. The place is so nice & very clean, it has all the amenities that you’ll need. The kitchen. has all the pots and pans, plates, utensils, wine glasses, microwave, coffee maker, etc. Every room is clean & the beds are comfortable. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone specially if you’re looking for a peaceful and tranquil kind of R&R with your family. Your view of the beach is breathtaking. I love the hammock under the trees! Plenty place to relax. Lots of tables & chairs outside for the family. They even granted my request for a bonfire. My family had so much fun. We will definitely come back again.

It was actually a peaceful stay. The area is captivatingly beautiful and I am sure it is a great deal to stay overnight. No corkage fee and the staff is very helpful. It is also pet friendly and the neighbors are helpful as well. Thank you, Ate Marilou.

The place is beautiful. So many ig-worthy spots. The place is very spacious. The staff are very accommodating and courteous. They would also give you some fun facts about the area. The staff also assisted us whenever we needed something. The owner was very friendly and generous to our requests. We definitely got more than what we paid for. Definitely recommended!!! ❤️

The house was very clean and the host extremely forthcoming. We enjoyed the stay a lot. The only downside, and it's not an issue with the house itself, are the dogs barking outside. But would recommend.

If you want to spend time with your loved ones with no distractions, MyFarmhouse will give you that. Its quite remote hence its more natural and peaceful. We went there with our dog and loved every minute of our stay. The host is available on cell and their caretaker is always there to take care of any of your needs at all times. The house is very clean n well maintained with lovely artifacts. It has all the facilities available. It is very spacious and can easily fit 4 people (since it has a pull out bed also). The kitchen has everything you may need in a kitchen. There were some basic grocery items also provided. All you need to carry is your own food & water. The outside of the house is quite big and it has birds, chickens n horse. Its all very natural and calming. With a lovely view of Mt. Malarayat, its a wonderful getaway. We had such a wonderful stay at Anilao Cliffhouse! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 What we really loved was the complete kitchen—and when I say complete, I mean it! The dipping pool was also a hit with the kids, especially since the beach is a bit far. The beach isn’t ideal for lounging by the shore since it's rocky (as expected for a diving site), but once you swim out a bit, it’s a whole different world! The hospitality? SUPERB. Kuya Abet was a 1000% assist—seriously, it felt like we were in a luxury hotel. Every little thing we needed, he was there to help. The house is super clean, towels smell great, bathrooms spotless, and kitchen items were ready to use. For a big group (we were 12!), there was plenty of space for sleeping, and everyone was comfortable. We even had room to spare! We also appreciated the complimentary extras like turon (yum!), snorkeling gear, life vests, and even basic scuba diving lesson in the pool—those thoughtful touches made the experience extra special. Highly Recommend

Casa Luminaria was more than what our group of 16 expected. The place was unique and offered a lot of open spaces where the adults and the youth could hang around to chat or just snooze. Loved the pool! It was just the right temperature for either a morning or evening swim, plus it was really photogenic. The staff was nice enough to prepare us a spot for a bonfire which we never really got to use because we were already blissfully distracted with our card games. The property is secluded enough and vast that we didn’t have to worry about being too noisy for the neighbors. You could see that the place needed some cosmetic fix-ups, with some dried leaves and plants on the ground, the roof and in the gardens. But, overall, it was a nicely located charmingly rustic piece of heaven for young folks and seniors. Rowena supplied drinking water & a coffee maker but do drop by one of the fresh buko stalls nearby. Appreciated how Rowena was so accommodating. Definitely worth a return visit!

Stella and David's place was an absolute delight! The house was incredibly spacious and well-designed, perfect for accommodating our large family. The breathtaking views from the property, especially from the spectacular dining room overlooking the ocean, made every meal feel special. The nearby beach was easily accessible, adding to the convenience and enjoyment of our stay. The attention to detail in the design and layout of the house truly made it feel like a luxurious retreat. Had a great stay! The place was exactly as described, clean, cozy, and in a great location. The host and staff were super responsive and made check-in easy and smooth. Lyn is a great host with a wonderful location in Pontefino residences. The area is centrally located but private with entry gates, so you feel safe and secure at every time. Our kids really enjoyed the pool and the playground just 30 meters away. The streets aren’t busy so you can just walk on the streets. The houses with its colourful paintings are super nice. With just a short walk or drive you are at SM Mall with lots of shopping and dinner 800 meters). A special thanks goes to Joan to administer everything, support and taking care of everything and helped us a lot at anytime. We definitely recommend this place for a stay in Batangas and would book again.
